I have really enjoyed my time living at 1350-60 North Lake Shore Drive and have lived in two different apartments in the same building. The value is great for the location, there are lots of community events to meet neighbors, the apartments are well maintained, and the door staff is very friendly and helpful.

This building is in the perfect location in Gold Coast. The views of the city, Lake Michigan, and Lincoln Park are all encompassing of Chicago living. It's incredibly dog friendly with a dog park, monthly treats provided, and dog photo shoots! Have loved my experience so far!

It has been a great experience, the staff, leasing office, neighbors, have all been great and have made this building feel like a home away from home. Love living here and the community here as well. I would recommend this building to multiple people.

Apartment if great, unit is great. Door staff is friendly. Building puts on a lot of good social events. One negative is we are forced to pay for a package delivery service that nobody likes or wants to use. It is solely a benefit for building management. Pay for it yourselves

It's a nice building in a nice neighborhood. I like being close to a lot of things downtown while still living in a neighborhood. The views of the Lake are beautiful and the closeness to lake shore drive

Everyone in the building has been so kind. The staff is exceptional. The convenience store in the lobby has saved more than a few dinners. There are always community events going. And I absolutely love seeing the new pet of the month postings.

I cannot speak more highly of this building, community, and staff. I have lived in two different units (1 bed, 1 bath and a 2 bed, 2 bath) and have absolutely loved both. Each unit is spacious with all of the necessities and each building has a fitness center and laundry room. The area is safe, great for summertime activities, and right by a bus stop. There is so much to do in this area and this building is central to everything. I have worked closely with the management staff to resign leases, inquire about available units, and ask questions about the building and they have all responded within the hour of an email sent or have been available in person. This is a wonderful community and building and I will continue to recommend it to everyone!

The apartment building at 1350 is in a great location that is safe and quiet. The building is older but maintained very well and is very clean in the common areas. The gym is rather small and not very inspiring but can work in a pinch. The only noise complaint I have is with the dogs on my floor otherwise I can not hear my neighbors. The apartment has been painted over hundreds of times and a little dated but very clean with everything I'm working order when I moved in. Overall I am enjoying my stay at 1350.

Great location and building and overall friendly and helpful staff. Only gripe is the inability to control your own heat in your unit/can't control the temperature well. Would recommend this building to friends.

This is the best value apartment in Gold Coast, the rooftop is my favorite amenity - I try to use it everyday as long as the weather's nice. The location is my second favorite thing about this building, everything I need is a quick walk away.

I love this apartment! Great building, apartment, and location. All apartment employees are very helpful, knowledgeable, and actively engaged in improving the quality of life of their tenants! It is good. Community had a lot of events, great for meeting people. Have met 6 of my closest friends in this community. Come move in and make it 7 you won't regret it at all I promise I'm not lying!!

It's value for money. But no in-unit washer dryer. There is a gym. The apartment is big but the fixtures are old and the general appearance is old. The corridors need tk vaccines more regularly as there is leaves etc during fall.

The apartment itself and the community areas are nice. The staff is also nice and the convenience store connected is helpful. I wish the roof was open longer and didnt close at night. Prices could also be cheaper.

We love the view from our apartment & the convenient location, However, the building is not maintained at an adequate level in the majority of common areas. The community laundry is awful, machines, are usually dirty & often have pet hair, on a regular basis, many are not working. Some door staff are absolutely lovely, while others ignore you!

This community is in a quiet location and has easy access to the lake trail. I enjoy being able to walk to the beach or go for a run on the water. It also has access to bus stops out front. I think they could lower their rent prices though.

I love my location. Costs have gone up tremendously since I moved here - utilities, internet and TV, package delivery fee. The outside of the building and entrance do not look like a Gold Coast building. Nothing sparkles - which I notice in other buildings.

It's a moderately affordable building in Gold Coast. The unit is larger than a typical one bedroom. The unit is old, which is reflected in the painting, appliances, etc. The roof is the true selling point of the building overlooking the lake and city.
