From day one the staff have gone out of their way to in sure our stay here was the best and the service has been consistent. My husband and I could not have found a better place to live in Woodstock and we have recommended Avonlea to his coworker and she moved in last year

We have enjoyed our time at the Avonleas, staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept very well., and there are plenty of amenities to use. We have a dog and and the dog park area is useful.

Can't say enough about this community. Haven't had any problems at all! Grounds are kept immaculately. Service requests are resolved within 1-2 days and there is always a follow up from the staff a few days later to make sure the issue has been resolved. Perfect for families. Not a "party" complex. Very quiet. Love it here

I highly recommend living here at Avonlea Place in Woodstock GA. Great staff who are compassionate, understanding, friendly, and driven by the resident's happiness!!!!! This isn't your typical apartment complex, it's a big family!!!! Come and live here, you'll LOVE it!

Wonderful community! Apartments are quiet and the upkeep and maintenance are impeccable. I have greatly enjoyed living here and will definitely be renewing my lease! I would highly recommend the Avonlea at Towne Lake to friends and family.

Nice place to live. Convenient location. Roomy apartments. Good staff. Event and social planners are exceptional and provide something for everyone in a friendly and professional manner. Highly recommend this apartment complex at Towne Lake.

The community is beautiful and the apartments are pretty spacious. I love the fixtures, cabinetry and appliances. The two bedroom with sun room had the feel of a ranch style house. Lots of community involvement with activities for residents, the staff is extremely friendly! Very noisy neighbors have left me with no decision but to leave the community.

Overall wonderful experience. I enjoy living at Avonlea. The staff and maintenance are very responsive. They have great amenities including a dog park. The residents are friendly, quiet. Overall, clean grounds with a few issues that should be addressed.

Avonlea is a great apartment complex to live in, especially if you have moved from a large home. The bed rooms are a nice size, as well as the living area. Kitchen and dining are well designed. We feel very safe here, and find it a convenient location for work, shopping, and entertainment.

I have enjoyed my apartment at Avonlea Townelake. The community is very clean and the grounds are well kept. I have only needed 2 repairs since I have been here. Maintenance was prompt. The office staff is always friendly. I love the layout of my apartment. It is beautiful. and most importantly - My neighbors are great! There is no riff-raff here that I have seen. The walls are a bit thin, but the neighbors are decent and respectable people (no stomping around yelling or loud music), so it's no big deal.

My experience here has been acceptable. Over the past few years, quality of tenants has deteriorated, and more police activity is obvious. Last year my rent was increased over 7% which is unheard of in this area. Being on a fixed income (primarily social security) that hit my budget hard. The appearance of the property is well maintained, but the increase does not merit such a jump.

I have had a great experience at Avonlea so far. The grounds are beautiful, parking is usually very adequate and the interiors are great. The only change I would ever recommend are that the faux hardwood floor were throughout the whole apartment.

We are usually living in a home. Living in this apartment has been very comfortable for us. It is a very nice Apt. complex. Basically quiet.Clean the Management is very courteous and prompt on any issue or questions we may have had . I would recommend this apt

I am extremely pleased with my apartment and community at Avonlea. The new section has very nice finishing touches-stainless steel appliances, built-in microwave, upgraded counter-tops with tile backsplash, flat ceilings, levered door knobs--all that was left off was a self-cleaning oven. All the apartments have alarm systems and laundry rooms. As in all complexes, there are residents who do not clean up after their pets but pet stations are regularly maintained by staff.

For the price we pay we expected to not have to hear every move our side and upstairs neighbors make; there have been at least on time the maintenance crew has entered in the apartment to change the air filter without notice. Its an Ok place to stay when looking for a better long term residence.

My wife and I shopped around for a nice rental property in the area and we're coming to the conclusion that there were none. We were very happy when we found this property. This is a great community to live in. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The community amenities are plentiful and well kept. The other residents are very respectful of one another's privacy. This is a very safe place to live.

Most satisfactory and Exceptional. The Avonlea Place office staff and of course the maintenance staff have always been one of the very bright stars of this community. In addition the excellent location and access to my needs is perfect.

So far very satisfactory. Amenities are spacious and very clean. Parking is plenty. Noise is acceptable. Office staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The grounds maintenance is very nice to come home to. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

I used to love this community. It was nice and quiet. The quality of residents that continuously move in has greatly decreased over the past year. The door slamming and dogs constantly barking no longer make this a nice, quiet community. The vehicles some residents drive are very questionable and loud.

The Avonlea has been my home for nearly two years. I've never had a problem that wasn't addressed immediately by the most professional and courteous staff I've ever encountered. I highly recommend choosing this community as your residence.

have experienced a gradual disregard of the rules and behaviour of the residents..Avonlea needs to have an efffective security presence to maintain law & order as the quality of resident has been lowered over the years

Avonlea is a very nice and clean place to live. The office staff is amazing, prompt, and courteous! Everyone is friendly and the apartments are very spacious. Great family environment! They also have many amenities including two pools, tennis courts, and workout facilities. A must check out!
