Love living here, amenities are awesome, events are even better. The green space around the community is excellent. Love the security of living here. We would only move if we were purchasing a home on Maui.

I still love this community. For the most of my 6 years I have absolutely loved most of it. i recommended this community to anyone who was looking for a place. My job always has new associates moving to Hawaii and I always recommend this community. I have had 5 friends move into the community and they are happy. For me I think the 100.00plus rental increase every year is stressful. I enjoyed the town home living versus the garden. I've had a centipede problem. And I have an awful neighbor who I don't complain about and I'll leave it at that. I can say though i LOVE the office staff, maintenance staff and the resident managers. I know Derek from the town homes and made my move out enjoyable and he was very kind and helpful. I've only met Dave twice and he was great as well. In fact he called me to address a complaint from a neighbor about late night noise and I've never received one before and even that conversation was enjoyable. The residence of Kapilina should be happy with the staff here. Aloha

Kapilina is a hidden gem on Oahu. Don't tell anyone. :-) The staff is excellent, the noise is forgotten quickly with such great amenities and views. The security staff are always on patrol and friendly as they pass by.

This area is great for families. The options you have available to you and your family are growing every year. Don't be discouraged by the planes during the day, but look forward to the beach! from 2015 - 2017 the community is in a rebuilding phase, so please don't mind the mess.

it's a nice place to live in rent pretty pricey and neighbors are nice of 35 minutes from the school field and Old Navy housing which of course houses do have led overall it as nice community and people are friendly.

Kapilina is a safe and loving place to live and raise your children. You have access to a private beach, a wonderful elementary school within the apartment community. Kapilina gives you the opportunity to still be in touch with the beauty of nature.

Very respectful and professional staff. Community and property look and feel welcoming and presentable. Location is ideal for those looking for separation from the busy city life. The only downside I see is the proximity to the airport's flight path which allows for occasional noise pollution from aircraft taking off or landing in the direction of the community.

Our move in experience was great. Rachel was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The community is very dog friendly and numerous upgrades are underway for the common areas and buildings.

We have been nothing short of amazed with the staff and community since arriving here. Everyone has been very friendly and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about not only the community but resources to help you get settled in.

Great place to live.Beach front just walking distance if not just right out your back door.Personnel always helpful and friendly, in person or telecommunication wise...anything you may need (or want) they will try their best to make happen.

It's a beautiful place for the family. The area is nicely maintain. The staff is a great example of Aloha. I wish all of my friends could stay here around me. A wonderful place to live. Great neighborhood

Bugs, bugs, bugs. I am convinced there are more pests in these home because of there age. Even the remodeled homes like mine were just cosmetically patched up and rented at higher rates. I love the community and the staff but the homes could use help. Yes, your on the beach but the rent is high and the homes aren't the greatest quality.

Great community. Has everything you need here. We Love it here. It has a beach and schools and a shoppette. I would recommend it to anyone. It is only 25 minutes to Schofield Barracks and you don't even have to get on highway.

Overall, a nice, clean place to live with fantastic beach access. The biggest problem for me and the neighbors I have spoken with are the sudden, large rent increases. I say sudden because leases are not traditional 12 month deals, but a series of rates, with the best rate being only a 6 or 9 month choice.

I am very satisfied with the management in this community. The amenities are outstanding and the location is fantastic. The community activities are great and the grounds are well maintained. The atmosphere is wonderful and it's pet friendly.

Great area but on the Airports main approach, so it can get loud during the day. The area is nice though and the grounds and building maintenance is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, not to mention you can pay all your rent and utilities at once!

Best community ever! Staff is amazing, maintenance is off the hook! Love the events and the upcoming amenities. Pet friendly is the bonus as it's hard to find them. Love that they have a canoe club right here on property!

Nice community but not worth the amount you pay in rent Constant noise from airline traffic, beach looks beautiful but is very rocky and contains a lot of coral. Termite and carpenter bees infest the homes despite new renovations I still see termites swarming.

I'm very happy to have moved into this community. It's very quiet,safe, and very family oriented. I also love the private beach! It's very peaceful here and everyone is very polite and friendly. I would recommend this community to family and friends :)

Kapilina Beach Homes has provided us a spacious, comfortable home in a safe, quiet community with amenities suited to young couples, families, and empty nesters. Best of all is the gorgeous view from the beach just a minute's walk away.

Nice community. Older homes priced slightly above what they should be rented for but add in the beach and amenities and i think the prices are worth what you get..... Expect a lot of airplane noise though

My wife and I just signed our fourth lease here and can't imagine a more beautiful, friendly, and relaxing place to live. The new management team is making improvements to everything; upgrading the apartments, building new playgrounds... at least one I know of with water features, upgrading the dog park to rival any you'll find anywhere else, and expanding amenities at our semi-private/semi-secret second-to-none beach. Their tag line is Everyday Resort Living and they're doing everything they can to live up to it!

Great family oriented community. Activities ongoing for all ages. Great amenities. Good neighborhood. Would recommend. Safe. Good school in the community. Beach down the road. Open backyard for the kids and family get . I'm glad I choose to live here.
