I love the amenities offered as well as the extra things done such as breakfast at the gate, bingo, holiday parties, movies, and just the fact that they are always thinking of new ways to improve an already amazing complex! They know your entire families name when you walk thru the front door and treat you like friends not just "renters".

My experience at Avonlea has been incredible ever since I moved to this property in 2016. Avonlea is a safe, friendly, and family-oriented neighborhood. I think what I love most about Avonlea is the management and maintenance staff. They are responsive and kind; I can tell that they genuinely care about each individual resident. Plus, Woodstock is a lovely place to live. I highly recommend Avonlea to anyone who is looking for calm and enjoyable apartment living!

The kitchen is smaller than it looks with cabinets so narrow that any pot or pan larger than 10 inches has to be stored under the sink, and the refrigerator can't be opened all the way because it opens into the wall. The kitchen sink that is so shallow a standard dish drainer rack can't for into it, and there is no sprayer so god forbid you have to wash a pot or sheet tray. The water pressure is not too good either. This is especially apparent in the showers. The tub is curved on the bottom instead of flat, which is somewhat disorienting. My son call it a coffin tub. The master bathroom has about 25 feet of wasted space in the middle of the room. There is also a one inch gap at the bottom of all the doors, even the bathroom doors, which is just plain weird. The longer I'm here the more disappointed I am, especially considering the cost. Despite the disappointing apartment, the staff have all been friendly and helpful, and the grounds seem well maintained.

Overall my experience has been positive. Great staff, neighbors and amenities. i am not thrilled with the landscape crew. I seems that every time they are onsite my car is covered with dust and debris after they use the blowers. I do think the rent is a bit excessive for the size of the unit.

I have lived in several apartment locations , and overall none can compare to AVVONLEA'S PERFORMANCE . Living here truly feels like home .I believe this is an adequate statement of my experience at AVONLEA APARTMENTS .

Great location. Close to downtown woodstock without the traffic of main street. Quick access to 575. All of the staff members in the front office are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended this community.

Avonlea is a great community with warm staff and great residents. The property is maintained well and there are always events and activities for residents and their guests. The community is very pet friendly and features two large pools.

This is a very nice community, quiet, clean and I feel safe here. The location is very central to shopping, restaurants, and recreation areas. The grounds are professionally maintained. The office and maintenance staff are great.

Overall, great there are just a few minor issues. The staff has attempted to complete task but issues still exists. I am again overall happy here. The social events are awesome and I do try to participate in them when I can.

It's great staff is friendly, neighbors keep to themselves, it is quiet and secluded despite being so close to major roadways. Flexibile payment options are great as well as continuous staff support on your stay at the complex

I love this place. It's super clean and maintained well. I like the doggy park. The location of the e apartments is outstanding. Downtown Woodstock is very close and has plenty of activities to partake in. Thank you for the great experience!

Great - Love this place. I would recommend it over and over again. Thank you for your responsiveness and the great service all the staff represents. This is a great place to live. I have lived here over 3 years. Great activities. That is why I have stayed and Robin and her husband are great. Activities for the children and for all ages. This is a great place to live.

This is a wonderful and quiet community. It feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. They are always hosting community events, from pancake breakfast to a Papa John's resident night. The residents are friendly and helpful, but not nosy. I have always felt safe here and more "at home" than other apartments. The cleanliness and design of the apartments really make it feel like more of a home and less of an apartment. I really love it here, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Moved in about three months ago. So far everything has been wonderful. Maintenance comes by promptly when requested. We live above garages so no worries about making too much noise and the area is very clean.

It is good to feel safe where I live and well taken care of. The office staff and maintenance crew are professional, friendly, and quick to respond to your need or request. This is a great place to live. I recommend Avonlea to everyone.

If safety is what you are looking for then this plAce is amazing.. if you are looking for parking with no problem because you come home late then this place is perfect.. just understand you pay for safety and decent parking

The most friendly staff and they always follow up in a timely way to any requests I have. I waited to move into a remodeled unit and it was well worth it. The upgraded laminate floors and kitchen appliances are the best I have had in an apartment, by far! Excellent experience and I don't have any plans to leave. Thanks!

Avonlea is an appealing, homey, safe and friendly complex that stands out in the face of its competitors. Centrally located and ease of travel put the renter on the highway, grocery store, movie theater or school. Comforting place to come home to.

The staff is on top of everything. The people are extremely accomandating . Easy access to 575. Neighbors are courteous. Front doors could use some paint . Overall it's a nice place to live . Some of the units could use an upgrade .

Beautiful quiet neighborhood in Woodstock, GA. Close to shopping and dining. Right off I-575 freeway. Great modern amenities in the apartments. Two beautiful pools and club houses and exercise facility. Great neighbors.

I have found that the complex is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and they have a great attitude. I have been here several years and have been pleased with my apartment and the location. I would highly recommend it to anyone living in or moving into the area.
