The community is clean, responsive, and safe. The maintenance team fixes any item within a few hours. The staff is very responsive and will focus on the upkeep of the apartments. The community is safe.

Merry husband and I have enjoyed our stay at Avonlea Apts. we have been dealing with serious health issues and have found the management to be kind and cooperative in a timely manne. on issues that may come up i The property is kept clean and manicured . I would feel I could recommend the complex.

My experience with this community in the year and half that I have lived here has been wonderful. The management has been easy and friendly to work with. They also do a fantastic job at keeping the grounds clean and maintained. I have no complaints.

Great location close to the highway and shopping. Apartments are adequate and clean. Parking for reaidenta is hard to find on weekends as many people have guests visit. The gym is good and is always clean.

Avonlea apartments are a great family friendly community! I feel very safe living here! Not to mention the staff is wonderful!! They are always super helpful with the fact that I have MS. They set up a parking spot for just me! I am super appreciative that that was an option!!

My husband and I really like the security that this gated community provides. The pools and workout area are especially pretty and renovated. My husband and I really enjoy the interior of the apartment and all the extra storage space!

The staff in the leasing office is always super friendly, fast, and helpful. The environment is always quiet and kept looking nice and updated. As well as friendly neighbors. There is always parking as well.

Avonlea Towne Lake is a great apartment community. It offers many amentities and most of the staff is awesome. Although we have experienced many problems in our first 10 months, they have been dealt with on a professional manner.

This apartment community has a great leasing and maintenance staff...they go the extra mile with weekly social events. ?? The apartments have attractive, non-standard floor plans and the surrounding areas have beautiful landscaping. It's a safe area..with gated access and alarm systems that add to the feeling of safety and well-being.

The staff is extremely helpful. The complex is beautiful and as a teacher, the proximity to work was an added plus! The complex backs up to beautiful trails. Everything is extremely well maintained. It is worth every penny to live here!

I enjoyed my time at Avonlea Town Lake. Office Staff was always helpful and the area was great to live in. Alot to do close by and very convenient. Pet waste was always a problem. No one seemed to care to clean up after their pets which was frustrating but all in all a good experience living here.

We moved in during the summer, so we used the pool a lot. It is well maintained, kept clean and very functional, with a built in grill, a big screen tv for football and a big covered area for get togethers. The grounds are well maintained and plenty of green space.

The community is a great place to live. My apartment is part of the phase two remodel and it look very sophisticated and impressive. Plus this community is really involved and have great activities and events to participate in. Finally one of the greatest reasons for me living here is that it is so close to my job and is close to the highway. Overall, this is a great place to live!

We have had two units (1 bedroom and then a 2 bedroom). The complex is very clean and quiet, the staff are very helpful and professional. The apartment condition is excellent and we have a nice amount of space and lots of natural light from the windows. Our neighbors are friendly but not nosy or noisy. We love walking on the trail near the complex on nice days. It is very close to major roads and shopping areas, so we aren't stuck in traffic for most of our errands. We love it here!

Great place to live. Quiet neighborhood. Good amenities. It's honestly the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. I've seen a nice mix of people that live here and I'm happy to call it home for now ??

Great location and amenities,with well trained and helpful staff! Safe community for children with great local schools. Enjoyed the use of the two pools, fitness room, and the easy accessible trail system.

This is such a beautiful place to live. I'm very satisfied with my overall experience. Friendly neighbors. Helpful staff. Perfect location. Apartment floor plans are spacious. There is a scenic trail leading to downtown Woodstock.

What caught my eye was they didn't smell musty like most apartments do. The value was great at the time! I had a 3 bedroom for $1,000! I now have 2/2 and pay $200 more, on the same floor. I don't like how rent keeps rising here.

Beautiful well kept property. Staff is professional and quick to respond to residents. There are numerous floor plans to choose from. Amenities are great, clean, maintained and beautiful! I really enjoy living at this property and highly recommend this community!

For the most part excellent. Had a couple issues dealing with a leak coming from the window and wall that was poorly handled leaving my walls open and exposed for weeks. Took nearly 3 months to get everything fixed and cleaned.

overall it was excellent, last 6 months the above neighbors were loud and always fighting. Also had numerous packages go missing. The first two years were terrific, last 6 months not s much. Office employees are fantastic

Not noisy. Clean. Easy and convenient parking. Enjoyable amenitys. Very cooperative staff. Like the gate security and alarm system. Mail boxes at the top are not easy to get too, especially if you are a short person.

I can't believe how much we love it here our expectations have been met in above and beyond the staff here is so professional so kind so loving they feel like family to us the grounds are always impeccable and anytime we ever needed anything done it was thank you so much for enhancing our lives the past two and a half years

Apartment and grounds are clean. Convienent to interstate, shopping and Restaurants. Pets are welcome The staff was friendly and responsive. Easy access to the boardwalk and doggy Park. Feel safe walking even at night

We love living at Avonlea @ Towne Lake! Its a nice place to call home. They are spacious and the leasing office really cares about you. We love the patio set up as well. The pool and club houses are very nice also.
