Great community and in a great location. You are close to everything when living at 1350/1360. The staff is professional and very nice and always great you. I love the fitness center and the laundry room is great as well.

This has been a very good apartment community to live in. I have enjoyed the location next to the lakefront and the surrounding neighborhood. The rooftop has one of the best views in the city and is one of the best features of the building!

Great community and door staff is amazing. Also convenient having a grocery store in the building and the staff is super nice. I love my unit but they are increasing rent by a lot so most people I know in the building are moving out.

The building has cool amenities like a small store, a business center and a dry cleaners. When I discussed the building and began sining documents their was no discussion of the fact that the building does not receive packages. They make you sign up for a package service that you pay a monthly charge for and you have to be careful which address you give people/business to ensure they send packages to the package service address. The building also charges for all utilities including common area electricity so you utility bill is just some made up number you have no way of knowing if is fair or accurate (they are probably screwing you). I here there can also be some trouble with parking in the building, so beware of that. When I moved in my toilet was clogged and the room smelled a little like cigarette smoke.

I used to feel like management appreciated me as a good resident, I do not anymore and feel they are dishonest to all residents. The extra fees i.e. maintenance, package delivery, utilities for the common areas should not be an additional charge, that is what rent is for!

I love living here I love the neighborhood and living so close to work the rent is a little steep but I overall enjoy being at 1350. I plan to resign once my lease has ended. I also really appreciate the staff.

My apartment was clean and has a great lay-out, good size for the price and location. What really sets this building apart though is the community. The staff is incredibly friendly and always looking to be helpful. Everyone I meet in the elevator seems genuinely happy to live here, which says a lot!

Very nice location. Close to downtown events, Lincoln Park, the Lakefront Path, and good restaurants. I also love the adjoining Neighborhood. Public transportation is right outside your apartment. The door staff is remarkable. Cleaner and great grocery store is right in the complex. If you choose to have your car in the garage, coming and going is done efficiently. Roof top is amazing. I like the monthly events that are offered.

I have loved living in the 1350 building. I moved in in 2013 and moved from one floor to another in 2020. The maintenance staff does an excellent job of keeping the property clean. They are always professional and friendly. Love the door staff/security folks too. The property's location is perfect for me. Love the neighborhood, great access to public transportation, entertainment, etc. Having the grocery store right in this building was always a great feature, but during the pandemic lockdown, it was truly a godsend.

I love this apartment! When I moved in the front desk and maintenance was super accommodating and helped with some random things I needed. The community is very quiet and I rarely hear other tenants. I was hesitant about the outside unit laundry, but the facility works very well and is spotless. I have yet to run into a problem finding an open machine. It's definitely the best "bang for your buck" apartment community in Gold Coast. The units themselves are extremely spacious and updated.

Cost of living here is through the roof! Rent went from being reasonable but now with all the newly added charges, you can't keep up. Office staff doesn't alert you that they missed up billing and will now start charging you 4 months after the fact for communal electricity which is absurd and clearly doesn't own up to their mistakes. Forces you to to use a 3rd party package service who has lost on more than one occasion my deliveries then forces you to pay for this service you never wanted which requires you to give everyone 2 addresses which is frustrating and not useful. Charges you service fees for paying your rent! All of this and they can't keep building in pristine condition. Can get a nicer 2 bedroom condo in a nicer building for the same cost as a 1 bedroom here.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Amazing location. Very clean apartment both before and after move-in. Amazing rooftop amenities and views. Also the location is away from bars and stores so its pretty low-key.

Can't stress enough how good of a location this building is - close to Jewel Osco and the Red Line, minutes away from North Ave Beach; it doesn't get much better than that. Commissary in the 1350 tower is awesome as well. Friendly staff and nice handful of apt options.

I like the community and the building overall. Neighborhood has changed since I moved here, more crime overall. Been not happy with the washing machines and some neighbors but overall if rent stays the same I will stay.

It's good value for the money I pay and the size of the apartment. However, the building amenities are not sufficient for the modern-day renter. Especially in concerns to heating/carpeting and appliances.

As new tenants at 1350 N Lake Shore Drive, the leasing office really impacted our decision making process and choosing our new home. Heroes was punctual, knowledgeable, and personable. He found us the perfect unit based on our wishlist and price range, and always took the extra time to ensure that our questions were answered. We love that this unit has friendly tenants, and amenities for us to enjoy. Just when you think it can't get better, the view of Lake Michigan and 4 minute walk to Oak Street beach are unbeatable. We are so excited for the memories to be made during our time at 1350!

Very friendly staff!! Great location, view, and the convenience store in the lobby is amazing! My apartment was clean, with lots of space. I'm looking forward to the summer when I can ride my bike to lincoln park and North Ave Beach.

Beautiful neighborhood, friendly neighbors and staff members, easy access to shopping/grocery/fun/park, the maintenance team is superb, and the building is generally quite. The only downside is that the building is old which means there are some things that maintenance cannot do much to help after certain point such as room being too cold time to time.

I adore living at 1350. The community feels very welcoming from the moment you move in. The move in process was painless and quick thanks to staff. I love the dog park and the community it brings together, really adds to the benefits of living here. Summertime at this community is wonderful with the rooftops. Overall a great place to live

The neighborhood is very safe and good! Our unit is very cold in the winters and the heating service cannot make it warm! We cannot control the temperature ourselves. We are not satisfied with The fetch service. Their customer service is not responsive at all! Everyday, we need to wait in the parking to get our car. We are not happy with this type of parking
