I love it here. I have never had a problem that wasn't addressed and taken care of immediately. The office staff is wonderful and the maintenance team is the best. I feel safe here. It is so close to any stores, schools and interstate access.

Avonlea Towne Lake is the best apartment complex in Woodstock?in every way. The office staff and maintenance crew are exceptional?friendly, professional and efficient. The community is beautiful and very well kept. Community events are encouraged and the pools and fitness center are top-rated?and so are the apartments. And another very special amenity is the walking trails right behind the complex. There are many things that set Avonlea Towne Lake apart from the rest.

K'na Rose was the best leasing consultant experience I've had in YEARS. Gated community with friendly staff and always an open door. Avonlea is a Great place to live, with a central location and close to Marietta, GA and Atlanta GA. Extremely well maintained with apartment homes.

Very nice gated community. Staff was outstanding and apartment was very nice and had lots of storage, Community is pet friendly and has a dog park and a personal fenced in area if you have a main floor apartment. Overall, very impressive!

Stuff was great happy to be living here. The apartment layout is great plenty of space. Going to enjoy the walking distance to downtown Woodstock. The apartment was clan moving in. Kymble was very professional and making out transition moving to our new home enjoyable.

The community, apartments, and maintenance staff are all great. The apartments have space and neighbors are very friendly. The downside is the front office. They aren't helpful and when they are, they make everything on you or get frustrated with you when you need something from them.

Avonlea Place is a great community to live. Leasing office is great. Our maintenance crew is very knowledgeable and are very helpful. They have many great floor plans. The community has 2 pools, weight room, tennis courts, car wash and a dog park. The residents for the most part are very nice people. I was in the hospital last year with very serious implications. The staff, including maintenance were so concerned and there for me at every turn. In closing, we would definitely ask you to consider checking it out. ??

The outside areas of the apartment building requires more attention. There is trash, leaves and even spider web. This give a very bad impression. Did not see any cleaning staff in the common areas in the buildings.

For a first apartment for my Husband and I, it is just what we were looking for. The community is nice and filled with people close to our age (College, Starting Family), and the staff works hard to fix anything that is damaged or wrong. The event that the community holds are all fun and it helps get you to know your neighbors. One event that I enjoyed was inviting a food truck to the community. It was quite tasty!

I have paid my rent on line for as long as it has been an option. Nov 2022 I closed my checking account due to fraudulent activity and opened a new one. Accordingly the service used my new checking account info. for my Dec 2022 rent payment. Come Jan 2023 I come to find they used my closed acct when I paid on line. All kinds of charges ensued due to their error. I was told the office would get back to me Jan 17th. Since then I have made 3 calls to the office and couldn't talk to the manager. Just that "they're working on it". Now it's time to pay another month's rent and this problem is still not resolved. I'm going to pay in person and wait in the office until I can talk to the manager. Been here for over 10 yrs, recent rent increase of $300, and this has happened. At this point i would not recommend living here.

You walk into our apartment to see a beautiful windowed terrace and dining area. White wooden blinds on all the windows allow for full control of sunshine into the living/kitchen area. Well fitted laminate floors are easy to clean yet have the feel of wood. Outside past the well manicured grounds is a network of trails leading to different parts of the city. Friendly people walking dogs or getting daily exercise frequently populate the area. These lush trails were the deciding factor in our rental decision. We have 2 pools on site and residents divide themselves into the splashy and the quiet. There are days we've had the quiet pool to ourselves, yet have heard wistful stories of the "party pool". There is a weight room and a laundry onsite if interested. The office area is stunningly decorated and the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, the complex is well thought out and a pleasant place to reside.

I've enjoyed my time here but it has become too expensive. Generally clean and well maintained, but people often drop stuff and it was go weeks or month without being cleaned up which means no one is regularly picking up the grounds.

I love my place and the staff, my apt is very spacious and I love my porch allows me to have plants and sit outside , my place has sufficient rooms and is nicely laid out . it climate is perfect weather it is winter or summer ,it is quiet and I can never hear the people upstairs

I relocated from the Chicago suburbs and didn't have enough time to explore the area in person. I searched through 100s of reviews of every apartment within our price range and bedroom needs. This one stuck out "long term residence" "convince" and "service" were all great positives. Looking at the pictures and talking with the staff, we jumped in this apartment sight unseen. After living here a few months, we just renewed our lease for another year. We absolutely love the community, staff, and have a sense of security living here. Its close to the highway, which is important since I work downtown. The nature trail that leads to downtown Woodstock is easily one of the best perks. Overall happy with the neighbors we have around us and the courtesy they have during quiet hours. If you are just so DESPERATELY looking for negatives: the apartments are not Instagramable modern (were talking like 2009 style), we would get a bug in the apartment here and there but buying a $5 strip for the bottom of the door reduced that to almost none, there's a lack of social media connection/conversation with the neighbors but if your here to mind your own buisness you'll be fine...that's literally all I can think of. :)
