Overall the experience has been good. Apartments, grounds, and office are clean and well maintained. The only thing that is negative here is the "conservice utility management & billing" group. Horrible customer service and outrageous fees. Still on the fence about renewing lease here if Avonlea continues to use them.

I moved into the residence because I had a few friends living there. Ihave enjoyed my overall experience. However, my neighbors tend to complain about any noise I make, which makes me a little uncomfortable. I feel they could be more patient with my day to day living.

Avonlea is a nice, quiet community with many activities to engage in. It's a great place to live with awesome amenities. Pet friendly with a friendly staff. The rent is a little pricier than other local apartments but the quality is better as well.

Very clean and welcoming complex. I am looking forward to see how summer living is here. Because I moved in in the fall, the community tends to stay inside during the colder months. Location is excellent although cars do travel fast on Stone Bridge. These apartment are great I just hope they stay at current price due to this complex already being at the top of my budget.

I have lived at Avonlea for 3 years and I feel very comfortable and safe here. The office and maintenance staff have always been very polite and helpful. The grounds are always kept very clean and attractive. I am proud to call Avonlea "home".

This is a nice complex with a variety of residents, retired couples, young people with children, students, working people with pets, etc. It is always kept in good shape, and residents are usually friendly and pleasant. It is in a trendy area, and unfortunately the rent keeps going up each year. I would love to stay in the community, but I don`t feel valued as a long time resident. The decision to renovate apts has caused inconvenience and great expense to the residents who may wish to stay here.I don`t know what my options are at this time, and being told that I could store my possessions, and move back into my apt in two or three months is not only expensive, but a bit bizarre. The expense of moving twice, storage, staying with family for several months ( with pets ) and a hectic work schedule would be stressful and more than just an inconvenience.

This is a beautiful apartment complex and I feel the neighborhood is safe for single women and children, or anyone for that matter. Only cons to living here so far are the noise from neighbors ( yes I know apartments have attached neighbors but some better insulation to mute the sounds would make me love this place totally). Also the back gate is constantly breaking. They may want to put cameras on that to see who is causing the issue.

Really Friendly neighborhood. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely.the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."

I have loved this apartment complex. It is a tremendous upgrade from my old apartment. Almost everything has been above my expectations. Everything is handled in an appropriate, professional manor. I have had some tousle with noise regarding my neighbors, but overall things have been satisfactory with them.

I moved into this apartment in 2009 after I was forced out of my original apartement in this community due to a flood. I was not made aware that this complex was built in a flood plane. That was not in the lease. I did not have flood insurance and lost most of my personal effects. I was in a one bedroom before the flood, forced into a two-bedroom since that was all that was availabe and therefore higher rent. I think under the circumstances I shouldn't have had to pay the higher rent, at least until my current least was renewed which had 8 months to go. I moved out of no choice of my own. I was told to evacuate everything in my apt after the flood within 24 hours which was impossible. What i did try to salvage and had put up high on countertops etc was dropped into the much and destroyed by people who came into the apt. I had jewelery stolen and other small items during the time that I was attempted to salvage things. This apartemtn community was a much better place to live when I first moved into it in 2006. There have been demographic changes and unfriendly neighbors. With the addition of the new buildings, there is not a sense of community. Each year my rent goes up around $30 per month. That is too great considering I have the same paint, same 5 year old carpet, shabby looking out-dated appliances. This complex does things like resurfacing the parking lot repeatedly, putting up new signs, painting the office building, but doesn't invest much in the individual apartemtns to update them.

We have enjoyed everything about the community. The only thing we would say we dislike is the cigarette buds from neighbors and also the people who live about us (they tend to be loud). Everything other than that tends to make us happy. We definitely debate moving out at the end of our lease because we love it here.

Good location, safe community, great staff, a pleasure to come home. The parking is OK, sometime hard to find a spot at your building. The office being open is fine as we always find a person to answer any questions we may have. Overall, a fine community.

This is a quiet neighborhood with a nice mix of people. In 3 years I have never had a noise complaint. The walls and ceilings are well constructed for noise control. I have never heard neighbor TV or conversations. It's a great place to live with great staff. The location is very good, complex security gates function near 100% with only rare solicitation from young people working their way through school. If you are not happy here, you won't be happy in any apartment lifestyle

I am very satisfied with this Apartment community. My neighbors are friendly and quiet and the complex feels safe. The amenities are the best around and are always well maintained. There is ample parking and there has been no crime that I am aware of.

Really enjoy the peace and quite in the community as well as the community events that are always happening. Also, the salt water pool is a major plus living in this complex. I also like how the community is gated at all times. The gym is also very nice.

'First in most all everyone is Awesome! I never lived in community's that is beautiful and quiet. Landscape is very lovely also entryway, parking areas, sidewalk, and community areas. This first time I lived in quite neighborhood it feel like home here. I have met wonderful residents and enjoy all activities that you'll have here. Let's don't forget "Pancake Breakfast!" things have been fine, the apartments are not very insulated very well you can feel the wind coming through them. kitchen very outdated. The noise from upstairs apt. is extremely loud. I understand this is an apt however it is very loud. this is a nice community overall

I am very happy with the family atmosphere & diversity of our residents. I feel very safe & very seldom see law enforcement here due to misconduct. Robin & Jeremy, our social directors are amazing. I am fortunate. Our mailbox area really needs some attention.
