You won't regret moving into Avonlea at Towne Lake! I lived there for 5 years and it was the best experience. Management and the leasing consultants are amazing! Super friendly, attentive to concerns and questions, and always answer the phone/return emails. Maintence responds rather quickly and always clean up after making repairs. The apartment amenities are well maintained and look great! I loved living here!! I can't say enough positive things about it!

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. It's been by far the best neighborhood in my apartment-living experience. It's pretty consistently clean, nicely cared for, and most importantly I feel very safe. Everyone I've spoken with in the office is helpful and responsive, as are the security and maintenance staff. They are prompt about following up on things and generally they treat any complaints or concerns seriously. As a particularly wonderful bonus, in four years I have only seen ONE cockroach in my apartment--the pest control here is better than I've seen anywhere else!

Ashley at the front office when she was showing me apartments and wanting me to sign the lease. Very personable and kind with how she talked to me and was relating to me. All the ladies in the office always help when I need the help whether it be by returning my call or finding out then.

It is a very nice and friendly community, with lots of foliage and plenty of options for things to do. The staff is exceptionally nice, and willing to work with people on any problems they are experiencing.

The Staff are great. They are very friendly and professional. I enjoy talking to them and they are genuine. The facilities are good as well and I really like living here. Nothing really I can complain about other than the rent being high for the market. I've enjoyed my time living here...

This is a nice complex / community if you are willing to pay for it. The prices are not ridiculous, but it isn't cheap. Nothing bad to say, my apartment was clean and safe, the staff was solid. The only downside is that there are so many square --- white people that live here.

Loved the landscaping. Wish there was a no. Smoking building so would not have to walk thru clouds of cigarettes smoke whenever I left my home. Too many dogs In complex made walking outside an adventure. Great socials planned for kids around the holidays.

Avonlea at Town Lake is a beautiful community. My family and I are very happy with our apartment, the grounds and the office staff. Everyone has been very welcoming. My family and I worked with Ashley through the rental process. She was very knowledgable, professional and easy to work with. Thank you....

The staff was helpful but seemed disinterested at times. The apartments and grounds were always clean and overall it was a nice place to live. There was at least one break in there in the 8 months were there. Above floor neighbors were incredibly loud but that's apartment loving. Pool and gym were nice.

The very best attribute of my living experience here has been the longevity of the maintenance staff. This makes you feel more secure. They are also friendly and I feel considerate of my pets and my schedule. I feel the apartments are too pricy though.

I have lived here over 5 years in the Avonlea community. I work late at night and I have always felt safe coming home in the middle of the night or early in the morning. The staff is always friendly and goes out of his/her way to make it feel like home. The clubhouse is awesome. always clean and inviting.

The overall experience was great. Everything went smoothly and an questions I had were answered promptly and accurately. I didn't even want to look anywhere else because the girls up front took such good care of me. I always suggest to those looking for an apartment to come check it out. My neighbors are great and the community as a whole is fantastic. 10 stars!

Great place to call home! The staff here is awesome and the apartments are beautiful. Ive only been here a month and I couldn't be happier. They have a lot of events for the residents and that is a plus. Come by and see them, you wont be sorry! JUDY

Great apartment complex with plenty of amenities and good neighbors. The property is generally well kept. There are the usual problems with shared living, such as picking up after pets and the occasional party near by; however, the staff are usually pretty responsive to such issues. We really enjoyed the finishings in our apartment and the layouts are functional and spacious. Overall, we've had a great experience with Avonlea.

I enjoy the activities and enthusiasm of the staff to provide a fun and interesting community. My apartment is well maintained and comfortable. It is quiet even though I frequently say hi to neighbors. My dog is welcome and there is ample space to walk him. Pet stations are very convenient.

Very friendly staff who is very attentive and prompt on any needs from me or my family! Spacious and well kept apartments. Very friendly neighbors. There are always lots of activities planned throughout the month for anyone to attend and applies to several age groups and interests.

Great community to live in. Nice apartments! Pricey, but you get what you pay for! Staff is nice. Overall it was a great 2 years of living here. My only issue was my neighbor snored VERY loud. And people don't always clean up after their dogs. :)

This is an excellent community and the stay is enjoyable. Very quiet and friendly. Management is always concern and make sure you are taken care of. I would recommend a friend to this community because of convenience to shopping, eateries and social activities.

We wanted to live at an apartment that looks and feels like "home" This is the place!! Beautifully luxury apartment homes with great space! We are extremely satisfied living here! The appearance and condition of community grounds and landscaping are beautiful!

Avonlea is a clean, quiet, well-lit complex with pleasant neighbors and great amenities. The office staff is very helpful, maintenance requests are always corrected promptly and well, and I have yet to have an issue with my rent or utilities.

I originally moved out here to want stock because I was working at Village podiatry centers I lost that job picked up a new job at Northside Hospital and Alpharetta this community is such a beautiful place to come to called home the staff is very friendly and helpful they are very prompt and understandable the neighbors are friendly and I just love being here if given the financial opportunity I would stay here unfortunately I can no longer afford this beautiful home I would definitely recommend this community to my friends and family that is looking to move to Woodstock especially in this area

A great community. Good people and a friendly place to be. I have always felt as if my community appreciates me and my efforts to be a good neighbor. The walking trail has been a wonderful addition. Pool areas are gorgeous and well maintained.

The apartments are not bad at all. The office staff is OK as well. The only downside could be some of the neighbors. As with most apartment complexes, ceilings are paper thin and you can hear a lot of the noise the person downstairs make and I imagine downstairs the noise from above would be worst.

Office staff went out of their way to stay late the evening my family moved to Georgia from Indiana. We were running about 45 minutes late and they offered to stay late just so we could get the keys to our new apartment after driving 14 hours. This apartment community if fairly quiet and all of the neighbors will say hello.

Neighbors are wonderful, no problems. The workout center could use another treadmill or two unless you want to go after 9 p.m. ...popular place. The pools are kept very clean (there are two). Most of the people with pets pick up after the pet and all pets I've seen here are on leashes. The carpet coul use changing...it doesn't clean very good anymore. The bedrooms are nice sized for adequate room for a queen size bed in each and a walk-in closet for each. We were impressed since we had looked at newer apartments none had this much space.
