Kapalina is a great place to live. Community is quiet, clean and trustworthly. There are lots of activities here to be apart of: Wednesday open market, beautiful beach, great gym to work out, holiday activities. Staff at Kapalina are friendly, knowlegable and ready to help you when needed. The homes here are spacious and the common grounds are beautiful and well kept.

Just moved in August, so far the experience has been great. Great community to live in especially if you have kids. All the amenities are here. The office staff has been great. Rachel made us feel welcomed.

The management team, leasing consultants, homes and community is very nice. You can't find a better or affordable place to live then this. Oh and did I mention, it's by the beach too! Love it; Thanks Kapilina!

The community is very nice and the grounds are all kept neat and trimmed. Stores are not to far away but you're far enough away from things so it's quite. One of the only draw backs are the airplanes that fly overhead from time to time. They don't raddled the house or anything just something you hear once in a while; kind of like some kid driving down the street with a load car.

I enjoy living in this community. The staff that take care of the property is very nice, the resident service staff are very friendly, welcoming and personable. The maintenance personnel are very knowledgeable and complete their work in a timely manner. I've never had to call them back for the same issue, they follow-up when necessary.i have recommended this property to friends, some have lived here and have had a completely different experience from me and my family.

All in all Kapilina is a great community I love the neighborhood and there are many great amenities. But at the end of the day the house itself just feels unstable and poorly built with so many bugs getting in. The ACs do nothing for the house (except the room ACs are great) I feel like it is over priced because I have to pay extra money monthly for ACs that barely cool down the living room. You literally have to be sitting in front of it to feel anything. I can't buy anything that has chocolate on it because it melts within an hour in my house. The area is so hot! My food goes bad twice as fast as anywhere else. It's just a shame Kapilina wasn't in a better location with perhaps central AC that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I appreciate Kapilina but I doubt I will renew here.

I love this neighborhood. So many playgrounds for my kids to play on, the secluded beach, and the neighbors are insanely nice. A lot of community activities like movies at the park, weekly farmers market, luau's, etc. Always something going on.

I'm certain you wouldn't want to share what I currently feel. There is plenty of time to fix the problem before I hit the review sites but it will require quality service that doesn't need to be fixed a second (or third) time in several cases.

MX showed up, looked at prob, dicked around, said he'd be back, waited, didn't want neighbor's kids to get hurt, he never came back, I made area safe, still have 2 of his tools. We'll be moving soon and keeping his tools...lol

Kapilina Beach Homes are a beautiful and relaxing place to live. They have secured entry, and lots of great amenities to enjoy. With a beach, gym, walking trails, dog park, among other things, you get a lot for your money. There is a community center with pools and a hot tub, as well as a new splash water park for kids, being constructed now. There are more improvements being done currently. Our family loves it here, and we think yours will too!

This moves begins my ninth year in the community; we moved to another house when our previous location came up for renovation. I've always enjoyed a respectful, attentive staff. The community amenities get better year after year.

This place has a good look to it. It looks somewhat like a resort. I like that they are remaking the gym, dog park, and having a water park put in.I like that the beach is within walking distance. I would recommend this place.

Great community! A lot of friendly neighbors & super dog friendly. Loved that there is a dog park provided. Fitness center is down the street. There's ton of construction, but very live able. Love that the beach is down the street!

This is the fourth time I am trying to write a review. Just when I think I am done, I hit the wrong key and my review is lost. The only reason I am being so persistent is I enjoy living here at Kapilina Beach Homes (and I shouldn't let an unfriendly website get in my way). I have lived here on the property since April 2011 and I feel comfortable and safe living here. My neighbors are respectful of my privacy and for the most part fairly quiet. I enjoy swimming in the pool at the Brand New Community Center, shopping at the NEX Mini-Mart and gas station, going to the beach that is within walking distance. My home has been renovated within the last year. Hardwood floors, new appliances and more. The staff are very knowledgeable, capable, and very friendly easily solving any problems that arise. Maintenance is quick to respond to any service request. To sum it up, this is a great place to live. Review written on 4/26/17.....

It's very homey and relaxing. It is a safe environment to live in. A lot new and exciting changes to look forward to. It is nice to have a beach right there that we can walk to or drive to in a matter of minutes.

I have been a resident here for a number o years. I have always been impressed by the total concern that has been taken with any issues or maintenance problems which have arrived. The personnel from the community office to the maintenance office and all of their personnel has always been above reproach in every way. Living in this community has been a pleasure for me and my family.

Good community with great location. Our place is on the water. The beach is nice and clean...the community is well kept. The houses are older Navy homes, but have been renovated. The only issue we have is with the noise from planes, but you stop noticing it after a while.

Moving into this community has been a great experience. There's constant communications of special activities on and around the area. It truly feels like, we have moved onto a resort in paradise. Every Wednesday the market comes I to the community with fresh fruit and vegetables for purchase, at a reasonable price. The Beach is beautiful along with the surroundings of shaded bungalows with chairs for comfort. The new gym that is fully equipped and clean is a plus. The community have something for everyone in our family to ensure enjoyment daily.

We love the kapilina housing community in Ewa beach. We just moved in to one of the townhomes in March and so far everything seems lovely. Our new home was recently remodeled and it looks fantastic! The rent isnt too high especially living so close to the beach. Everyone who works here seems really nice . I would recommend living here to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and live in a nice, affordable home!

We were really hesitant on making a decision for housing prior to even arriving on island due to a pcs move. However, the staff especially Melissa made the transition very easy. All of the details on the community were provided to us prior to making our decision. Besides the noise for the planes, We love our new home!

I think that residents need to help keep their areas outside their residents and make sure their kids clean up after themselves. The groundsmen keep the community looking good. But it is not their job to clean up after us.

My wife and I moved from one Kapilina home to another. The Kapilina staff were very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick with the service they provided us. I especially want to thank David and Brandy for the very smooth transition from one Kapilina house to the next.
