It's a clean complex with a variety of amenities. The office staff promptly responds to questions. Maintenance does the same. Great location to downtown Woodstock with a walking path connected to the property.

    Outstanding location. You can get to anywhere in the Atlanta area easily. Woodstock has a great downtown area we restaurants and shops to keep you entertained. The walking trail is so well maintained and the views are good. The people you meet are happy and smiling at you. Overall and good place to call home.

      I agree, as the Avonlea Towne Lake is in a prime location! Many of our residents enjoy walking the Noonday Creek Trail to access their favorite restaurants; such as, Reel, Salt and Pure!       Staff is great, the complex itself is just outdated. Well half outdated. Phase 2 is newer and has nicer features. One downside is neighbors complain a lot about anything (dog barking, if you have a bird feeder) and sometimes they accuse the wrong unit. The set up is confusing as anything. Each building has a number and then a unit number. Things get delivered wrong all the time whether the resident enters the info wrong or it's a new delivery person/service.

        Our community is set up into two phases-Phase 1 was built in 1999 and our Phase 2 was completed in 2013. Recently, in 2015, our Phase 1 was completely renovated, as we wanted our phases to have minimal differences. Our floorplans offer a variety of features, such as, large garden tubs, open bookshelves, built-in work stations, double sinks, 9 foot ceilings, attached garages and more! We are constantly updating our community as we want the absolute best for our residents. I am sorry to hear your frustration regarding your downstairs neighbor. All residents are notified regarding complaints that we receive at the leasing office. We do have a protocol our residents must follow if there is an complaint after business hours, which is contacting our after hours line. This allows our onsite Courtesy Officer to respond to the complaint and assess the situation. We have found that noise can carry and we do our best to determine where it is coming from so that the correct resident is contacted. This past year, due to COVID, the leasing office was unable to accept packages. It appears there have been misdelivered items at times. As a result, we sent email notifications to try to determine whom the delivery belongs to as well as the office staff retrieving misdelivered items and delivering them to the correct location.         The staff was so friendly. The community looks great. There are plenty of amenities that make the apartment very attractive. The grounds are well maintained and visual appealing. The other residents all seem nice and are easy to live around.

              Excellent community. Great professional staff. Competitive prices. Modern interior and exterior decor and well groomed grounds and lawn services. Great location. Average 30-40 minute commute to Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport. Superior amenities, two swimming pools, tennis court, 24 hr access to gym, and walking trails for the whole family.

                  Rent is extremely high. Phase 1 grounds look horrible. Phase 2 taken much better care of. Apartments have been painted so many times the paint is so thick & runs. Carpet is cheap & you get charged for it even though you take excellent care of it.

                    Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey and providing us with your feedback. I am sorry to hear your frustrations and would like to address some of your concerns. We have found the market to be strong. Woodstock continues to grow at a quick pace and the rents have become higher over the last several years. We offer the most affordable rents in the area based on the square footage of our floorplans. We are actively working with our landscaping company on a weekly basis to ensure weekly maintenance is being complete, in addition to, any localized areas that may need extra attention. Each of our units are painted prior to move in as part of our turning process at move out. Please let me know if there are areas within your apartment that require touch up paint or repair. We would be happy to deliver that to you or schedule any needed repairs. As for the carpet, it is the responsibility of the resident to maintain the apartment in a clean and sanitary condition and not cause or allow any damages exceeding normal wear and tear. Many ask or assume that we replace the carpet after every resident. This is simply not true, as our hopes it to deter charges for our residents by educating them on proper care for the carpet as well as our expectations during the move out process. If the carpet cannot be professionally cleaned, we are forced to replace it at a prorated rate. Please feel free to reach out to me as I would like to discuss your concerns further.                         Over all my apartment is nice, security is horrible and don't care about your things nor packages.. I wish security was much better and cared about the people live in this community?.they get live here for free , but careless about us the people that pay rent.

                          We really do strive to provide great customer service and I am sorry to hear your disappointment with our onsite security. I can definitely see where you are coming from regarding your missing packages and that would frustrate me as well. I would like to express that the safety of our residents is of utmost importance! Our community offers an onsite Courtesy Officer who is available after hours for our residents. Any employee or Avonlea representative that lives onsite is not exempt from paying rent. Due to our community size, we have found that many delivery companies may misdeliver packages on occasion. Our residents will return the items to the leasing office or deliver them personally to the correct resident. The staff will assist by sending mass email notifications in an attempt to retrieve a missing package. Now that the leasing office is open to walk in traffic, we are accepting resident packages through a package log system. Please feel free to have your items delivered to the leasing office and we will gladly notify you with any future deliveries.                           The office staff is always helpful no matter what issue or request you have. I can be needy at times but they've never seemed inconvenienced or bothered by need to take more time with me. The pools are always cleaned and they're pretty quick to address any concerns you have.

                                    This community seems safe, is well maintained, close to Woodstock downtown and access to the Woodstock trails. The leasing office is quick to tackle any issues (loud noise, trash, loud cars, etc). There are a variety of individuals in this community all ages and families too.

                                            Avonlea is a well maintained property that provides convenient access to the Downtown Woodstock and Towne Lake areas. Nearby Noonday Creek walking trails provide a very pleasant outdoor exercise environment that is well kept and connects to Woodstock and Towne Lake. The units with attached garages are a large plus for people coming from a house and are used to having private, secure vehicle storage.

                                              Everything seemed okay when i first moved in. But slowly the place started to decline... Dog poop every where. Trash piled up. Staff isn't helpful, apartment shows signs of quick fixes to move people in... The best part are the residents.

I understand your frustration in regards to pet waste. A huge percentage of our pet owners do follow our pet policy and those that do not are held responsible. At times it can be difficult to determine who it is. We ask all pet owners at the time of move in to submit a photo of their pet along with their vaccination paperwork. A $50.00 fine is charged and a violation letter is given to all violators. It would help to know the area of concern as the Groundskeeper can monitor the area. I would love to speak with you personally to address your concerns. The entire Avonlea staff is here to address your needs as we want you to enjoy your apartment home and community to the fullest.
