The pool area was a tropical paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and equipped with comfortable loungers. It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the island or just daily work. The fitness center was also top-notch, with modern equipment and beautiful views to enjoy while working out. The staff at Kapilina Beach Homes are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to ensure my residence here is exceptional. Any questions or requests I had are promptly taken care of, making me feel truly valued as a tenant. Overall, I highly recommend Kapilina Beach Homes for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing home in Oahu. Good food at Dlish! When my son moved here over 6 years ago it was quieter and people weren’t allowed to leave junk all over their yards. Many trees have been removed and they should be replaced with new ones. Recycling and environment should be top priority.

We think this is a great place to live!! The people that complain or cause problems don't realize how nice they have it! We have beach and ocean access, a beautiful pool, hot tub, and fitness center! We have a beach front restaurant and entertainment!

When I first moved in the grass was big cut for 3 months causing many bugs to come into my house. The neighbors are very loud, playing loud music all times of night. My apartment has many issues that have not been fixed

These roosters and noise disturbances make this place a disgrace ! The office lies about this property ,if I could do it all over I would of waited to sign my lease until I got on island .My husband and I can't handle 2am crowing until 7am or during what's supposed to be quiet hours. Nothing is being enforced and the chickens and roosters are pets to some in the community. I don't think I will continue to live here for the duration of my lease. Definitely not paying for mistreatment!

I don't think you'd want me to share my frustration about our situation with our electrical issues in our unit. Maintenance is usually on top of any and all repairs we request. This time it has not been resolved as of today 3/18/24.

Once the community allowed Section 8 vouchers lead to a significant change overnight. This crime, trash, and zero accountable by Kapilina for those who actually have to pay rent using their hard earned money!

Mahalo for assisting us with our maintenance needs in a timely manner. Our experience here is good just a few things that concerns us like loose dogs. I know the lease agreement talks about those and it would be good if this was addressed immediately with those dog owners. In the meantime we’ll do our part to report those.

I have had consistent problems with the quality of my home since moving in. I have spoken to the leasing office about the issues when turning in my deficiency sheet upon initial move in; the residents office for follow up on the same issues; and my resident manager from a telephonic follow up to a previous survey. Even after all that, the issues don't get addressed. The atmosphere has now become that their concern lies more with how the outside of the residence looks than the issues the tenants have.

In 2019 and early 2020 is was amazing. The location is super close to the beach. It has gone down hill since then and crime is a concern now. The staff, however, are excellent. They are very nice and as helpful as possible. This is the staff both in the rental office as well as the maintenance office. I might recommend it to a friend with a few warnings.

We were moving out of our current home as the landlord needed us to leave to repair the roof due to some critical construction issues. As I work full time as a project manager for a construction firm, I let my fiance pick our new rental. When I first heard we were moving from downtown to Ewa side I was skeptical but she was sold after coming out here so I went with it. I spoke to our rental agent and their manager a few times who were very helpful in getting me setup with an application and executing my lease. I was happy with the overall experience of process. Upon my first entry to the community, I was greeted by very professional security personnel at the entrance checkpoint. They vet all guests upon arrival without being unnecessarily restrictive as I’’ve seen in other like-communities. Upon arriving at my new rental, I had multiple neighbors come out to say hi, ask whether I needed help moving in, and even dropping off food. I was extremely impressed by this and the overall community presence. I purchased a house in Kailua two years ago which I rent for income and although it’s a nice neighborhood, the response upon my arrival was lacking compared to my arrival at Iroquois Point. After move-in, it has been a great stay here. At night, I can step outside and actually hear the ocean waves although I am on the property on the opposite side from the Beach. My dog loves the open area which he gets to run while on my 40’ extension leash. While walking my dog down the streets I converse with neighbors. It really feels like when I grew up in Boulder, Colorado where I was born. I have really experience here and I have a feeling I may stay for quite some time!

After seeing other beaches compared to ours, the beach here is filthy. Is there a beach scraper that could remove the sticks and stones once / twice a month? I’ve witnessed an elderly man slip and almost fall on the steps to the beach due to they are full of sand.

Amenities are rubbish. Beaches feel like there's oil in the water. Overpriced food and drinks at beach restaurant. Smells like diesel every morning after sprinklers have been on. Not worth the Money. would not recommend after overall experience from my neighbors and me.

That the property has everything you need and not far from everything such as mall and gas stations and all other stuff it’s convenient for me don’t need to drive to far to your destination I like that the beach is on property and pool as well I like that it has a gym I can go to.

OH well! One main thing we pick from this community is that they help each other even though there are some people always being negative. The best thing in this community is the School and it's safe for our kids. Our kids love to walk to school and can always play outside the yard instead of going to lots of different park outside from the community.

General overall look is very run down - a lot of non operational/abandoned/expired vehicles that haven't moved in months. Yards are always overgrown. Cat overpopulation and a lot of loose dogs. Maintenance is very responsive and professional and the amenities (pool, dog park, beaches, restaurant) are all very nice.
