Recently, our neighborhood suffered a multiple day power outage which made my house completely unlivable, especially with two special needs kids. Advice from Evalani Exner at Resident Services helped me get just over $3000 back from my house insurance which I wasn't expecting. We can't thank her enough for that one. And even more recently a swarm of a few hundred flying Carpenter Ants made their way into my home in horror-movie like fashion. With my home in need of some serious repairs to prevent that from happening again, maintenance got bogged down in politics, financing and scheduling, but with the help of Evalani and Kathy Mara at Resident Services, things got moving forward again and it looks like my family might be able to re-enter that part of our house without fear soon. Shout out to Ricky at Maintenance for making two last minute inspections at my house. Bad things happen every now and then and sometimes what's an emergency for one person isn't an emergency for another. Thank goodness, Kapilina Resident Services make our needs important and know when to expedite matters. Even after all that happened, Kapilina is the best place I've ever been fortunate enough to live in. Thanks guys!

Rachel Ventura is my girl she is the best of the best, she made us feel like ohana from the day we met her, she is now my extended family, We love all of the amenities Kapilina beach homes is the best place to be if you have teenagers so much to do to keep them occupied. My favorite is the Christmas Parade and D Lish is great. Evalani Exner is such a wonderful lady, she is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful to our family.

The Leasing team was extremely responsive, respectful, professional, and people oriented. The community center is luxurious, and accommodating. The community is secure, and extremely friendly. The people are very nice. Absolutely community oriented with weekly organized community service such as the farmers market every Wednesday. Fantastic!!

This is a great community. I've been here for 8 years or so and my family and I still love it. Great amenities and I love the staff. Evalani is the heart of resident services. Always friendly and helpful.

I love this place because it's quiet and peaceful everyone is friendly helpful and amazing, Rachel in the leasing office is a rock star the miss aloha of all miss alohas! She was extremely helpful when we applied and moved in the folllowing weekend! Jeremy in the leasing office was another closer to help us decide to move! Oh yes and I totally love the pools hot tubs fitness center and business center and lounge! I moved from the east side where I was five minutes from Kailua beach which is a big change but I haven't regretted it for one day!

The staff here is great! They are always so helpful and are always willing to help. Christina , Evalani, and kat are always here for my family and I. Josh helped a lot with our move. The noise is a bit much if you don't like the planes flying over but other than that. Place is amazing. Beach pool and gym is beautiful.

As a two year resident of Kapilina Beach Homes, it is an absolutely wonderful place to live. In fact, I did not know that this community existed, however, the best word I can describe it is "WOW". The customer service skills of the managing staff is excellent, our Resident Manager, Kathy Mara has been so supportive to our family; in fact she is simply amazing. The maintenance professionals are helpful and go way beyond what is asked of them. This truly is a community where neighbors are friendly, very caring and shows concern about the well being of others. My visiting friends and relatives thoroughly enjoys all the amenities and events. Let me tell you, "It's hard to get rid of them". (lol)

This is lengthy, but After reading reviews I with inaccurate info I want to share. My wife and I have been at Kapilina for a little over 6 months now and we love it. The community has something for everyone. We have monthly events from concerts to themed parties for family and friends. I'm able to wake up and decide whether to go to the beach café for coffee and a sunrise, work out in a huge gym, or jog around the lagoon. Community: We feel safe and have the most awesome people here that truly look out for one another. There is a big military presence here

There is nothing like knowing that you at anytime no restrictions ENJOY the beach right out your backyard. Best place to relax and regroup. Excellent residential area. The neighborhood events are amazing!!!

Noise was really bad specially airplane ones. And you can hear connected next door like you are living in same house. If they are talking on the phone with speaker mode, you hear both side talking. Most uncomfortable thing was sex noise. It was echoing in my house. Walls are thin it's just plywood. Wall between next door is brick. Rent is keep going up every time renew your lease. Window and doors won't close tight so bugs and geckos are keep coming in the house. I had to keep picking up gecko poop every morning. They tend to do same area. Community was nice also kapilina workers are nice specially maintenance workers. When I moved in there, was told they are gated community so safe and have private beach. But Beach is open to public so bacically anybody can come in the community. I had things were taken from lanai so better lock up your stuff even living in gated community.

Pet friendly neighborhood with great amenities. It is safe and well maintained. The location is great and new up and coming Ewa and Kapolei. Our pets love it here and we do as well. The proximity to the beach is great and they are never short on events for residents.

Beautiful location with a great new pool, gym, splash pad and community center. Dogs are allowed and the neighbors are great. They also have a cute little restaurant open on the weekends at the beach. Lots of events for the whole family here. The lagoon spots are the best. Utilities are not cheep in the town homes and fluctuate a lot. Houses are below average in construction and bugs become a huge problem.

We just moved in and absolutely love it. The entire experience has been wonderful from application to leasing to move it.... I wouldn't want to be any place else. Staff has always been more than helpful with any need we have had. Having a special needs family with two wheelchair users - our family can be quite the challenge. They handled everything smoothly and made our move a very pleasant one.

My wife and I moved here in April and have truly enjoyed the community. The amenities are ample and convenient, the homes are spaced apart to allow you to have some privacy without feeling isolated from your neighbors and the beach is wonderful to visit.

Best place to live on the Leeward side. Nice neighbors, beautiful neighborhood. Great restaurant on the beach with good coffee on the weekends. Paint night once a month. There's always something good going on here. Maintenance is quick to respond and good at their job! Couldn't live anywhere better!

We moved in a few weeks ago, and we love it! Our easing agent, Rachel Ventura, was amazing in setting everything up! I have a large family, and living in the townhomes is amazing. We are close to the Splash Park, the Community Center and Pool, and the beach! I do commute to Pearl Harbor, but at most it is a 45 minute drive, and the traffic is no nearly as bad as DC traffic! All the drivers here are friendly. I whole heartily recommend living here.

My move in was great, fast and easy. The only thing I don't like is having old, beat up and repainted appliances. I think that shows the value of what is placed into your home when you walked in and leaving all of my newer appliances makes me homesick. I love the community events that bring people together however nobody in the neighborhood has said much to me at all. I wish there was a neighborhood committee or something that brings me a pie and introduces themselves. I'm from the South so maybe that's just wishful thinking. I love the quiteness and the entire area.

I recently left Kapilina after being a resident for 3 years to move back home to Georgia. It was the most soul crushing, saddest day to turn in my 30 day notice and inevitably turn in my keys. This community has been such a blessing to me over these years. I've grown to meet some wonderful friends and family, the staff has become so close to me and always made sure we were taken care of in a quick manner (shout-out to Rachel, Evalani, and everyone). I honestly have no complaints about this neighborhood. Anything you could ever need is right within a walking distance, it's a tight knit family oriented place with tons of activities and awesome amenities, my fur kids always had a blast, and I could go on forever. The gorgeous beaches (attached is our family photo in the community), pools, parks, splash pads, gyms, dog parks, special events, walking paths and so much more are worth every penny. I lived in several units within the community and would never consider leaving Kapilina just because how well they treated us. Thankyou Kapilina for always making our family feel the Aloha spirit, we will always miss you guys!

On Oahu this is a great property. There are tons of accommodations - pool, club house, beach front, splash pad, dog park, etc. You also have a private marina, gated community, security, canoe club, and fishing. Rent goes by what section you live in. I live beach front in a single home. No issues at all with maintenance and staff, thus far, has been great.

I love living in this community with lots of amenities and a beautiful beach to watch the sunset. I am on my second contract with Kapilina and feel blessed to have wonderful neighbors and great people like Evalani in the resident center. It is peaceful out here with no noise of traffic and the highway. I am glad to Kapilina home.

I lived here for over 2 years and loved everything about it. The beaches are awesome and the community events are just as fabulous. Evalani in the resident office has always been so helpful and always has a smile on her face, very welcoming!! The maintenance staff have been very responsive as well. I would still be living here if I didn't have to relocate to a different island.

We Love living here at Kapilina Beach homes! When you work in town and fight traffic Monday through Friday, it makes it so worth it to come home to this paradise. Evalani and her staff have been so welcoming and always willing to help! We Live right along the lagoon with breathtaking views of the sun and moon rise above the water with the beach right around the corner! The community Rec center and events hosted by kapilina are amazing and a great way of bringing everyone together; and it's all in walking distance of our home.. it has been a Blessing to be part of this paradise and we are living and loving every moment.

amazing! I would like maintenance to complete orders quicker and more efficiently but I love this area. A few minor maintenance issues with my home, but nothing major. Moving in was a breeze and Nicole did an awesome job with getting us the information we needed and answering all of our questions. I work on Schofield Barracks and everyone discouraged me from moving here, I'm glad I didn't listen. With the activities and beach right here I have an excuse if I didn't get a chance to explore the island with my kids, since everything is so convenient. Because my husband is not stationed here, I had to make my kids feel like they were in Hawaii. What better way to do that than being walking distance from the beach?
