The area is awesome. The apartment looks okay. The kitchen needs better cabinets and appliances. Common-used areas require more cleaning. Overall, I would recommend this building to start to live in Chicago.

Great overall apartment with fantastic location. Open flooring with good views of city or lake. Best part are rooftop with grills and the shop down stairs which is very very helpful in time of convirence.

There is always someone at the front desk, which I enjoy having as someone who is out early/late with a dog for safety purposes. Neighbors are generally friendly and respectful and have never really had a noise issue. I love the attached dog park, and how close it is to the lake. Though the valet garage can sometimes be inconvenient, staff is generally helpful and prompt if you use your car regularly, they get to know your schedule. As far as a one bedroom goes, it is pretty big, and even without upgrading appliances or floors, there is neutral carpeting and paint which is nice.

I think that the building is in a great location and the rent is very reasonable for what you get. I rent a 1 bedroom and feel like the living room is huge for Chicago and my bedroom is a good size too. The roof is great

I do really enjoy living here in this building. It is close to a several grocery stores and many restaurants. The places I frequent to such as my workout studio is walking distance. Being very close to the lake is a nice perk as well.

It's a beautiful neighborhood, the staff are incredible but the building is old and quite frankly dingy. Even the "upgraded" apartments are not great aesthetically. I've stayed because i love the neighborhood and it's certainly not that I've had a bad experience, but i have friends that pay similar amounts in rent for MUCH nicer apartments.

So far so good, since we are a living here, all the staff has been so nice and helpful for any inquiry I have had. The facilities available for the residents are great and easy to catch up, the rooftop is so beautiful on sunny days, and you can do your own gathering. All has been great.

Well kept building, good on-site staff. My unit has not been updated which I am ok with. I don't really need a dishwasher, but the kitchen is a little cramped. Would recommend if the price is right for you.

If you have a dog and are looking for a place to live that is close to multiple dog parks (not even including the one attached to the building), easy access to the lakeshore path, and the most friendly staff you could ask for, this is the place. The neighborhood is fairly quiet with convenient access to the rest of the city right off LSD. Rooftop views you cant beat and social events that add a great community feel to the building.

Love the location and everyone is so nice! Also a very dog friendly area! The streets are quiet, and beautiful. North Ave beach and the lakefront are a 10 minute walk away. Also close but not too close to public transit and all needs!

The location of the apartment is good and the apartment is nice. The gym is also pretty good. Other than that I don't have much positive to say - the management changed policies when I was trying to lease which cause a lot of issues and the mail situation with fetch is a nightmare (I lose more mail than I receive).

It is located in a very nice area and convenient location close to many places in downtown. The building is old though it seems to be remodeled in a very efficient way. Newer buildings tend to offer larger bathrooms. Indoor air circulation is impressive. Front desk operations are good. I hoped to pay less to park my car in the garage, though the valet service is efficient. The lake view is the best from my unit. Enjoying the walking in the neighborhood, the Lincoln Park, and downtown.
