Kapilina is a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 and the pool area is lovely. I appreciate the close proximity to the beach and multiple coves to swim. I could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and sports courts and a great Cafe on the beach.

I can truly say this is a wonderful community. Friendly neighbors, friendly staff, great amenities (including a gorgeous private beach,) and the events held here have been so much fun. Loving every minute.

So far, my experience at the community hs been a healthy and good one. My neighbors are kind and helpful and everything is clean and taken care of. All of the amenities are clean and well kept. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience.

Maintenance team is knowledgeable and caring. It's a bummer we have no community hot tub that was advertised. We also now have limited access to the beach with coves 7 and 8 being closed for private beach homes in our community.

office personnel and maintenance staff are friendly and and wellbeing is an section 8 state assisted renters are let in. quality of people being let in to rent needs to be looked used to be a great place to live, must everyone took care of this community and would help there neighbors and maintenance with upkeep for a clean and respectable place to live now you could have a clean property but the neighbor could have a mess on their property so its a double standard those of us thats been here a long time, know the rules and abide by it. by bringing in less then accountable renters is asking for problems,i know as a business profits and filling the rentals are priorities but management needs to chose wisely when it comes to renters i was in closing i was born and rised here and know about section 8..thank you for your time resident and concerned renter.

The advertisement of a resort community is misleading and inaccurate. The community members have been welcoming. Food trucks come into the community multiple times a week and it is such a wonderful convenience. The pool and business office are enjoyable but also not properly monitored. I love the access to the beach.

It’s a great community- very ideal to raise kids and be surrounded by the beach / nature is wonderful. Overall the management is very good, just a few hiccups along the way for us but I have confidence in them and look forward to a much improved overall experience.

Not the best our first month, disappointing with maintenance not showing up on time until 4th complaint. Disappointed that I kept getting letters stating I owed money and legal action would ne taken against me for being late when we had to move in with everything paid in a cashiers check. Disappointed that it takes 30-40 min to boil water and that we are drying clothes 2-2 times each wash.

Where to begin? Place continues to go downhill while rents continue to rise. Yes, rents are increasing everywhere BUT rent increases here are all over the board. Two sides of the same duplex, with the same everything, can rent for two different rates, hundreds of dollars apart. Your lease renewal might be 3,000. You don't renew, but then they advertise your unit for 2500 to others. Blatant favoritism by management and office staff. Old units falling apart. Horrible pest problems because they don't treat the common areas. Very poor security with lots of theft and vandalism.The amenities all look nice when you tour, but don't try to use them on the weekends. They will all be taken over by people who don't live here. Rules are not enforced. Trash everywhere. Nice that it's dog-friendly until off leash dogs attack yours that are being walked on-leash. Only saving grace is that it's close to the beach.

I love it here ?? the amenities are great and its amazing to be so close to the beach. I feel very secure here and i love that there is a sense of community. I also love that its pet friendly and theres so much stuff for the kids to do.

Anytime anything has broken, Kapilina always corrected the problem quickly. The staff has always been kind and attentive to the needs of the residents. It’s a little off the beaten path but that is also what makes it great. Great place to live.

I enjoy the community. Great amenities. Great people. But the chickens and airplanes make it very loud and disturbing. Morning is chaos with chickens and the day is loud with airplanes. I would hope that we can address the massive chicken population. Also the fitness center needs some attention. I don’t know the last time the men’s bathroom as been cleaned. I see the same exact messes that are still there. Attention to detail.

love the community, people here are very helpful especially staffs at the office! Clean and I just love the amenities that it comes with living here at kapilina! School, parks, gym, pool and beach is all very convenient! Everything is within walking distance. My kids get to come out of the house knowing they're safe.

The few weeks we’ve been living here we love it! Kapilina has extremely well maintained facilities and the amenities are awesome! The staffing team is very professional and we’re able to answer all questions we had! Can’t beat the price for all you’re able to do here.

this community is beautiful and my family enjoyed being park of the community. my kids been going to the pool alot and they loved the flashed water park too and the beach. i would recommend this community to my friends that are looking for place for their families.. and i believe they’ll love this community as much as we love the community theres alot of fun activities here. my kids been enjoyed them alot.

I do love the community. It's just too expensive. My electric keeps climbing. It's hard to understand all the rebilling. The staff is WONDERFUL. Very friendly and professional. So far our work orders have been completed in a timely manner. The amenities are good to have. I LOVE that the community puts out events going on and such. Like I mentioned, I love the community. It's just so expensive.

This property is a hidden gem in Ewa Beach. The value is perfect for my family. We are able to walk to the beach, the gym and pool. Most homes have drive ways; all have covered parking and outdoor storage. The community has a splash pad, beach access, 24 gym and yoga studio, community rooms, pool, spa, beach cafe, pickleball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball as well as a lagoon.

When we first moved in I was quite impressed but got a little disappointed on the upkeep it seems that the only time the place is done extremely well is when it is ready for a new tenant to move in. After that I noticed the upkeep has gone down. Don’t know if short staffed or not. My neighbor across from me has not had their front hedges cut since they moved in and now they can’t even access their front door and I know the maintenance crew sees it as they do the ones across the street but never theirs.

This place is beautiful, a bit expensive; houses are old so it always needs to be maintained or renovated, so far the people I’ve met are gems, I noticed they try to weed out the rotten apples; if the whole community works together to keep this place beautiful and can stop the thefts that happens here and there it would be the cherry on the top.

So far so good but lawn maintenance is definitely needed. The grass has gotten long and there is alot of leaves and debris on the ground that is going to allow for bugs to populate. We have been doing our best to keep the grounds clean but I need equipment to mow and edge the property. There is a fertilizer that can be used that can keep the number of bugs down. As is, right now bugs are going to reproduce like crazy.

We enjoy living here but we wish that the prices were lower. We love everything about the place and would recommend it to others. We love how it’s pet friendly, how we have a security gate in the front, the amenities are awesome. Just the price and maybe do some upgrades in the houses.

Ammenities are great and the staff is professional; however, the maintenance is another story. You are put in a long queue, and it’s hard to get ahold of maintenance over the phone. We’ve been told there’s only one person doing maintenance for the entire townhomes when we see multiple maintenance people driving around. Doesnt make much sense to have just one person handling every request from the townhome community.
