Staff are very nice at move in but very slow to respond. Didn't fix drywall repairs, wouldn't paint accent wall, wouldn't clean carpet at close of each year, did not contact me when business boxes arrived, gossiped about previously fired employees (Faith R) had me falsify a document regarding final walk thru (Ginny M). Overcharged me on return of security deposit after failing to meet maintenance requests. VERY unhappy with Quintus and the management team at Avonlea. I was a perfect tenant per Ginny Manning prior to moving out.

We have had a great experience. We were moving from another state, they were helpful and supportive with our transition. We would highly recommend them! Our children love all the events, especially Saturday pancak breakfasts!

This location is perfectly placed. Minutes from shopping, seconds from major interstate, many shops within walking distance, and the feeling of being safe and accepted in the community. Well kept area

It's a lovely community this is convenient to downtown Woodstock, major highways, etc. the staff members are always friendly and requests are done in a timely manor. We feel very safe and respected as renters

The community is nice and quiet, staff understanding, prompt, and helpful if I have any problems. I have not seen any crime in this neighborhood aside the occasional domestic dispute which I have not seen as of late. All around, it is an excellent place to live.

Avonlea was the first place we looked, and we stopped looking shortly thereafter. The prices for the size and the quality were the best in Town Lake. My wife stays home with our two kids and we have all felt safe and comfortable with the community here. The community events are perfect for families.

Loved every minute of it. Fun, friendly, fantastic staff, family oriented. Overall great community to live in. Staff is very professional handles issues quickly and fairly. My kids love it here its safe, clean both inside and out. Great location near good schools and shopping along with quick access to major hwy.

Great place to live quiet close to the high way and great shopping, food and okay entertainment. School district is good, strong police presence. Free car wash come in handy doesn't have air that would make it perfect.

I love living here, i feel safe, the people who live here seem to care about the property and the nice amenities that are most oslf all the management care about us are look forward to living here for a while.

This is a great location near d/t Woodstock. The staff is super friendly and efficient with requests. Phase 2 has the newer spaces, but the community renovated the spaces in Phase 1 within the last year or so. It's a bit pricey.

Very nice friendly staff. Spacious apartments, very good location with shopping and stores located within minutes also located one exit away from the Woodstock outlets, the grounds are nicely manicured. And very quiet and safe community

favorable. Like the support staff. Just hope rent inreases do not get out of hand. Currently not looking for a change but that is always an option. Wish something could be done with windows so we don't have to wipe them down constantly during cool spells.

Great location. Buildings are well kept and clean as well as the surrounding grounds. The staff here are great and always willing to help you. We enjoy the community feel and love that there are activies all month long for the residents to enjoy.

I've lived here approximately 7 years in 3 buildings. Many happy times! I work nights and come home between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. and I always feel safe walking to the parking lot and coming up the breezeway

The apartments are always well maintained, very clean, and quiet. The staff if very helpful and always make the experience to the front office a great one. The apartments are nice and updated with new utilities.

It's a great apartment complex, very clean and the staff are very professional. It's also extremely convenient due to its proximity to I-575 and downtown Woodstock. The fact that it's a gated community also helps cut down on solicitors and makes everything feel a lot more secure.

This community is great! It's very close to downtown Woodstock and 575 which is very convenient. All the neighbors I've met are very friendly. The staff in the office is always very helpful and understanding of any issues.

When I moved in to this community about two years ago I was apprehensive about living in apartment. The office staff was very kind to show me the features and benefits of Avonlea. The move in process was quick and painless. J have been here two years and absolutely love the staff and my neighbors. Glad to call Avonlea my home.

Very nice complex but rent is too high. And they consistently raise it substantially every year! The complex has changed somewhat in the last five years. They built a new phase and more attention is given to that area that to the first phase. Still a nice place to live regardless.

The community is nice but the older apartments are not worth the price of rent. They don't even have garden tubs. The layout of The Cranberry is terrible. The kitchen doesn't even have 1 full size drawer!! And the master bathroom has literally one outlet. It's ridiculous. The office staff is not the friendliest either. Overall the value for the price paid is not worth it.

For the most part - positive. While the office staff is polite and responsive, they don't appear to have much to do with influencing policy for the complex. Would like to see long term renters provided rent renewals at a reasonable level.

Overall this has been a positive experience! Very glad with my decision to move to Avonlea! The amenities make you feel like you are on vacation! I would highly recommend this community to friends and family!
