It's a great community, office staff are kind and helpful. Great amenities, plus close to downtown Woodstock. I enjoy the trail connected to the complex. Decent bang for your buck on rent but it is getting more expensive as everything is.

Great Staff , Friendly Community , Well kept property. And the staff is always very prompt about any issues or concerns. It's always very peaceful and the apartments are very nice. I would recommend anyone to this property.

Great community, very safe and secure. Never had trouble with neighbors or anything. Maintenance is always prompt and professional. Everything looks good and it includes 2 pools and a fitness center. Easy access to the townlake trail to downtown and Woofstock.

Before our apartment flooded my experience had been good. There have been some issues with our renewal not being updated and requiring multiple call from me to straighten it out, but nothing serious to be concerned about. Recently though we had an emergency that was not properly responded to, and the area where information should be used to help residents contact the maintenance team after was not reflecting changes that were made to the line. These things have drastically changed my opinion of the community.

The leasing staff and management are absolutely amazing and super helpful. The location is great, I love the private access to the noonday Creek Trail. Maintenance is really quick to help as well and overall good vibes here!

The complex is always clean and well kept, staff and maintenance always quick and friendly. Gym is nice but can use some updating. Pools are very nice and issues within the complex are handled pretty well.

Well maintained property, with courteous office staff, worry free. Pet friendly property with nice neighbors, and friendly and efficient maintenance staff also. The pools and workout space is great. Definitely recommend

The community is well-maintained, and the management communicates well with residents. I love having access to two pools, and the area is nicely shaded over many sidewalks. There's plenty of green space, and I enjoy the close access to downtown Woodstock. Maintenance requests are always responded to and completed within 24 hours/next business day.

The community is very nice. So close to downtown Woodstock. A nice trail walk to down town. All the office and maintenance staff are great. If you need anything just make a call and they have a quick response time . Very happy here .

It's been amazing living here! My neighbors are great and friendly and the staff has been nothing but professional and helpful when the need arises. Location wise it's hard to beat being so close to downtown Woodstock and also having access to noon day trail for some pup walks or cruising around on my skateboard.

The apartment is located conveniently near the walking trail which we use regularly. Also our doctors and church are very close. The staff and maintenance people are friendly and eager to help in any situation they can.

I love my apartment. These apartments are right in the middle of everything you need. The office staff at our complex it's very helpful and very pleasant. I also enjoy the activities that are held by the apartment complex community. The people who are running the activities are really great people!

I have loved my experience here at Avonlea Towne Lake. The staff was very helpful when moving in. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, they came immediately and were quick and nice. The community is clean and taken care of. I loved my apartment and living near the noonday creek trail is a huge plus!

I enjoy living here. They take very good care of the community. The maintenance staff is very responsive. The office staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I feel safe in the community. There are always community activities.

I have lived here for two years and this by far has been the best community. It is quiet, well kept and the office staff are so friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are also quick to respond to any needs you might have.

The staff is friendly and helpful. When I have questions or concerns they listen and help out to the best of their ability. Maintenance crew are very helpful and come to fix anything in a timely manner.

Very helpful and kind. I love how clean the community is as well as quiet. The amenities are awesome. The application process was fast and smooth. All office staff were cheerful and kind. The maintenance team is great.

I just moved here and I like it so far. Very nice community. Last but not least. The management made it easy for our move-in. Only one week after applying we got approved and here we are. Many thanks to everyone involved especially K'Nah who was our leasing consultant
