enjoyed living here signed for extended lease

I've enjoyed living here at Greentree. I moved here from another city and have enjoyed the area all around. The staff has been more than helpful and the maintenance department has been very depandable when problems have occured, even when I got lost going out of town they helped me find my way back to Abercorn. The management even changing has still been pleasant when encountered. The property itself could use some improvement but generally I still fell at home. I do recommend this community for those reasons and hope to be welcomed back if I ever move and my husband gets staioned here again. Above all they were very pet friendly and that was very important to ny decesion.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!

My husband and I lived here for a year in 2003 and LOVED IT. Tomika and the rest of the office staff were wonderful. The maintenance staff was equally as wonderful. I would highly recommend living here.

Kept Nice - Great Staff!

Knowing GreenTree was an older community, but in my price range, I decided to rent here because of the office staff. They actually like their jobs and it is apparent! When I moved in, you could tell they put effort in to making the apartment look like new. I appreciate all of the courtesy and wonder about the other people who reviewed this community. It isn´t new construction, if you wanted that you should have moved somewhere else! Tomika is great and so is her staff. I´ve lived in apartments all my life and they are the most accommodating group I have ever experienced. Highly recommend.

Lived here, experienced it, escaped!

The place is falling down. The manager was Tomika when I lived there, she was equally as bad. Not a good choice.

Don´t Even think of it

I have lived here a couple of months and it has been horrible since day one.The apartment was filthy upon moving in, maintenance was supposesd to fix several things in apt.but I haven´t seen or heard from them since moving in.The mgr.is great but maintence is awful.There seems to be a high turnover and there has been several cars broken in since I have lived here even though a police officer lives on site.Ants, roaches & spiders are a major problem. Lighting is broke all over the property, lights are out in hallways and lack of lighting makes you feel unsafe.Dogs poop all over the property.I have to meet my guest in the parking lot just so they will know where not to step on dog poop.(how embaressing) The apartments do have ample storage and are as big as a small home but I would not recommend these apartments.
