This community is beautiful and quiet. I felt at home here as soon as I moved in. The staff here are fantastic and very friendly. I love the fact that they are pet friendly and that includes all pets from small to large and any breed!

Very friendly and nice residents and neighbors, the trash around the apartment grounds need to be kept up more frequently, this being my first apartment, I have most enjoyable stay and experience staying here

Good except 6 months replace dishwasher after hurricane Matthew. 3 months replace light. Other then that been good. Good in good condition. Service request minus ones talked about been done in time task.

The leasing office was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The move in experience could not have gone any smoother. Everything was straightforward including fees, amenities, and setting up utilities.

The apartment complex is a good community in which to live. It is homey, quiet, safe and generally well kept. I enjoy residing here and am pleased with the support from the office staff. The amenities and access to tenant pool tennis courts and exercise room are an added plus. The residents are overall a good group of people, as well.

Nadia from the leasing office is great, very helpful. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, conveniently located near plenty of stores, restaurants, downtown and even Tybee. A lot of residents have dogs, the "dog park" could use some improvements. A small fenced in patch of dirt is not a "dog park". Also, it is inconveniently located all the way in the back of the neighborhood.

It has been nice living here. There should be an upgrade for more updated appliances, lighting in the apartments, replacement of the wood on the patio, and maybe better flooring for the dining area (laminate floors). The community is nice, the leasing agents always have great customer service, and the maintenance team is great as well.

Nice and quiet community. However, the kitchen is a little outdated and there could be some work done to upgrade everything. The management is really nice and the maintenance crew works in a timely manner.

Easy move in. Nadia is nice and helpful. They are professional here which my last apartment lacked. Great maintenance! Beautiful large apartments with washer and dryer in unit. I love living here. I love the location.

My experience has been great so far the customer service has been a lot better the last 2 years since the staff has changed. I have had the option to leave when my lease was up but in comparison to other locations close by, I opted to stay because my experiences overall have been positive and affordable.

Overall, it's not the greatest. There are lots of bugs and not all of the apartments have the same amount of shelving even in the same style apartment. Ours definitely needs an update and repairs. Our mirror fell of our wall and they haven't replaced it, it's been 2 months now. There are sewage pipes in the walkway that flood and leave toilet wastes right where you walk and don't clean it up for weeks and still hasn't been. There's mold in the bathrooms and really just needs a lot of work. Our sliding glass door lock and security bar broke and they only fixed the security bar so that's the only protection we have for our backdoor.

The area is very quite. The office staff is awesome. The amenities are nice. The location to stores and restaurants is good. The neighbors are nice. This a pet friendly community. Some apartment locations within the complex are better than others.

The community is overall a good place to live. The staff are friendly and the neighbors are friendly. The location is convenient to various stores and downtown Savannah. I don't have any major problems with the apartment complex so far.

It was a very smooth and easy move-in experience. The office staff was very helpful, especially when working and handling stuff from a distance prior to moving in. Overall we are very happy with our move-in.

Office staff is very helpful and friendly. The ladies are very upfront, honest, and do their best to make sure everyone is satisfied. Maintenance however is very lazy and have horrible attitudes. I love the location, amenities, and layout of the place. Glad we chose this community.

Very quiet and I love it I enjoy the location and my balcony is amazing it has all the features I was looking for in a place for the right price I am very happy with it. Ac works great and the washer and dryer make it the best home for me and my roomies first place

I have lived here for over two years and the beginning was horrible. Ever since they changed property managers I can honestly say things are much better. Ms. Lindsay is awesome, she goes above and beyond to make sure that her residents are well taken care of. Yes, the apartment has it wears and tears, has its maintenance problems, there are neighbors that frustrate you but that's with wherever you go. What makes the difference is knowing there is someone there that cares about what's going on and is doing everything in their power to alleviate the problem.

Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. I love the screened, carpeted patio and the fact the washer and dryers are included. The maintenance responds super fast and I really don't have anything bad to say about my neighborhood.

My neighbors are awesome and any work orders I put in are done in a timely manner. The location is great as well. Only 30 minutes from where I work and only 15 minutes from downtown. It's a nice little neighborhood is a good location.

So far so good. I'm nearly a month in to my lease, and I love the peace and quiet, especially the screened in patio. I also love my washer and dryer in the unit, ANYTHING beats having to go to a laundromat!!! LOL

Have had a great experience so far, looking forward to renewing lease and continuing to live here for at least another year, the apartment is very convient for me driving to and from work as well as just a good living space.
