My experience at Avonlea with my boyfriend has been absolutely great. It's in the perfect location, maintenance is prompt, and for good quality it's affordable. We are planning on living here a second year!

    Overall, my experience has been positive living at the Avonlea. I have been here a little over 13 years. The management has been great, the care team arranging multiple resident events throughout the year and the maintenance staff always prompt and courteous.

      The Avonlea at Towne Lake is a beautiful complex. We absolutely love the amenities they provide visa vis the walk way to downtown Woodstock, two beautiful pools, the fitness center and location. We have had a great experience here in the quiet community. Everyone is very friendly and we have police officers that live in the community which makes us feel safe and keeps the community at peace. The Office Staff is amazing and very helpful when it comes to issues and complaints. We love living here and I would highly recommend this complex over any others in the Woodstock area which is why we live here today!

          Everyone who works here is upbeat. Smiles and a helpful attitude. They don't hide from difficult problems. Truly are sincere and like people. It's a finely manicured property. It's very clean. There is a pride in keeping the place looking it's best.

            Avonlea at Towne Lake provides me with the convenience of city life (stores, restaurants, bars, movie theaters) within walking distance, yet the apartment homes are quiet and surrounded by trees and wildlife. It is trully the best of both worlds. The office staff are caring and friendly. My apartment is beautiful and I love the pools and gym. Avonlea at Towne Lake has lots to offer families, single households, and older adults.

              Nice, up-to-date community. Two saltwater pools and easy access to new trail paths going to schools and downtown Woodstock. Gated community that is located very close to schools and shopping. (Grocery , fast food, outlet mall, movies...ect..)

                I have been very happy here and would recommend it to anyone. The staff is very helpful. It is mostly quiet and I plan on staying around as long as I can. Maintenance is very helpful and will come in a timely manner. All I do is call them if I have a problem and they are here.

                  Excellent staff, clean community, clean fitness center. We moved from the 3 bedroom, where we lived for 4 years, to the 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom and we love it. The apartments are very nice and we will probably stay here for a while.

                    I love it so much it's so welcoming I don't ever think I'll move away I love it here it's so safe for children also!! I love the school district! The place is so quiet I feel so unbothered and the staff is so welcoming avonlea is the place to be!

                      Avonlea provides a clean, safe, and secure environment if you're a single person or raising a family.                         My experience is very good. Staff is helpful. Apartments are nice. Maintenance is timely and competent. You feel safe here. People are friendly. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The pools are popular. And a nice walk in the woods to downtown Woodstock, where there's nice restaurants and plenty of entertainment.

                            My wife and I moved here in December of 2018. We had to relocate from another city quickly due to a new job. We were most impressed by how quiet and safe the community felt when we toured. We were also thrilled with the fenced dog park.

                                Avonlea Towne Lake is a great community to live in. It is affordable and the location is great. Even though it is close to the highway, it is very quiet. They have various apartment options to fit your needs. Also, the office staff is wonderful and they take care of your concerns.

                                  We have lived in two other highly rated apartment complexes in the past 15 years, and Avonlea is by far the best. It is situated by the Noonday trail, so we can walk to downtown Woodstock. There is a nice mix of young families to retirees.

                                    I've lived at Avonlea at Towne Lake since 2017. For the most part it's been a pleasant experience, but the quality of the new residents has definitely gone downhill, especially in the last year or so. Neighbors drive loud vehicles with their music blaring and their bass cranked up even at 11:00 at night. Smokers are allowed to rent units below non-smokers, and smoking is only allowed on the patio/balcony of each unit; so if you have a sensitivity to cigarette smoke like I do, be prepared to keep your windows shut on nice days and to hold your breath when you walk around the community. It's a gated community, but the gates are frequently broken and left open for days or even weeks at a time. I've also noticed a sudden sharp increase in the number of roaches in my apartment in the past month when I had only seen three (maybe four) since I moved in back in 2017. The complex also backs up to an incredibly large trailer park. Stone Bridge Parkway is used as a shortcut by people who want to avoid driving through downtown Woodstock. It can take up to 20 minutes just to get from Avonlea to the Kroger 1.5 miles away as a result. I do love my unit and how spacious it is, but the location is terrible (yes, everything is close, but it's also in the most congested area of Woodstock). I'm hoping I can finally move out when my lease is up this year.

                                        I love living at Avonlea at Towne Lake. The complex is very quite and clean. Phrase 2 apartments are more up to date. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Outlet is close which is a plus and there is a lot of eating options in the area as well.

                                              Great office staff, they really care about more than making a "sale." When I call about an issue, it is resolved within a few hours or the next day at the latest. The upkeep of the community is beautiful. I would suggest getting valet trash though.
