It's in the area I chose to live in. The community is gated and fairly quiet, I feel safe here. The community is large and the apartments are excellent quality for the cost of rent. I've lived in a more expensive community at the same quality of current apartment. The leasing agents are friendly and you can tell they have great relationships with all the residents. You can tell that they actually care. I'm pretty much happy with my decision to live here.

This apartment community is fine. Average size, average amenities, slightly higher than average prices. It gets the job done but I will say that the online rent payment has an absurd fee that is absolutely unacceptable.

Great place. My wife and I feel safe here. Our dog loves the dog park. We take him there twice per day. I like the events that are planned. Wouldn't mind if they set up a poker night. Only complaint is the new landscaping company they chose left a bunch of dirt strewn over the sidewalks when they last came. With all they rain we have had, it turns to mud and gets all over my boots and my dogs paws.

Excellent community! Prompt, friendly, and professional service handled with GENUINE care. Beautify maintained property. All service/maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about the management of this community, thank you for all that you do for your residents!

I love living here! very quiet. Beautiful amenities! The staff is amazing. Couldn't see living anywhere else than Avonlea! Breakfast at the club house is amazing. All residents are friendly. We love walking to the dog park even though we have no pets. But we can walk down and play with them.

Great Experience and I Love the Environment but I don't care for the Motorcycle riding and loud music playing on the motor cycle once they arrive back home. Other that that my issues and concerns are very minimal.

Avonlea Towne Lake is a beautiful, well-landscaped community with trees! It is well-kept and has a friendly, professional staff. The clubhouse and pool areas as well as the fitness center are very attractive and clean! It is conveniently located near downtown Woodstock, I-575

The community is great and the staff is phenomenal. But the rent increase every year is turning into a deal breaker. I know there's a market but most residents are getting priced out. $1300 a month for one bedroom in the suburbs is a bit much.

The complex has a great location a very informed and helpful staff. The maintenance group does an outstanding job and keeping the units and the grounds in great shape problems are addressed and great communications between the office and the residence.There is a lot of activities and events for residents to attend and also a great platform for meeting and growing friendships

The complex is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Both the service and office staff are courteous and helpful. The units are spacious and roomy. This is a pet friendly complex with walking paths and beautiful amentities such as a gym, pool and tennis courts.

Love this complex. I feel very safe here! The staff is very professional and listen to anything you have to say. The maintenance crew are very polite and respond very quickly! I love the walking area for my dog.

The staff is nice and any maintenance requests are typically done really fast. The amenities are good. The apartment complex is safe and clean. The residents are nice for the most part. I like how pet friendly it is.

The office staff is friendly, grounds clean, amenities good, location excellent. Being so close to downtown Woodstock, you wouldn't expect to have so much within the complex. The staff is very responsive and communicative. Give Avonlea a look!

I have only been here a few months now. But so far so good. The staff is friendly. The apartments are clean and well maintained. The community is very friendly. I have now lived in 4 apartment complexes and I would have to say this is by far the best. You feel very safe and secure when your inside and I haven't had a single issue with noise or anything else that one would have issues with at a complex.

Avonlea Community Apartments is a very safe and friendly community. The staff and maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful. As a single mom, I moved in when my kids were in middle school and high school. To me, it was very important to have a place that felt safe and like home. This community makes every effort to make the residence feel that way. There is always something to do and newsletter are sent once a month to give you an updated agenda. Communication is on point. There is always an email and follow-up email and/or phone call when maintenance comes out. I am very happy to be here and I have been very please.

Avonlea at Towne Lake is a great apartment to live in! I love how the walking trail connects to the apartment and allows you to walk to downtown Woodstock and to Woodstock High school. Staff is always very helpful.

Great front staff and maintenance staff. Property is clean and feels safe. Access to the local trail system is amazing. Neighbors can be noisy and like to rev up their cars and trucks at times and the main road next to the complex can also get noisy.

I love my apartment and community. I'm 1 mile from work. I love the trails and main street restaurants! It's the perfect place for a family. My daughter is in 6th grade, not only is the school great, but I feel comforted knowing she has friends in the neighborhood to play with.

I Love living at Avonlea! It's clean, quiet and convenient! Everyone has been extremely nice and respectful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Any maintenance needing done they are always prompt and proficient!

No issues with the apartment. Clean, relatively quiet area. Staff has always been friendly during limited interactions. Nice pool/fitness center areas. Extremely convenient location, easy access to I-575 and a walking trail to downtown.

Nice apartment just don't understand the motorcycle parking issue. Not be allowed to park a motorcycle on the premises is not accommodating bike owners. I would like to renew my lease without having to rent a storage unit.

Great experience st this community. Apartments are spacious and up to date. Community appearance is well maintained. Close location to everything in downtown Woodstock. Very helpful office staff. Would recommend to any future residents!

No bad the staff is goid the apartments are cozy you get what you pay for more or less pools are nice one and not crowded with kids if you have a dog it's a great place the dog park is awesome the only problem is not enough cleaning stations

Avonlea is a great place to live! It is within walking distance to down town Woodstock via well maintained community trail. The community events are fun and a great time! And the office staff are amazing!
