It’s a beautiful neighborhood with a lot of activities. It is great for families and is really close to the beach (within walking distance). The staff are really friendly and helpful and the area is just beautiful and calming to live.

We have been here 18 days and although our experiences here in the community have not been good withour home. This community is beautiful having your own beach is second to none. D'lish makes the best deinks and the food is good as well. Everyone here is very friendly.

We love living here, love the beach and the amenities nicely secluded from the main hustle & bustle of the Ewa planes. We do miss the community events like, private concerts, movie nights & special holiday event's. Looking forward to seeing these community bonding activities return soon.

The only reason I enjoyed living here was the proximity to the beach. For the most part, the people living here are great. Management is not. Amenities so vaulted are restricted beyond what is necessary given the ended COVID restrictions.

Ohana. Community and family are similar with both agree menta and disagreements, but for the most part it seems the majority of everyone in Kapilina is safety and comfort which are both good things.At the end of the day it seems like everyone including myself are trying to improve and grow together.

This place has alot to offer in terms of entertainment but the houses themselves have slot to be desired. The neighborhood is very noisy due to living under the flight path of all commercial planes and military ops and people tend to love obnoxiously loud vehicles and motor bikes. This makes sleeping very difficult. We are constantly at war with bugs. The grass is very green in some parts of the neighborhood and brown in others but we all pay for it.

I wanted to live in Kapilina Beach Homes community after visiting a friend who lived there. I moved in 4 months later. I spend a lot more time outside with my toddler than when I owned a condo in makaha. Kapilina staff have been great.

Kapilina is a very welcoming and friendly beach community. Management, maintenance, ground crews and security very friendly and helpful. Have been amazed at the community support and how it comes together from management to tenants working together thru COVID and water crisis. So blessed to live here. Mahalo

Great safe environment! The community is well managed and taken care of. It has its own gas station/ store. Dog parks, schools, beaches. You never have to leave. The security gate makes you feel safe for your family to walk around. It feels like a neighborhood from a movie

This community is the best I've ever lived in! The issues I saw in reviews and hear from others are nothing compared to all of the great things living in Kapilina offers. I'm convinced anyone who isn't happy here wouldn't be happy anywhere!

The amenities of the community are great, private beach, farmers market every week, community pool, splash pad, dog park, gym, is got so much its clean and easily accessible. Community is fairly quiet, occasionally a party or get together outside, you will here. I feel safe here, kids can play and walk around freely. Coming from the mainland the sense of community and that safety is nice. Apartments are ok, they are a bit small, especially for the rental price, no central AC and no wall insulation so it can get a bit warm inside during the day. Overall you are paying for the community amenities to have access to. It's a nice place overall.

Living in this community has made me want to leave the island. We are way to far away from everything, but have absolutely no privacy because there are always people around. Getting anything taken care of from maintenance is like pulling teeth. The communication with maintenance is awful! There isn't even a main office to complain to about anything. Greystar is on the mainland and never responds about anything. I was told after waiting for q month to get my living room AC fixed that it is not priority because I have AC in my bedroom. And my refrigerator has been making my food go bad since we moved here 6 months ago. I thought it may be the Hawaiian air, but nope. My fridge is just broken. I have now had a ticket in for a month and they are saying the seal to my fridge and freezer are on back order, so sucks to suck. I guess my family can just deal with bad food and the maintenance department couldn't care less. The security is more worried about making sure people are wearing masks while working out in the gym (which is super unhealthy), than making sure people are not peeking into others windows at night, or security is harassing our children about not allowing any friends from outside of the community in, but don't do anything about the teenagers drinking in the park at night. It feels more like an insane asylum than a community in paradise.

Kapilina has provided an enjoy experience for my family for the past 2 years during our military move here. Dlish is like a second home to us. If I could do it all over again I would move here and hope that it still has the same Ohana feeling in the neighborhood.

The process was smooth. Working with knowledgeable and patient staffing helped to ease the anxiety tremendously. So far the community has been good although we did run into some neighboring issues in the area with loud arguing on our second day. Aside from that its been ok.

I have nothing positive to say..from sewage backing up over 10 times the first year, to termites eating through the doors and walls - and even the carport. Maintenance never responds appropriately- they just show up unannounced and expect you to be okay with it. Things are only repaired half ---..bare minimum. Storm drains all clogged and streets and homes one from Kapilina anywhere to be found while we were sand bagging homes..worst place I have ever lived!

The COVID measures for the gym are nonsensical and the maintenance portal is effective about 65-70% of the time. The communities handling of the water situation that occurred as a result of the Red Hill well contamination was not up to par. I dont need to be contacted by anyone, just do better

They care and take service seriously. Great community to live in. Most people are friendly and great to live with. Some however should take care to adhere to rules that are needed to provide a healthy, comfortable environment. Cats should be spayed or neutered if they are to run freely in the community. Feeding of wild or feral cats and dogs should not be an option; which encourages more strays and other rodents and pests. Fecal matter, urine and marking of area create a health issue. Care for strays is a kind and noble sentiment at best, but cruel in the long run as they really aren't meant to live in communities other then as domesticated pets. There is no easy answer to the problem; but an answer must be found so that we can live together as neighbors peacefully. Perhaps those that really want to help strays instead of breaking the rules meet together share the cost of humanely catching these animals and taking to a no kill shelter. If a no kill shelter does not exist; start, support, donate and find like minded people to maintain and care for these animals. Breaking community rules designed to provide safe, friendly and tranquil living must be adhered to for the needs of the whole. Kapilina Beach Homes is a great community with a wonderful set of amenities that surpass the other rental units in the area! The beach and pool are amazing! Staff are helpful and the maintenance team quick to respond, if needed! My family and I truly enjoy living here!

Kapilina is the worst managed complex I have ever lived in!!! The management never completes a follow up with you. They dont answer the phone and maintenance requests get ignored 100%. I can not wait to move
