This has been such a great neighborhood! The building is clean and the staff are fantastic and friendly! There's a commissary downstairs with pretty much anything you need and also in building facilities like a laundry room, exercise room, and office area for residents. There's also a spectacular roof with views of navy pier! I've loved waking up to the sunrise off of Lake Michigan and even though I'm in a studio, it's felt spacious and comfortable. Would 100% recommend this apartment building.

You get charged $20/month to get your own packages which is a gigantic joke. This management didn’t do anything towards a very dangerous neighbor who held someone hostage at another apartment a few weeks ago. AND their “responses” under all negative reviews are non-sincere. They tell you how much they care and how you should come to the office to discuss but when you do they give you zero options to solve a problem. I have been told that if I didn’t like it that I needed to move out… amazing building which an awful management team. I’ll be moving out

Excellent location. Use to really like living here until they started using the Fetch delivery service. Not sure why we are paying for door staff when can't even get a package delivered here. The delivery service is unreliable and inefficient and no way to contact when there are problems. Have lived here for 5.5 years but that is a deal breaker.

Fantastic living spaces, spacious and incredible views (especially from rooftop). Staff is friendly and residents generally are as well. Plenty of value for the rent prices (as of early 2022), and just a generally good place to live. Only qualms would be dated laundry room and fitness centers.

I'm having a great time! The residents and staff are friendly. The front desk continually check in on the progress of my recovery since injuring my hamstring. Have had some minor maintenance issues which have all been serviced quickly and effectively. Great neighborhood, and a view of the lake from my apartment. The roofdeck is gorgeous!

The building is great to live in and everyone downstairs / management take great care of you. My only thing is how unorganized the parking garage always seems to be, there are no cameras which I do not understand, and I've seen dents appear from parking there. I will continue to park on Clark and guve the city money. It isn't worth $38 for 24 hours with the service you get down there in my opinion. Also, I was never told that my promotional 6 months free parking needed to be cancelled before the 6 months ended, instead I had to reach out to the parking manager through email, and I didn't like how unclear and brief she was.

I enjoy the location as well as the amenities at this building. The unit itself needs updating as many parts of the unit are outdated and cheap. The fitness centers are not frequently cleaned and often missing supplies or weights. The door staff can sometimes be unhelpful. The leasing and office staff is great.
