Nice community, love having Woofstock park in walking distance, building are well maintained, parking can be lacking at times, rent is overpriced for what you get though. Love having a car wash and the staff are always friendly.

    Woofstock Park is an added plus! Many of our residents utilize the Noonday Creek Trail as they have direct access from the property. This offers connection to Downtown Woodstock. The Avonlea staff strives to keep the property in pristine condition so that our residents have a safe and clean environment to live in. I am happy to hear our efforts are being noticed. Due to our property size, parking can become full, especially during the evening hours. We try our best to monitor the parking areas to ensure all vehicles are properly registered. If at any time you notice any parking issues, please feel free to contact us. . If you have renewed your lease at least once with us, you may find that this year s increase is larger than what you have become accustomed to. That said, we are closely monitoring our rates in conjunction with what other communities of similar age and quality in the area are charging. While your offer may be higher than you were expecting, it is competitive with and often below other options in the area.     OVERPRICED. OVERVALUED. THEY KEEP THE WORD "LUXURY" ALL THROUGHOUT THEIR MARKETING MATERIALS. THERE IS NO LUXURY HERE. YOU WILL PAY INFLATED RENT FOR VERY BASIC APARTMENTS. AND THE FEEL AMONG THE RESIDENTS IS FRIGID.

      Avonlea at Townelake is the best bang-for-the-buck apartment in Woodstock! The amenities, cleanliness, safety, and security are a great start. The community activities are a bonus and I really like the ease of access to I-575 and the trail system you can use to get into town or towards restaurants and shopping.

        We are an elderly couple living on a limited income so we desire a comfortable apartment that provides maintenance of everything. That saves us hiring outside firms! We also feel safe here compared to some of the news about other complexes! Also the location is within 3 miles of all our shopping needs and most of our medical doctors which is a real plus??

          Great location to Hwy 92, I-575, Towne lake Parkway and the city of Woodstock. Long time residence in a quiet mature landscaped community. Quick and satisfied replies from office and maintenance. Great place to call home.

            Convenient location, friendly staff, beautiful landscaping, and relatively quiet for apartment living. Maintenance staff responds timely when issues arise. Office staff is very friendly. Grounds and amenity areas clean and well kept.

              Love the location, and am very happy that at least as of now am able to afford the apartment. Only significant issues would be the sink in the kitchen and the buildings being numbered but the numbers not being very visible on the buildings.

                Very good. Quick maintenance response. Grounds are well kept. Breezeways could be cleaned more often, but that is because residents do not wipe up spills and they get tracked all over. Not all of the residents keep their pets leashed or clean up after them. Pets should not be allowed to GO on any grassy area, because that is where residents walk. Residents MUST pick up after their pets, but I don't know how this can be enforced.

                  This is a great apartment for people that need easy access to gas stations, grocery stores, fast food, trails that lead to dog parks and downtown Woodstock. I have very little issue with this place outside of people not picking up after their dogs at the park within the complex. Rent jumps up crazy for people that stay over a year, so most of my neighbors have moved on and purchased homes. I'll be doing the same. Tons of other chill people in the complex, great gym, and pool! Parking near me is meh. Cheers!

                    For the price when we moved in, this apartment community is perfect. There are two pools, a gym, and a common area that we use free of charge. The proximity to a park path is optimal too. Not to mention that the path leads directly to the downtown area. While rent prices are increasing everywhere, this complex seems to be the only one worth the price.

                      Avonlea is a great place to live if your looking for safety and wonderful neighbors feels more like a home. Great staff in the office willing to help and maintenance are quick to respond to your concerns very happy to be living here.

                        I really don't have any issues with the staff, however, a lot has changes regarding, changing of lightbulbs, that does not happen anymore, I feel the amount of rent charged that should be a given. Thx

                          The location is great. Office staff is typically great. Maintenance has been trash for 2 years, though they are working on that. Units are still outdated, carpets are lifting and drywall is falling. Rent increases are really only due to the location which is annoying.

                            Safe gated apartment community, friendly staff, resort like style living, 2 pools, tennis court, walking trail to downtown woodstock. Beautiful party/ conference room. My Family and I have been here two years and we love it!

                              Everything is great in terms of servicing. The amenities of the neighborhood are great and I've never had any issues with other residents. Rent increasing is getting a bit ludicrous, however. It is going up by the hundreds annually and is making it much harder to afford living here.

                                Avonlea Place is a very attractive community, with many mature trees and bushes. The apartments are larger than usual apartments, and well maintained. The office staff is very helpful, very polite, and there are a few social activities planned. The entrances are well lighted, and there is regular trash pickup, and the only concern I have is that I have found a few roaches in my apartment.

                                  We moved from the Midwest and have lived in the apartment for six weeks. We chose Avonlea without ever visiting. We chose it by looking at the website and finding online reviews and talking to the Leasing staff. We really like the location (close to everything you could want or need), amenities, friendly and helpful staff and the resort feel it has. It is a very quiet community.

                                    The Avonlea Towne Lake is by far one of the best apartment complexes in Woodstock. The leasing staff is responsive and friendly. The maintenance staff are quick to fix any issue. The neighbors are the best. I honestly wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

                                      Courteous staff, both in the leasing office and maintenance workers. Sometimes, maintenance isn't completed promptly, and takes more than one try but it does get done. Recent price increases have been horrible, but price increases are happening everywhere. Grounds are kept well, breezeways are kept less well, but overall this is a pretty good community.

They try their best to rectify the issue at the first visit; however, occasionally, there may be additional work that is needed. I am pleased to hear our new landscaping company, Highgrove, is performing well and producing great results! We are also impressed with their work. As for the breezeways, maintenance has implemented a new policy that should produce faster results on a more consistent basis. Our groundskeepers will be aiming to clean at least 3 buildings per day.                                             Ok until the outrageous rent increase I can't possibly use 200 words to describe the apartment. All I can say is that it is becoming outdated as far as interior design. I don't think it is right that we now have to buy our own light bulbs , what if someone doesn't drive and can't get to the store for a few days, stay in the dark????

                                              things are pretty well managed; hallways are unkempt in between power washings. The pool was closed in the Spring when it was in the 80s. The management is nice & maintenance is attentive & polite. I wish the dog & bird seed was cleaned up.

                                                Very nice, quiet, clean community. The property management team makes sure to inform the community of anything happening such as renovations occurring. I also appreciate them putting on Saturday breakfasts, bringing in local food trucks & car detailing companies coming out for the community. This complex is always kept ip with in terms of landscaping and cleanliness. I have really enjoyed living here and cannot wait to renew my lease!

                                                  Overall a great place to live but, the rent has gotten out of hand. Office staff it okay, pools and gym are great. Access to walking trail is perfect. Basketball court would be nice to have next to tennis court.
