When we first saw our apartment, the Beatrice, we loved the feel of having a home and not the typical apartment. If there is something that needs to be done, a call to the office and it is taken care of. We have enjoyed all the community events such as the parties, the barbecue's, the pancake breakfast's and more. We love living here and every time I put the key in the door to come inside, I feel content.

It has been very inviting and I have enjoyed the community. Everyone is friendly and polite. The staff is more than accommodating and has always been honest and respectful. I love taking my dog to the park provided here at the apartment.

The apartment has been great. It's in a convenient area, right off 575 and close to downtown Woodstock and some walking trails. The apartment is safe, clean and the staff is amazing! Definitely worth the price and the amount of space you have in your unit makes it better. They always have events going on for the apartment, too. This is probably the best place I've lived for what I'm paying since being on my own.

I love everything this community has to offer - the amenities are always clean at all times. The staff is very quick to help and maintenance is always extremely polite. I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a nice, quiet place. It felt like HOME when we came to tour the apartment and decided to renew our lease after 1 year of staying here.

I enjoy living at Avonlea Town Lake. There is a sense of community here among the residents. The office and maintenance staff are prompt to help out when needed and treat residents as if they are valued. The property is maintained well and the location is ideal for my situation. Access to the trail and downtown are perks to living here as well.

The staff is very friendly and patient; everyone seems friendly. There are several events going on during the month for families and the location is near being near the walking trail to Woofpark and downtown Woodstock.

The apartments are very nice and top of the line compared to other complexes. I like the Crown Moulding, and the plank floors especially. Also, pets are allowed and that is important to potential residents.

Overall good experience. Nice landscaping, improvements done each year such as re-paving parking lot, painting exterior. Common areas kept clean. Maintenance requests handled quickly and professionally.

I've livd at 3 other complexes before. This has been the greatest experience. It's relief to live in a apartment complex that has been so consistent. The community is well taken care of and beautiful. The staff takes are issues seriously and are very efficient when taking care of it. The community is quiet for the most part. The apartments are up to date and have great layouts. What a breath of fresh air to live in this kind of apartment complex.

I couldn't have asked for a better complex. The apartments are top notch, the facilities are clean, and it is in the perfect location. The staff and neighbors are helpful, quiet, and great to live and work with!

My experience has been great over all. I will definitely be calling this apartment complex my home for at least a couple more years. The convenience and location of this property is ideal. The rent is affordable and staff is great.

This is by far the rudest apartment complex I have ever lived at. I am a very clean person. I started noticing roaches in the kitchen after the neighbors under me started moving out. I contacted the management In the office so I could have my apartment sprayed. After a month of me constantly having to call to get them to stray they sent the maintenance man without my knowledgement and he spray poison all over my apartment because they didn't want to hire a professional. Due to their lack of judgement they almost killed my dog and told me it wasn't their problem. After month of fighting to get this issue resolved and nothing being done I found a roach nest in my kitchen. I moved out 2 days later. This apartment complex has now charged me $4000 because I left my lease a month early because they couldn't do their job. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I wish I would have gotten the warning before moving to this over priced bug infested housing.

The manager is great! She's been there for over seven years and knows her stuff. However, I wouldn't recommend living here. They have had a few break-ins and never notified the community about them. They are doing a lot of construction for the remodels and we believe its the workers that are doing it. Also, forget about parking. Parking is a nightmare. We suggest that once found a parking space, don't leave for the night. If you value your belongings, look somewhere else.

This community is awesome! We have a newly constructed wooden walking and bike trail; a newly equipped fitness center beside one of two spacious pool areas. Outdoor cabana setting equipped with TV and grilling area. Monthly calendar of activities for residents - like "book club", pizza night, pancake breakfasts and Kentucky Derby Party. Very close to "Woofstock Dog Park" for dog lovers. Avonlea is 3 miles to downtown Woodstock shopping and dining. Many great restaurants and unique stores for shopping! Free Woodstock "Concert Series" at the Amphitheater in downtown Woodstock.

The staff has all ways been informative of any and all incidents in the complex. The grounds are kept clean and the maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. Wish the tennis courts could get repaired.

I like the location of the apartment to the expressway, shopping and restaurants. The grounds are clean and well maintained. I like the feel of living in a cottage style community. The staff are always kind and helpful. The maintenance department responds quickly to requests.

I moved from California to Woodstock back in July of last year. I had looked at a few homes and apartment communities. Once I visited Avonlea I knew this was my new home. The grounds are very nice and surrounded by big beautiful trees. I had not lived in apartments for about 20 years so I was not sure how I would like living in an apartment but I will be renewing my lease!

Staff is very accomdating!! We had some issues when we first moved in paying rent, and the staff was able to help me figure it out. Maintance is very quick to respond to problems! It is very quiet, we don't have any issues with loud neighbors.

I honestly cannot imagine ever giving another apartment community my money each month. I would have never thought I would feel this way about an apartment community but this is honestly the best community that I have ever lived in. I do not plan to leave this place until it's time for a home. Ginny and Alyssa are the most compassionate people that I have ever came across in that field and I greatly appreciate them. Wonderful people and a wonderful community. It's safe, beautiful, quiet and clean!

When I moved in I was very happy until my utilities start getting more expensive. The community environment is clean and safe to raise kids. I like their outdoor facilities.Also some neigbours from other buildings are very friendly but the ones in my building are very mean spirited.

The avonlea is a beautiful and quiet apartment complex with great amenities. The staff is super friendly and responsive and the complex is close by to everything I need. Some of my favorite things are the fitness center and the running path that goes from the complex to downtown Woodstock. My one complaint is that you have to buy a light fixture for your living room. Other than that, everything is great.

Avonlea Place has felt like home since the day we moved in last year. The staff was welcoming from day one and has always responded to our service requests promptly. I've recommended Avonlea Place to several friends and everyone who has visited has loved the homey feeling. The location is a bonus for sure. Very convenient to I-575, restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful office staff! Beautiful property and great amenities. They care a great deal about constant improvements and it shows. I've talked to Whitney each time in the office and she is very sweet. Thank you all for all you do to make it a great place to call "home"!

The community is very well kept. The staff is attentive to your needs if you have an issue, when moving in the property manager fixed my move in issue that day. They have many community get togethers. The only issue is other residents when it come to smoking or Occasional loud people when they're drunk / comping home at night .

I have had a positive experience in the community. In fact, of several apartment communities I have lived in, this one has been the best experience. The staff is friendly and helpful always, and I would recommend the community to anyone looking to move to the area.
