I just moved here. So far it has been a good experience. I hope that this continues to be a nice community to live in. I will see what winter and spring bring. I looking forward to using the swimming pools in the warmer weather.

It has been great so far! Easy move in day process. Application process was a little burdensome but worth it due to rent prices and the niceness of the area. I've never moved into an apartment that was actually cleaned prior to move in so that was a huge plus.

Fabulous experience. Beautiful community. Did realize how old the community is. The up keep of the property is what I enjoyed the most. Just wish the prices were more in my budget. I would have moved instantly.

From the time me and my significant other walked in the door the staff was very warm and welcoming. Fernanda was very knowledgeable about the complex. Was quick to answer all of our questions and concerns.

This is a delightful community. The staff is very professional and courteous. They have A small fitness center 2 pools a car wash thinking about a monthly calendar for activities to participate in if you like community activities.Pleasant Place to live.

Staff was welcoming and friendly the whole complex is well-maintained and clean. Proper security is in place. All amenities are nice and well kept. The apartment I rented was deceivingly large and more than met my needs.

The community is clean and friendly. Usually no problems with parking or other issues. If you need maintenance it usually comes within a day or two. My two bedroom apartment has more then enough room for us.

Maintenance staff is professionl and prompt in servicing requests. Very dog friendly community. Great location within walking distance to downtown Woodstock. Competitively priced for the area. Multiple floor plans and friendly staff.

Top Notch Customer Service, friendly, clean, safe & inviting community.
From the very 1st encounter w/ Avonlea, my experience was exceptional. As a 1st time apartment renter I was so stressed and I had a million questions & my leasing agent, Ivette Cordero, went above & beyond to answer every single one and walked me through every step of the rental process from the tour of the apartment, filling out the application, the approval process to the final walk-thru and getting the keys on move-in day. The apartments are beautifully spacious, and the complex is a safe, clean, family friendly community. I would highly recommend Avonlea at Towne Lake to anyone looking for apartment living.

I love the grounds and the unit I live in. I wasn't aware there was a barking dog below when I moved in but the staff spoke to the owner and the dog barks only occasionally now. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. It is nice to have activities I can attend and meet other residents

Just a great experience with everything we have participated in or needed help with since we moved in. Thank you to the staff and to the maintenance crew for always being courteous and professional. Everything has always been quickly resolved with any help needed as well. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone that asks.

Great area, close to downtown and libraries as well as restaurants. Love the Noonday Trail that connects to the complex. Lots of dogs around. Laundromat is expensive but pools are nice and clean. Has a car wash but it's basic. 8/10

Wonderful leasing agent Kna Rose! Very courteous and knowledgeable. Gave us a wonderful tour of apartments available to suit our needs. The grounds were kept very well and buildings very clean. Parking was easily accessible.

I've lived here 5 years and I've never had any serious issues. The staff has always been helpful with anything that was needed. I've met and became friends with a number of people over the last 5 years

The Avonlea Apartment Complex is a beautiful thriving community with not only a dog park and a walking trail, but multiple gym and pool facilities at the renters use. The location and amenities, along with the excellent service the staff gives this apartment shows it is loved and well taken care of.

We enjoy our apt life here at Avonlea. Well managed and maintained apartments. Nice staff. We love the pool. It's great to be situated on the trail system. It's a great place for a walk. What's not to love.

I've lived here before for 4 years and now for the past 2 years, and it still has an amazing management staff onsite. It's a great place to live. Amazing residents. I've made some great friends here. Its enjoyable living here. They have community events as well. 2 pools, a very nice gym, community room and laundry facilities.

It has been an enjoyable place to live. The staff is very helpful. If I had one thing that has not been up to the standards of the community it is the windows. The windows are old, leak air and cause quite a bit of condensation which needs to be cleaned up everyday.

I have lived in the same apartment for three years in Avonlea and I not only love my unit and the location of it, but I also love the whole leasing and maintenance staff!! They are always so quick to fix anything in my apartment and always so wonderful to communicate with in general! I truly enjoy living in this community and love being able to get right on the Woodstock trails from the unique trail entrance from the complex. I definitely feel at home here!

Compassionate office staff that makes me feel very much at home after only 9 months of being divorced. The location of the complex is within walking distance to downtown Woodstock. The location is prime.
