Overall, this apartment complex is a nice and quiet enclove just off of I-575. The neighbors are pretty good, although there are a lot of dogs if that's your thing. Maintenance is done sometimes same day and the staff is always attentive.

    We love the fact that we are in close proximity to I-575, Downtown Woodstock, local grocery stores and more! We agree the location is hard to beat! Our residents here at the Avonlea are amazing and hopefully you can make it to our monthly events to get to know more of your neighbors! We are pet friendly and do allow pets that are within 60lbs and are not considered an aggressive breed. We have plenty of pet waste stations throughout the community and a dog park for all of our fur babies! The maintenance and office staff strives on a daily basis to provide exemplary customer service and I am glad to hear you re being taken care of!     The office staff is nice. The grounds are well kept. Maintenance tickets are cared for quickly. There are monthly community social events, if you're interested. There is a trail that is easily accessible that goes into downtown Woodstock.

      The community is great I love the path to the dog park. The staff is great and love the pool. This place is wonderful and friendly! I love the food trucks too! They have something for everyone! So glad I picked this place to live.

        Great community, family oriented, great neighborhood.... connected to every thing, easy commute to & from work, you have just about every thing around you and the staff are awesome especially the manager, Allysa, very friendly and accommodating always checking to ensure her residents are doing great. I love the management handling the apartment, none is perfect but they are really trying their best for us all. I would recommend friends and family to this apartment any time, any day. Great place to live. My experience so far is beautiful.

          This has been a very convenient and fantastic community to live in. It has been the best apartment ive lived in by far. The trails and downtown woodstock are literally like its back yard and its amazing!

            Love this Avonlea at Towne Lake community!! We have lived here total of 5 years. 3 years before we moved to Florida and decided to come back to Georgia as our hearts are set in in Georgia. So we chose Avonlea at Town Lake our home once again. We plan to relocate our home in Canton Ga. We wish that Avonlea is located in Canton not Woodstock!

              Need updating if going to continue with rent increases. I am a business person and I know it is far more profitable to not flip apartment and keep the current tenant without rent increase. You force them to move into a different building at end of lease then up the rent. New apartments opening up all over Cherokee county for less.

                I apologize for any confusion. At the end of the residents lease term, they are given the option of renewing or they may inquire about transferring to another unit. When the renewal rates are determined, various factors are considered, some of which include; current availability, demand, competitors within the Towne Lake area and what other residents in that specific floor plan are currently paying as our residents do get a discounted rate if they choose to renew with us. If a resident chooses to transfer, the unit would be leased at the current market rate.                 Very Clean apartments,pools,workout center,and grounds, the Townlake area has everything you can need in a small town, restaurants, bars, nightlife, a very easy walk to main street and great concerts in the summer.

                    It is always a pleasure to come home. I enjoy that it's quiet, clean and safe. The exterior is kept up and looks nice. The office staff that I've interacted with are very nice, helpful and pleasant. The interior has great appointments. The maintenance staff is always prompt and do a great job. The only way I know they've been here is the job is completed. They clean up after themselves, leaving no trace. The rules are enforced to make it nice for everyone to enjoy. Some residents don't follow the rule of "no boxes in the compactor" and everyone has to deal with it until it can be fixed. But the office is great in communicating, so no one can say "I didn't know". There are times the gates don't work, but I figure it's electronics that get used constantly. The staff are quick to let us know they are on it and give an estimated time it will be repaired. I feel it's through no fault of anyone, but the nature of the beast. It does not happen on a regular basis, but I have seen people complain in other reviews so I wanted to say if that's the worse thing that happens, it's pretty good! I have not regretted living here in any way.

                      Avonlea at Towne Lake is a great place and safe, secure community with well-maintained grounds and hallways. Parking lot is well-lighted, plenty of available spaces (including handicap). Apartment is luxuriously appointed with high ceilings, multiple windows, and stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Best huge soaking tub ever! Ideal home for active seniors. Great attentive staff. too!

                          The staff here are fantastic and very helpful including the maintenance staff. It's a safe and quiet community that loves pets! Which is one of the reasons we live here. Also unlike other apartments we are not charged "pet rent" which is great. We are very close to Woodstock and I love that you can access the trail from the complex.

                                  I have been lucky to have had nice neighbors. Also, the people I have met on site are very pleasant, at the mailboxes and at the dumpster. There is only one thing I would like to have had--a self-cleaning stove.

                                                Excellent community. The staff is friendly and professional, and complex and its many amenities are well maintained, and the community within is very friendly. There is a walking trail connected to the complex that leads right to downtown woodstock, which makes it easy to get to local shops and restaurants. Minutes away from 575 as well as numerous businesses like grocery stores, retail shops, and the outlet mall.

                                                  I like the one-bedroom apartment. I have privacy, and I liked the previous two-bedroom apartment my now- deceased husband and I lived in here at Avonlea. Clean, nice, and not too noisy. The pool is very nice, and the grilles are nice for cookouts.
