I enjoy my apartment and the staff, except for the guy in the front office. He is the only reason I gave a "3" on the last question about the staff. I would refer friends/anyone to The Avonlea and have them speak to any of the gals in the office but not have them to the guy.

Overall, a great place to live. Our neighbors have become friends, great sense of community, amazing events going on all the time. On the downside, no 24-hour notice before apartment is entered, sometimes no notice at all. Otherwise love it here.

It's been great so far.I have enjoyed the clean community, and the facilities are staff are first class. My only issues is the level of noise which I can hear thorugh the walls. The individuals above me are loud, and the walls appear to be paper thin.

It has been a very good experience. I really like it here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The landscaping is immaculate. I love the new pool and the fitness building. My neighbors are very nice. I like the location as well. It is very centrally located.

When I moved in the apartment, the staff was always friendly and made me feel welcomed. I have friendly neighbors and I love how clean and well kept the community is. Its very convient to alot of places that I like to go such as shopping and work.

Avonlea at Towne Lake was a great place for my wife and I to land while our kids were all in college. We lived in the community for 5 years and have met some lifelong friends. The location and the apartment we lived in were great. Our apartment was spacious and well maintained.

Our experience has been wonderful! The staff are very friendly and attentive. The grounds and apartments are well maintained. We have never renewed a lease in a previous apartment and will most likely renew our lease here! We are glad to call this our home : )

I have lived here since 2001...accommodating floor plans, professional management, 2 salt water pools, landscaping professionally maintained, attractive sales office and meeting rooms, and grounds professionally maintained.

Nice and quiet apartment complex. I like my access to the workout machines and parking is OK. I also like that I was able to secure the use of a garage due to me having items that I need to store elsewhere. It appears that the lift gates have been having operational issues (broken) but now they are working.

Well maintained, safe neighborhood, friendly community. It is close to interstate, shopping, and restaurants. Monthly social activities are held that let residents interact. People are friendly and respect each other. There ism plenty of parking and apartments are quiet so that sounds from adjacent units don't come through.

Overall I have had a positive experience. The staff is very friendly and accomadating,services have been completed promptly, and the grounds and facilities are nice. Neighbors are loud. I also had issues with residents not picking up after their pet.Overall a positive experience and will recommend to friends.

Every employee has been extremely professional and courteous . they have responded to every service call in a prompt and efficient manner and cleaned up after their service was completed. I would recommend Avonlea at Townelake to anyone who needs an apartment

My experience at my new home has been awesome!! I love the apartment and all the amenities. The entire complex is so well kept and clean, the landscaping is beautiful. There is more than enough parking spaces available. Great location and wonderful staff!

I recently moved in November 2013 and I have loved it ever since. For the value and the space I have, I couldn't have got a better deal anywhere else. I use to live in a apartment complex right down the street and it doesn't even compare. This community is so much cleaner and has plenty of parking. I love the fact all my neighbors are courteous of each other and respect each other when it comes to having company and the noise levels. I am already planning on renewing for next year!!

Avonlea at Towne Lake is a beautiful upscale apartment community. It is a very friendly Community with an excellent management staff that are very "on-top" of things. The location is very convenient to all of our needs and transportation. The facilities are beautiful and the social committee plans many activities for the Community. We would highly recommend the complex to anyone.

We love living at Avonlea. The staff is nice, courteous, and helpful, the neighbors are nice and quiet. And the apartment is gorgeous and luxurious. They also have a dog park on site - this place is very dog friendly. We will be living here until my husband and I buy our forever home.

Have lived at Avonlea since 2012. We really like living here and appreciate the office staff past and present. Also enjoy the beautiful landscaping surrounding the apartments. Our experience with working with the staff and maintenance staff have been exceptional!

It is a joy to live here! It is ideally located to major highways and Historic Woodstock. The Community is extremely well-taken care of and the staff is great to work with. They provide such events as a pancake breakfast once a month to residents, holiday baking for kids, etc. I love it!

The community though it may have small issues is a great place to live, the new pool and gym area are incredible and the staff is extremely friendly. The new dog park has been a great addition to the community and a fun place for the dogs to get to play and a place to meet neighbors

This is a very attractive & comfortable place to live. Location is convenient to freeway, shopping, restaurants, and downtown Woodstock. I have made many good friends here that I will have for the rest of my life. I feel safe being in a gated community,

Very convenient location; quiet setting; fun social activities; a great place to live! The cost of living is fairly reasonable. Very close to a lot of restaurants and businesses. Office staff is friendly and easily accessible. Rooms are very very spacious.

Very positive from the start. Made the right choice. The office staff make you feel very welcome, and a part of the community. The space is laid out great for roommates. Very large bedrooms, which was hard to find in our search.... no one seems to want to build bedrooms larger than 11' x 12'. Love it here.

We have had a very good experience overall. All staff is very professional. My only concern is the security as one apartment in my building was robbed in the daylight. Some neighbors can be more polite, careful and less noisy. All maintenance issues are always resolve prompt.
