There is a saying at , "lucky to live kapilina" we even hastag it because its true. Like anywhere else u will find those that bash n hate but the truth is that life in Hawaii isn't like the mainland! It's expensive and rentals tend to be a lot smaller, but hey it's Hawaii and kapilina. I love sitting on my lanai n catching the sun come up or gaze at the stars. I LOVE watching all the military ships come in or go out. It's awesome! Kapilina is an amazi g community where the aloha spirit is a live n well. The management keeps this place feeling resort like, with wonderful amenities, my favorite is the pool and the restaurant on the beach. Do uhh yourself a favor if your considering oahu..consider it out on a Wednesday so you can we how we dok our farmers market that is more that a family get together. Kapilina has so many great things going on.

Nicole was so helpful. She took the extra time to do us all the great things about the community and amenities that come with this great place to live. I could not have asked nor got a more professional management person. If you are thinking about coming to this tucked away paradise I highly suggest that you ask for Nicole for the best experience and care possible.

I love living here at Kapilina Beach homes where there is always so much to do! I hear the music at the farmers market now and am about to head there as I do every Wednesday. The amenities are great, love the pool, hot tub, all the space to walk the dogs, maintained dog park, the gym and the people that live here are so friendly! Anywhere you go on the property you will be greeted with a smile and a friendly hello, how are you. Couldn't be more happy with how the property is ran! Any questions or concerns i have a dealt with in a timely manner. It seems as if the staff actually take pride in what they do, I loved how Nicole at the leasing office was attentive and responsive to all of our needs (a lot of needs) and able to tour us around the property and get us leased/set to move in within our first visit!

This is such an awesome place to live. It's a gated community with 24/7 security. The pool is amazing, the private lagoons are amazing. There's so much to do here. Also, if you're active duty military or a dependent, there is a NEX mini mart and gas station in the community.

I absolutely love this community. I love the events throughout the months they open up for families to enjoy.There is always something to do.My kids enjoy the pool, the beach is a great place for parties and bbqs, I love my space between my home and the next one. My kids love the school, my husband and I absolutely find living here so convient. The only thing I disagree with is the cost of the rent going up to renew.

I moved here with my wife about three years ago. We came from our first home in Utah and we're really exited. We have lived in the same unit for the past 2.5yrs and have moved every minute. I'm happy that they put in the community center it is definitely a huge step up! It's always clean and refreshing to go there to the jacuzzi or pool. The office staff are out of this world amazing! Seriously they understand you and your concerns and try as hard as they can to accommodate you. The Maintanence staff are alsways friendly and personally I think that just with in the past six months they have REALLY stepped up their game! We live in a three bedroom two bath. The master bathroom has a shower that we rarely use just because it's so small. But that's us. Yes we live directly under the Honolulu/Hickman ariforce base flight path but honestly. It's not really that bad. In fact I don't really notice them any more. The only thing that I can find that I'd wish they'd change and that's if I'm digging for stuff is that after every lease our rent has increased. We used to pay $2,318 a month but now we pay $2,755. However, I do LOVE it here and honestly, you're. It going to find anywhere else that is better for your money. The activities they do every month. The weekly farmers market. The closeness of the beach. It's great! Honestly if they didn't have the type of staff and facilities they do we'd be gone a long time ago!

We just moved here, but everyone has been so nice. A great feeling of community. So much more affordable than the dinky apartment we were in before. The house is spacious and we love the little yard. Can't wait for the adventures to come!

Kapilina Beach Homes has been our home for close to 10 years. We enjoy living here for it feels like a life long vacation. Its well maintained by the grounds staff. Great security, great recreation-- from surfing, to gym, pools, playgrounds and lagoon walking paths. This community offers amazing beach panoramic views. Very positive environment for all, especially family with kids.

We have absolutely enjoyed our first month here at Kapilina. We only wish we had more time to relax in the community instead of working. This was the gem for housing our family had been looking for. Beachfront living, reasonable affordability, fantastic community center, onsite dinning, and great residents that enjoy the same amenities.

Really nice community, the amenities are fantastic, new pool, brand new fitness center, well maintained Private beach. Only cons are the overhead air traffic (if you're in the beach side it's negligible) and random people somehow getting into the beach and taking up resident spots that we pay for.

First I want to thank God for all that He's done & continue to for my family & I. We look forward towards the bright future that is ahead of us in Jesus Name amen. Kapilina is really a God-send as we have had trying times prior to moving here (No need for the amazing details spLife)... Upon coming here - mannnn what seems like a trying & treacherous situation God turned for our testimony. Kapilina is a BREATH OF FRESH AIR.. (#TrueStory) It's an environment that centers around the customer & their loved ones. "Family Oriented" cannot be expressed enough (Thank you). They take care of us the customer.. LITERALLY we don't have to lift a finger when it comes to the home.. need grass, they'll spray it... need to fix your towel rack that broke, they'll fix it.. critters in the home? They'll spray it.. *It's included in what you are paying for, so I encourage all neighbors to take advantage because you are paying for it. That kind of assurance is lessens concerns for us the customer & allows us more time to be more focused with other things in life.. again - going back to our loved ones.. They have events that encourages Kapilina to come as a community to fellowship & enjoy - movies at the pool, Easter egg hunts, movies at the beach... 24/7 gym, a beautiful beach, community fruit (I love it), a TOP NOTCH elementary school, little to NO CRIME (#NoJoke), a computer/office station... yeah, I could go on and on, but don't take it from me... come in & see for yourself.. ¨ If your looking for a place for you & your family to enjoy.. My wife and I have lived in Kapilina Beach Homes for the last three years and have absolutely enjoyed it. We walk our dog around the property each night, and spend time at the beach enjoying the chance to living in paradise this close to the ocean. The community is very safe and friendly and Resident Services (especially Evalani) have always taken care of all our needs. You will here people complain about anything nowadays, but for price, beach access, and amenities you are not going to find better on Oahu. Our home has great neighbors and everyone looks after one another. We are moving in two months and are already starting to miss our little home away from home in Kapilina.

The staff at the Community Office is always helpful and welcoming. In particular, Ms. Evalani Exner is exemplary in her friendly customer service and problem-solving. The staff are warm and professional in all their interactions with residents. We have recommended this neighborhood often to folks looking to experience living by the beach.

this is such a great community to live in. the pool, the dog park and you can't forget the beaches, they all give you something to do. Evalani Exner was so amazing and professional its is what really got us to sign the lease.

Awesome place to live! A friendly calm atmosphere and what could be better than your own beach complete with a restaurant and all amenities! The new clubhouse is great with internet, games for kids and adults as well as a huge pool with a kiddie pool. I'm so glad we chose this property. My family and I are 4 year residents!

We have lived here for over 2 years with 4 teenage girls and we love it! It is so beautiful and peaceful, like a small town. Everyone who works here really cares about what they do and it shows. We got lucky to be able to live in one of the ocean front homes and it is so worth it, we are sad to be leaving but We would recommend this place to anyone!!!
