I lived here in 2020 and 2021. loved the environment and people so i came back in 2022. overall, great community, friendly staff, wonderful location. Michelle is amazing at her job, as well as former-employer, CJ. I never walked into the leasing office and did not receive a smile and a greeting, called by name. And, i never left there without a laugh or smile on my face, no matter the situation. Super friendly staff, great variety of residents.

Great location for schools and activities, aesthetically pleasing, and fairly priced, you really couldn't ask for anything better in an apartment. We have been here 2 years and honestly could stay more, depending on inflation's effect. The leasing office and maintenance personnel have always been friendly and courteous. Their address of any concerns and maintenance requests are prompt and satisfactory. They actively set forth activities and contests to give it more of a community feel. The neighborhood is very relaxing and peaceful, within the community and outside. The 2 pools are definite pleasers, the gym facility is very nice, and walking trail and dog park are wonderful features for families and dog lovers. You really have it all right here. A walk away from downtown Woodstock- my newest favorite place!

This is a great community with very friendly people and staff. The pools are very nice and area inside are very clean and spacious for family to enjoy time together while doing different things. Great place to live.

Great place to live and enjoy life. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. Staff is great, they knowledgeable and helpful with any issues that may come up or if you are just looking to find a new place to live, this staff has you covered. Lived here for 2 years and the only reason I would move is to buy my own house.

It has been a great experience. Have met some really nice people. It's like one big family!! Great workout area and pool. Walking trail behind apartments is very convenient. People who have pets are very considerate!!

Avonlea is a very quiet and quant community. Alyssa the property manager is great. She loves and cares for all the residents and always has a smile. Bert and Harley the maintenance guys are so friendly and all take great care of the residents.

Apartments are beautiful. Nice floor plans with beautiful finishes. Landscaping is beautiful. Staff is very nice. Maintenance requests are completed very quickly. This is my favorite apartment that I have lived in

Avonlea at Towne Lake is a great place to live. The office staff is kind, professional, and attentive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and effectively every time. I feel safe and comfortable here.

It has not been terrible. There is a few things that could be improved, like I have tape holding one of my screens on. One of the base boards is buckled out and the drains were so clogged when I moved in. But over all the staff has been wonderful. The neighbors could be better. They are very loud, slamming doors and I can hear them through the walls. One neighbor told my under age son to take a picture it would last longer and another neighbor stood outside and watched him walk our dog and then proceeded to ask him if he was going to pick up the poop as my dog was pooping while my son was standing there with a bag in his hand. So needless to say, seem to be a few weirdos here.

This is a friendly, quiet community that is close to all that Woodstock has to offer. The Staff is friendly and always try to resolve any maintenance issues in a timely manner. The pools, fitness center and adjacent walking trail allow for residents to enjoy exracurricular activities.

I absolutely love this apartment complex, i love the amenities, i love the staff in the office, the only problems I've ever had are the people that live above me but i know there's not much that can be done about that so I've never complained about it. It's a beautiful community with lots of stuff to do and in a great location. Highly recommend this complex

This community is really nice and surprisingly affordable for the area. I love the fact that it is gated, the landscaping is beautiful and the layout of the apartments is well designed. I have a one bedroom but there are many different layouts that you can choose from.

Office staff is very nice, professional and courteous. Amenities are nice. Location is very convenient to all local area amenities (shopping, dining, etc). Overall, a good location. Woodstock is great!

It's a great community and the staff are awesome. They are on top of requests for the most part, sometimes it takes a couple days for things that aren't as urgent. I feel safe here and appreciate the communication if there's any crime going on in the area.

Love the convenience to 575, they fix things in the apartment fast. Landscaping needs so much work! The rate are very high for what you of sticks that remain for months, parking lots full of leaves and debris's

Management and maintenance just go above and beyond to make sure requests are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. The grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect for families. Very pet and kid friendly, lots to do.

This is a very clean and quiet community. Apartments are clean, comfortable and updated. There is plenty of parking, 2 swimming pools and a gym. The leasing staff are attentive and polite, along with the maintenance staff. Great location to live, very close to 575 and hwy 92.

The complex is pretty nice. Pet friendly but some residents don't pick up after their dogs. It's an issue that's been addressed multiple times and the office will soon do something about it. The pool is wonderful. There are kids that scream and yell so if you have an apartment near the pool, you'll hear that frequently during the pool season. It's not bothersome unless you like complete silence. If you don't live on a top floor, you'll hear walking (stomping or moving of furniture also) upstairs. Some instances of being able to hear conversations through the vents. Most noises can be drowned out with music or a TV. Parking hasn't been an issue for me since I moved in. There are bugs every now and then but maintenance comes on Friday's for pest control for no extra charge. The key locks and keys are electronic and I did have an instance where I was locked out of my apartment for several hours in the evening and it took maintenance a while to get there. There's a nice little dog park and walking trail on the property. The walking trail takes you to the Woofstock dog park and downtown Woodstock. Overall, it's a nice apartment complex and I plan on staying unless rent is drastically raised.

Avonlea Towne Lake is a warm community of people, staff and residents alike. Sometimes I have to make two service requests to get the jobs done right but they eventually do! I like it here but I do think it's time to upgrade the apartments, the rug needs ripped out and replaced with plank flooring. You can't have rug in a dining room for 5 yrs until it is constantly dirty!

Great place to live. They have community events, just revamped the dog park, and everyone is super nice. Its quiet and peaceful. The staff and maintanence is wonderful. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I really love the location. It's very convenient and you have the trail to stroll downtown without haven't to try and drive or park. The office staff is amazing as well. They are very helpful whenever you have any issues.

This community is so welcoming and actually feels like a home. The amenities are clean and accessible and fun for all ages. The location is great as everything is nearby and within walking distance. Me and my roommate love it here and we will definitely resign!

Love Avonlea. The grounds are kept up. There are no kids /people roaming the parking lots. I would prefer more lights in the back of the complex ro I sure more safety after dark. My neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. I love the amenities !
