This place is amazing!! We have loved every moment here at Kapilina. The views are awesome, it is so quiet and safe here. They always have a new event coming up for us to enjoy with our family and to make new friends. Laurie Kornegay, our activity director, does a bang up job and is a ray of sunshine. The general manager Daniel Matyniak is so friendly and approachable. We have lived in communities before where the management was a joke, that is not the case here. ALL employees are so kind and friendly. From management, to the ladies in the resident services to the gardeners. Everyone has a smile on there face and waves to you. This has made the difference here for us. It feels like home rather than just another rental community.

Me and my family moved here from Colorado for a military move. Kapilina was recommended to us by one of my good buddies. This neighborhood/community is great for our family short walk to the beach, pool, gym, park and splash park. Everything me and my family could ask for really enjoy it and recommend it to anyone who moves here.

We have lived at Kapilina Beach Homes for several years and immensely enjoy living in this community. We enjoy the neighborhood, its amenities, the comradery of the tenants and the helpful friendly staff. The maintenance service is good and repairs are made quickly. A special thank you to "Willie" who recently did a fantastic job for us with some outdoor gardening. Willie and his assistants were caring, polite, and completed the job perfectly. We appreciate all the work to enhance the community and the support from management to make your individual living needs more comfortable. The neighborhood has many regular community events such as movies on the beach, market & food trucks, painting classes, etc. and yearly special events such luaus and a Christmas (Kalikimaka) parade. These events are highlights of living in this community and are looked forward to. I will also mention that the beach and views of Honolulu are some of the best on the island! Live happy and live well!

From our first meeting with Nicole Carter, we have been in love with this place. We have never had such a warm and positive one-on-one with a rental representative. Nicole helped us find the perfect place and helped us every step of the way! We love every amenity and the community is fantastic!!! Kapilina Beach Homes are beautiful and the area is terrific. There is everything you need and more at Kapilina Beach Homes. I went to view the property upon my arrival on the island. Rachel Ventura was awesome she took me around showed me all the amenities and also gave me great ideas on how to place my furniture. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome and right at home in Kapilina Beach Homes. If you are looking for a place to stay Kapilina Beach Homes is a great place to go. This is absolutely the best place to live on the island of Oahu. Everything you need, views, beach, spacious apartment and common areas, pool, constant events with food, etc, goes on and on. OMG we have to get busy to experience it all!

My husband and I love living here. The amenities are great and well kept, and I love the events they have here every month. Anytime I have to go into the Resident Services, Mariah, is always there to help with a huge smile on her face. Anytime I have a question she knows exactly how to help me.

Kapilina beach homes is a great place to live especially for families! Our leasing agent Nicole took us around to find the best home that fit our family and she was so nice and very knowledgable about the property. There are so many pros to living here:great pool, beach, gym, splash pad for the kids, playgrounds everywhere, spacious floor plans and the community throws events like a outdoor movie night every month. It's awesome!

I absolutely love it here. NO JOKE! This place is truly amazing. Well kept, friendly neighborhood, beautiful beaches, and lots of amenities. You cant beat it. A lot of people will argue about the planes at night and how the road out of the place is kind of long but trust me when I say that when you see this place, you wont even mind it. The amenities at this place outweigh the problems that very few experience while residing here. The residence even has a very nice community center in the middle that has pool tables, a pool, hangout areas and even a 24 hour gym. Who needs a gym membership when you have your very own free to access gym that's has all the state of the art equipment and even a nice yoga room to wind down after your workout. This place also has 24 hour security and a private gate at the entrance which give you a big sense of comfort when walking around or even hanging around the area at dark. This place really is amazing. Plus a huge shout out to Mariah Ormita who works at the beach homes for helping me a lot. She really helped me make this place my home. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me. The staff here really are like family. Combine that with everything going on at this place and I think you just found yourself a new home

We love living at kapilina beach homes. The square footage and open concept is wonderful. Smaller bathrooms, which leaves ample space for the living room and dining room. We love being so close to the beach, and the amenities are pretty stellar. When we moved into our new single family home, it actually felt like home. The office staff has been kind to us and we have had no problems so far!

Kapilina Beach Homes is nice community with lots of charm. This community has many options available to the renter without paying extra monthly fees. The beach is walking distance from most rentals and the community has a small town vibe that includes a weekly market. One of my favorite things about living in this community are the numerous fruit bearing trees and the opportunity to share with everyone. The roving security makes this area perfect for evening strolls or jogging. The staff is the glue that holds everthing together in this community one member that stands out would be Evalani. Regardless of the circumstances or constraints, Evalani always has a great attitude, performs her duties professionally and consistently quickly resolves challenging situations. This beautiful community with the exceptional staff makes this a great place to live and entertain guests.

My husband and I moved to Kapilina in February 2017. After searching the west side of the island for a rental we found Kaplinia to offer the best amenities. We have really enjoyed being walking distance to the beach, having a 24 hour fitness center, a beautiful pool, privacy our unit provides and all of the monthly resident activities Kapilina offers!! We look forward to staying here for several years. The only request we have is for Kapilina to acknowledge residents who renew their lease with low, reasonable rate increases so dedicated residents can continue our residency without breaking our monthly budgets.

Just moved back here after being away for a couple of years and man is it great to be back. Everything is so much nicer now and my wife and I love it here and so do our kids. So much things to do here from the private beach to the pool and workout facilities you can't go wrong. Our leasing agent Nicole Carter is the best. She was very helpful with everything and I highly recommend you calling her if you are thinking of moving here. From start to finish she was awesome. What can I say we love this place.

Kapilina Beach Homes is an excellent community to live in. It has all of the amenities that one would want in a resort community. Beside the swimming pool and community center there is a really nice up-to-date gym, dog parks and a great beach snack bar area. The beaches are also very beautiful and well kept - complete with barbecues. This is a very safe community for families and children with a Pre-school and an Elementary School within the community. It is a great place for kids to ride bikes around and wide open fields for kids to get together and play. I would especially like to acknowledge Evalani Exner in resident services. We had an issue and went to the resident services office the office for help. She was very friendly and helped us to do exactly what we had hoped we could do. I very much appreciate her understanding, empathy, and her great service. I would happily recommend Kapilina Beach Rentals as a nice, safe community.

We looked all over the island for a home. The rental properties out there are terrible. We called Kapilina Beach Homes and Nicole Carter answered and my life was changed. All of my worries about having to live in some creepy rental left me. The kindest person I have talked to on the island, she set up a Skype tore with us and walked all over the property with us via Skype. We signed the next day. I love it here. I really don't see our family leaving. I originally did not want to be here because of the flight path. It really isn't that bad. You get used to it. The cleanliness and safety and smells of the beach and the white sands and the views and I could go on and on, far out weigh the noise.

This place is a huge the amenities are great for the community but the housing itself is a if all you will have a tour of an upgraded model home when you do move in the house has the same layout bit not alot of upgrades doesn't look like the model home.Rent keeps increasing they rather have you move in to another unit same thing as what you lived before just location like a few blocks away so your rent won't increase,could be lower or stay the houses are so old military homes the windows don't have any upgrades,no insulation anywhere you will have every bug inside the house compared to other places added solar panels you don't benefit from it electricity still high and with no ac.i have friends that live in other places with a.c. rent is about the same with electricity being low compared to here.Dont move here the place is a joke if you do move to a model home you will have higher rent than most,the layout is the same lile everyone else
