It feels like I am living in a luxury complex, but not in a luxury apartment. Apartment finishes give it a dorm room look. Concierge staff is amazing - they are friendly and professional. Gym in 1360 needs a makeover or significant repairs. No one is given access to the parking roof which has a beautiful garden which is being underutilized.

1350 is a great apartment community to consider! It's proximity to downtown for work/school, as well as shopping, restaurants and nightlife is great. As for some additional perks, both towers have a rooftop with seating and grills, and there is always someone on-call at the front desk. Overall a really nice place to be!

Great community, great amenities on site. Always have felt safe in the building. Door staff is very attentive. Also the roof deck provides amazing views, especially during the summer where you're able to watch the fireworks at navy pier

This was my first Chicago home. After two years, I moved into a newer building. Quickly realizing that all that glitters isn't gold, I came right back at the end of that lease. The community here is unlike any other. My dog is treated like a moviestar, the staff has come to feel like family, and the neighbors are kind and respectful. I echange baked goods with one neighbor and have remained best friends with another although she's moved away. I learned how to live alone in this community, I learned how to take on the city in this community, and every day I am grateful to call this beautiful building home.

It's been good. Rooftop is amazing, and rooftop amenities are wonderful with the grill and fire pit. Clean building. Free coffee in the lobby is a nice bonus as well. Neighbors for the most part are good.

Many residents are just out of college and treat the building like a dorm: loud music, slamming doors, marijuana smell. Also, commissary has moved out--a disaster. Location is excellent, and staff is wonderful.

Every member of the staff that i have encountered has been nothing but amazing. Everyone at the building is eager to ensure that the residents are very happy with their living situation. It makes a high rise feel like a small community.

The community is great! I feel very safe living here and the rental process was made easy due to a great leasing staff (shout out to AJ!). They host a ton of fun community events and the location on the lake is unbeatable!!

This community has a very nice rental team that made it easy. Like the size of the apartment (besides the bathroom which is tiny) but have experienced a lot of problems relating to age of the apartment. Overall though, a good place and worth it once the store is back.

It is a great community in many ways. The location is great, door staff is AMAZING, and the dog park is a huge plus. But the property manager brings the place down a lot. She is condescending and spiteful towards residents when they raise concerns, isn't willing to hear their input, and is often dismissive in her approach. The building also recently lost the commissary because they tried to force the previous tenant to sign a month to month lease. That place made 1350/1360 stand out amongst the rest of apts in the Gold Coast in the best way possible. Sadly that, and the community it fostered within the building is now gone.

i liked the view of the apartment and the rooftop. That is what really sold me. It was very easy to come on site and to tour the building within a couple days of reaching out. The building staff (AJ) was very nice and accommodating

I think it's a great first apartment ! You get a cheap first year rental price when it's time to renew rent goes up a lot so be aware of that . That is why alot is people leave on top of that it's $275 to park . A lot of pro but alot of cons

Great location. Inside parking is great. Friendly staff. Loved the commissary downstairs but the building couldn't come to an agreement with a long term tenant which was very dissapointing and a big reason people lived here.

I am a big fan of living in an all concrete building and the staff in this apartment complex. The location is excellent, with the lake and park and public transit within a short walk. I would definitely live here again.

The community here is wonderful! I believe the friendly door and maintenance staff make a big difference. Furthermore, the residential socials help me connect with others in the area. Morevoer, the area I am in is beautiful. 1350 is the most reasonably priced high rise in the area.

I have had a great experience at 1360 N Lake Shore Drive. The staff are always great and accommodating. The building is clean and safe to live in. It has great amenities and building activities and events that make it even more of a great place to live. Great location and transportation around the building to get to work/ around the city easily.
