It is a competent company with excellent managers for any question or concern... improve your quality for your own service par excellence... receptionist or doorman with good empathy and easy to determine clear security within the building, having gyms and meeting rooms, set to supermarket inside lake shore dr residence building

We weren't too excited to live here at the beginning because we've always lived in apartments with in-unit laundry and a balcony, and there is no private outdoor space there. Also, the unit themselves are old, the cabinetry in the kitchen is old. But the price, the space, and the view were good. Now after a year, we are super happy and renewed our lease. The staff is awesome, from office to maintenance. The social events they organize are great too. The neighbors are friendly. And the location, honestly, it is the best. All of that for a rent price that is very competitive compared to other high rises in the neighborhood.

The apartment is good and the market inside the community makes it more convenient to live.The staffs are really nice and helpful.All the social events organized by the community are really good.We enjoy living here.

Good experience. Staff is very friendly and community is clean. Location is one of the nicest in Chicago in my opinion. Close to stores, the Lake and Lincoln Park to name a few. Any issues Ive had have been resolved quickly.

Awesome community, awesome view and location. Near to many grocery stores, bus stops, train stations and restaurants. We love the calm area and the lake view. It is pet friendly too which is a huge plus! The apartments are a bit old but it's fine, we love it here!

It has been wonderful. Lindell is the best front desk person anyone could ask for but then again EVERYONE at the front desk is amazing and kind. The apartment is very dog friendly and you can't beat that coffee machine in the lobby!

I enjoy living at 1360 North Lake Shore Drive. Location is great - close to lakefront trail, Michigan Ave shopping, and restaurants/bars. The convenience of the Commissary store in 1350 and the dry cleaners in 1360 is awesome, too.

I moved here in summer'22 so far I am pretty satisfied with the amenities, the location is great and the studio apartment particularly value for money. Community services like fetch are reliable and they regularly organize social events.

Amazing neighborhood, extremely welcoming and friendly staff, and phenomenal neighbors/ community. Our building is on the older side, but the staff does an amazing job keeping it feeling comfortable and looking great. Also, the pet community in our building is the best we have ever experienced!

It's been pretty positive so far. My only complaint would be how cold it gets at time during the winter. You can't really control the heat yourself and the radiator sits underneath the windows - so that's pretty inefficient.

This apartment offers amazing location, great management, great office/door/maintenance staff - very clean and pleasant common areas and facilities like the grocery store, roof deck, grill, gym, and business center. Overall a nice living experience at the edge of downtown- equidistant from the nature in Lincoln park and the loop!

The view of the lake along with the size of the units are excellent value propositions. The old style of the building lends itself to having a more homey aesthetic and some people may like. Door / leasing staff are excellent as well as the parking staff. Laundry units are sometimes a problem, with many being out of order regularly, but that's the only big downside. Windows are not the best insulated, making the traffic on LSD quite loud.

They do a really good job of taking care of you. A lot of buildings now a days are cutting staff and going to bare bones but this building seems like it does a great job of making sure their tenants are well looked after and it shows. I've never had a lot of problems and any problems I do have are answered quickly. It makes a huge difference in making you feel at ease.

Great location and great views from either your apartment or rooftop! Love that pets are allowed and accepted with even a dog park for them to enjoy. The convenience of the parking garage is great. The staff is very nice and attentive.

So far my experience at this building has been really good. The staff is so sweet, spaces are clean, great amenities, and an amazing location! Only down side is the parking- it's a bit hectic. But i love my studio - one of the biggest spaces I've seen for a studio. I'd recommend

It has been an amazing experience. Not only the neighborhood is very cultural and breathtaking when it comes to architecture, but the 1350/60 building has a sense of community and friendship among the residents. With constant activities, and a super friendly staff, the desicion of living here has been the correct one.

Very safe and welcoming community. Is a perfect location for chicago, everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment staff, door staff, and parking valet staff are all great. Many of my friends are jealous that I live here
