Management isn't qualified to be in charge, maintenance takes at least 72 hours to respond to service requests, emergent or not. Rent raises for no reason. Annoying emails almost daily that should be compiled into a newsletter

Great community living. Attentive staff. Well kept property. Maintenance staff treat your home like theirs. You might never know they were there if they didn't leave the work order. I live in an apartment because I don't want to be responsible for repairs. This is a great place to live.

Grounds that are beautiful, 2 wonderful pools, friendly staff, and wonderful living quarters, Avonlea has been incredible. We love it here so much, and we couldn't even begin to think of leaving. We can't wait to see what the next year here holds!

The is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in. The staff is amazing and they keep everything looking amazing. They offer activities each month including a pancake breakfast once a month. It is a quite community and a great place to live.

CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD STUFF ABOUT THE OFFICE STAFF EVERY ONE IS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY. EVEN THE MAIT STAFF, THE GROUNDS ARE ALLWAYS WELL KEEPED I ENJOY EVEN JUST WALKING THROUGH THE PROPERTY ITS ALLWAYS SO NICE AND CLEAN IT REALLY IS A PLESUR !!!L

This apartment community has it all - lovely clubhouse, business center, two pools, barbecue grills, children's playground, tennis courts, fitness center, monthly community social events and even a dog park and car wash! The apartments and grounds are immaculate and it is safe and quiet here. My husband and I love living here so much that we hate the thought of leaving when our new home is ready.

Wonderful it has been a great place to live place is very clean and well kept i would definitely tell my friends about this place if need a place to rent and the office staff been great also always a pleasure to go to office.when needed me and my wife love this place

So far we are having a really good experience since moving in. We live in the newer section which is very nice. We wouldn't have rented if we were going to end up in the older section. The older section is nice and most apartments have been renovated, however the newer section looks and feels more like home.

Above all the other places I have lived, this is the best complex I have lived at so far. I haven't had any bug issues, and have only had one or two maintenance issues in the apartment that have been minor since I have moved in, this is leaps and bounds better than the rest of the complexes I have lived. One issue, I was not a big fan of the "no motorcycle" parking policy I was told about on move-in, and had to sell my bike due to nowhere to park it unless I wanted a garage which wouldn't fit into my budget.

The only issue I have is not all residents pick up after their pets and it is hazardous to my pet as well as to people in general to walk through. The people with pets should also not be allowed to let them run without being on a leash. The lady upstairs allows her dog to sit on the patio and bark

Its a great and clean apartment complex. Very quiet neighborhood with great amenities. Such as the two pools, car cleaning facility, and gym. Easy access to highway, the availability to a computer and printer if needed is a huge plus. Clean laundry room.

I love it here, it's a wonderful apartment to live in. However, as a dog owner I believe in picking up after your own dog's waste. It's a shame everyone doesn't believe the same thing. I realize the apartment requires you to but it is obvious that someone doesn't respect that request.

Absolutely love the layout of the apartment. Very spacious , lots of closet space and appliances and flooring are updated and make the apartment feel like a home. Best apartment and layouts I have experienced . Only downside is the walls are paper thin and you can hear All of your neighbors. Office staff can sometimes be rude and condescending.

My experience has always been very pleasant. This is the community I always wanted to move into this community and I am very grateful I did. My friends and family love our apartment and love the community. Your staff and maintenance group are outstanding.

So far we are pleased with the community, staff and amenities. All our neighbors are very nice and respectful and have welcomed us to the neighborhood. Since we have a small pet the dog park is ideal. she has loved the dog park and meeting new friends. Our daughter loves the play grounds and cannot wait for the pools to open.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Avonlea so far. I relocated to Georgia for my career and the staff was extraordinarily helpful in making the transition as seamless as possible. The apartments are very well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. I would recommend the apartment to friends or family.

Great community, great staff. Beautiful landscaping, and two salt water pools! Moved here with the intention of staying 6 months, still here 3 years later. A great mix of seniors and young families, lots of really nice people. Great community events, lots of activities for the kids. Also in a great location.

Avonlea at Towne Lake is truly a home. The other residents are great neighbors. The office staff is professional and attentive. The maintenance staff is prompt knowledgeable and clean. I would recommend Avonlea to anyone. I have enjoyed living at Avonlea.

I have had several maintenance minor issues in the last year and they have all been addressed promptly, courteously, and with satisfactions! The grounds are beautiful and maintained. The office staff is helpful and friendly. Nice place to rent.

The amenities are great, and the location is perfect for those wanting to utilize all Woodstock offers. Everything is clean, and my apartment was in great condition when I moved in. They are always making sure things are updated, I received new carpet and updated blinds. It feels safe and the community is very nice. The staff are great, and there are many events to attend like wine tastings and pancake breakfasts. Overall a great community to live in.

this apartment had been my home since i came to the USA very calm never had a problem, i moved out and came back for sure, rent prices are good, gym pool laundry room is great! the staff is great too, always wanting to help you. i am glad i came back.

Wonderful place to live. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe clean grounds and amenities are very well kept. Pet friendly here and the grounds DO NOT have poop everywhere. The residents and maintenance clean up behind themselves. Kid friendly, safe, and conveinent location.

I absolutely love living in this community. The staff members are very helpful and always make me feel welcomed. Safe neighborhood in a great location. I would definitely recommend this community. And the community events are always amazing!

Beautiful, clean units with upgraded kitchens. Neighbors are quiet and pleasant. I love the amenities like the dog park and car wash. My area is never short on parking, which is often a challenge at complexes this size. I love the hardwoods in my unit.

I've been there 3 months, but so far, it's been great! The staff is super friendly, the grounds are clean, and we'll kept, the neighborhood is peaceful and serene. Overall, it is a beautiful area to live at,and it has been a phenomenal experience.
