Office workers are so friendly and approachable. I feel secure at my home environment and neighbors except their dogs' barking but it's understandable. I haven't experience that much yet but overall, I've accessed to a peaceful and clean environment. Mahalo!

Nobody came to fixed our air conditioner yet, work order was closed and had to resubmit. Air conditioners keep going out every other month. Other than that we enjoyed living here the last 6 years and hope to get our air conditioner fixed soon. .

I'm not sure why the community would be tolerating a fugitive living there and not registered as a resident but they do. He goes in and out of the gate without a valid drivers license. He uses the facilities.

No thank you. I wish I would of investigated the noise level, quality of the structures, windows, AC, etc before I committed to a lease here. I would of continued to look elsewhere. The caged roosters in my neighborhood and the lack of animal control from my residence service office is very limited. I have no idea if they will ever get it under control.

great place to live if you need a spacious , safe and community full of amenities for the family .. a bit overpriced for location and condition of home itself *unless you get a fully renovated one* , but overall , we're blessed to have this home and can't complain about resident services , they help out as much as they can , where they can .. so thank you . please dont let my review come of as rude .. besides being pricey , our family loves it here ..

Web content and use of a mobile app (which collects more info than needed) seemed designed to be barriers to getting items resolved. Location is great, and rental rates are pretty decent for the island. Individual employees and sub contractors are all pleasant. Billing is also very odd in using services and adding fees for what seems should a core function of the property management company.

Living has been fine. Facilities have been constantly going down since I’ve lived here. Management is hard to get ahold of and when you do they are hostile. Maintenance requests will go awhile without being acknowledged. People abandon units with vehicles constantly and kapilina does nothing to remove them

We do enjoy living here because of the friends we’ve made. You can’t beat the views of the lagoon & access to the beach. There’s lots of events going on each month. Great food and entertainment down at Delish too! Mahalo!

When I first arrived in 2021, the community was quiet, neighbors were pleasant to each other, the community grounds were well maintained, and maintenance team was responsive. That has all significantly declined over the years, with the lack of prioritization, quality of customer service and new staff hiring that do provide the good quality for the amount of pay.

Work order never been taken care of as of April 1st. Submit wo but nobody come take a look while we were there. Kapilina is good but electric and maintenance is somehow disappointing with high bills and maintenance not rush to tenants needs. If they respond they will leave trash behind. Thank you

Love it. The amenities are amazing. The pool, spa, weight lifting make things easier. Wife works at Iroquois Elementary School so it’s close to home for her. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are easy to get along with and noise is not an issue.

Excellant location. A gated community, wonderful place for kids with a little water park. Wonderful place for dogs with 2 dog parks. For the big kids at heart, a Community Beach with a little beach side outdoor walk up deli/restaurant that provide live music on weekend not to mension food truck night. A Pool, work out gym. etc... tennis courts, basketball courts. We Love it here.

Overall the experience has been positive. However there are down sides to every situation. There are rules to followed, yet the rules are not enforced equally. Security services here are inadequate, poorly trained, and poorly equipped. The people themselves who work security are fantastic, a bit more enforcement and patrols would go along way. Vandalism, graffiti, chicken fighting, ebike-wheelies, etc all need proper enforcement of rules.

My experience here is good. They need to repair the roads coming here, there are a lot of potholes. Also they need a bus that will stop at the entrance before the security, bus stops before reaching here is too far to walk for kids and older adults in there 50's who catch bus, also need to put some street lights, it is too dark and unsafe to drive at night, never know if a car trouble of some kind may happen and you're all alone in the car in the dark.

Noise is due to the airplanes flying overhead but that is to be expected. I have not had any safety issues but theft seems to be an issue around certain parts of the community. The upkeep of the grounds could be better but overall it gets the job done. Overall, I enjoy living here.

It’s very peaceful lots of things to do and there is a gym pool hot tub and a splash pad… everyone in the community is very nice and friendly to each other and another good thing is the yard space that u have….

Pool/gym areas are pretty good. Other than that I would avoid this place at all costs. The amount this place charges for what you get as a “house” is laughable. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!

The community around me it’s quiet and nice. The people here is friendly. And it’s a very beautiful area to walk in. The gym is good and the swimming pool is nice The beach area is nice too. The stuff is OK and it’s a secure area. The only thing is there is no public transportation. but overall, I like the community

Kapilina beach homes is such a safe and fun place to be,Staff are super helpful and friendly and the community is just beautiful. The Maintenance staff are fast and friendly. There is a lot to do in the community pool jacuzzi,Gym,basketball Court,play ground,tennis court and the beach is a distance walk.

I don’t think you would like me to share my experience. Maintenance only puts a band aid on an issue. If I could upload some of the work that was done on this place since I moved in. I know I could do better work than that. But we pay for the fee so why should I fix the place? There is only a couple maintenance workers that are really good and I wish I could request for them again.
