The apartment was recently bought out by another company. This company seems to want to make the community a better place. However, upon my move in the air conditioning was not working and it stayed this way for about 2 days. They immediately tried to resolve the problem (after having a very tense conversation).It was very disappointing to experience this on my first day of move in.

    This community is very environmental friendly reason me, my son and husband loves it the first time we set foot and look around. So far, the other residents are very friendly not to mention the admin staffs and maintenance are very accomodating as well.

      This community is in very poor condition . There have been multiple fires in this complex since i moved here . Also rent is increasing and the quality of the place is not to up to par . Wouldn't suggest anyone to move here.

        Not perfect because was no security eye on door , skylights was leaking when is raining, scratched over all doors from the dog of previous tenants, carpet was dirty never clean before I move, washer and dryer were very old, balcony door was so hard to open, from door you can open very easy with no keys and a lot I can't remember.

          None of the apartments have been updated since the early '80s if not before. They're advertised as "luxury apartments " and they ask for a "luxury rate " but the quality is SEVERELY lacking in comparison to the rate they charge. The staff is friendly though in the limited contact that I have had with them.

            The property manager and her staff do a good job of taking care of the customers and the facilities. I have not had any trouble with the other residents. It is a safe, quiet community. The pool and recreation areas are always clean.

              The property manager is such a sweetheart. The property is infested with cockroaches outside in the ground area all over the complex, the gym has all broken equipment, the pool is always dirty, the maintenance takes forever to complete the order and the office reply to it is that I'm not the only one and to wait my turn that their short staff. These are good people placed on a ------ position. I can add more to this but I can say Is they need help to do better. Hopefully the owners can help them out. We shouldn't have to be told to wait our turn after waiting for work order for over 2 weeks to get my appliances fixed

                Very bad community. Never properly taken care of when there is an issue. The apartment complex should be held liable for the suffering that I have endured here. It doesn't matter how many times you tell them something is broken because it will never get fixed properly.

                  Overall I love my apt, but it could updates. Its very dated. Too many big dogs and residents who do not pick up after them. I believe security cameras would help with this problem. There is very lite grass everywhere. Mostly wet pine steaw.

                    The landlord is really nice! She works to communicate and resolve any issues. The apartments are decent but living near the woods does create some pest issues. The interior of the apartment look much better than the exterior.

                      Maintenance slacks ALOT! Roaches, water leaks, expensive water bills for unexplained reasons. I've had to contact corporate a few times because I've had to contact maintenance way too many times. Rent is too expensive to have to deal with all of these issues nearly constantly.

                        It's safe and quiet, never get bothered by stranglers like you would downtown. But needs to be kept up, grace period for rent is 25-1 instead of 1-3/1-5. Trash compactor is constantly broken and loads of trash is just left on the sidewalk for days sometimes.

                            The staff is professional and kind. I have been able to have a home here, not just an apartment. I am pleased with the promptness of Lyndsay in handling all of my requests . The maintenance staff has done a phenomenal job at maintaining the upkeep needed in my home as well as the astectic of the common areas. The community areas are maintained and are priceless. The pool and gym are always clean and a pleasure to visit. I highly recommend this properly and appreciate it's team.

                                It a nice place to live, not far from our workplaces or anywhere else. The neighbors in my complex have been very nice. Overall the space and the amount of money you pay for rent are not terrible. I enjoy living here overall.

                                  Safe and clean community. Lots of street noise because of the location (ambulances, fire trucks and cars racing). Relatively quick maintenance responses if you work with management. However, my rent is increasing by more than 10% with only 8 months in the apartment.

                                    The buildings are old and a little run down but they try to keep them kept up. Well lit parking lots are nice when you come in at night. Rental staff are super helpful and nice when you reach out to them with questions.

                                      I enjoyed my time here. The apartment itself is great. Maintenance, not so much. Leasing office barely answers the phone (will have to call several times before you get an answer). Pest control doesn't come often, so expect to get rid of bugs yourself.

                                          It has been a decent experience; I just wish that every year that one renews his or her lease, that the rental amount didn't increase so much as it do now. The face that you have all these other fees tagged onto the rent already, makes the rental increase that much more drastic.

                                            I really like living in Colonial Village at Greentree. The neighborhood itself is quiet though it is right off of the main road so the traffic is very noisy. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. I like how affordable my apartment is and it is a decent size for two people. The neighborhood has great places to walk, too.

                                              We have lived here for only a few months and have had maintenance issues after issues. The complex is out to date and overpriced. They fix patch or paint over naked eye issues. All of our electrical sockets were not properly place so the socket covers have came off and the sockets move around when you plug something in. We seen mold in bathroom after a few months. The stairways are always filthy with cigarette buds and little trash. It is very quiet and safe to live. The apartment are only worth paying maybe $800 a month but they charge you over a grand. At first when you move in everything works. Then after maybe a week the issues start. Then you have to pay for cable rather you want it or not. You dont get what you pay for.

                                                The staff is extremely friendly, however I am still a bit disappointed by the security of the property. My car was broken into and I had one package stolen from my porch and one ripped open. While I know it's difficult to control, I feel I pay too much to feel unsafe at times. I hope this improves.
