Really nice community and apartment. The package delivery situation is concerning but other than that it's a great place to live. Nice location and friendly staff. I wouldn't recommend the fitness center but other than that it's great.

Both my neighbors and the building staff have been so kind, friendly, and approachable. The management team has been very responsive and understanding since my applying to the building. But my favorite part about my building is that I have felt and continue to feel safe here.

Completely satisfied.. The view on the lake Michigan is fantastic ?? Bus stop is 2 mins away on foot, metro station - 12 mins walking. Jewel Osco, Aldi, CVS and Walgreens are within 15 mins walk. Actually you don't need a car with this location

I've been severely disappointed with the property manager and maintenance staff. The HVAC in my unit is musty and the humidity level is 75%. It feels like sleeping underwater and my allergies are terrible. If you have allergies, don't move here! The property manager does not care about you whatsoever and will not work to address your issues if it's an inconvenience to them.

Very convenient. Wonderful staff. When I moved into 1350, this building was the "cat" building & 1360 was the "dog" building. I think there are too many dogs & too many large dogs in 1350 right now. I also wish my neighbors would close their doors more quietly. Our doors are great & sturdy, but they do slam very loudly.

This is not a fancy building, but it's very very comfortable. It's clean and it's very safe. The people here are wonderful the Valet the front desk, very professional people. The building is a little outdated as far as remodeling and decorations, but I like it. It's clean it's comfortable. There's a grocery store and a dry cleaners. I like it here.

I love living here. It's a wonderful environment with easy access to all parts of the city. I would highly recommend this location for someone looking for a new home. It's extremely quiet but is very close to a lot of nightlife.

I love it here, the community is great and theres so many helpful people that work here as well. I love the building its easy to commute to anywhere in the city as well. I only hope that when its time to renew they dont raise the prices.

Very satisfied with the location and cost of my apartment! Any time I have needed maintenance, the staff is able to assist in a timely manner. I appreciate the 24/7 door staff. The gyms and shared areas are very clean.

Not too bad. Just some issue with neighbors. I had few neighbors who were very loud, smoked. Recent neighbor's cooking makes the entire hall smell really bad. I dont complain because its their food and I dont want to ve rude but the smell at times is unbearable. Other issue is that the entrance from garage to the building is very filthy. I am glad that the grocery store again but i do miss our old owners/workers. (Im in 312 in 1350)

It's OK, but it's way, way too expensive for what they offer. The staff is great, but the building is aging and it's being priced like a new building. The air quality via the vents is very poor, I'd recommend an air filter for anyone and for folks w/ breathing troubles oto avoid altogether.

I've had a great experience in my apartment building. All of the common spaces are clean and they have a lot of different ways you can get involved. The leasing staff are very nice and accommodating too for whatever issues you may have.

1350/1360 has a great location, and potential to be a great building, but the management is asleep at the wheel and extracts all the value for itself. Facilities are often left in disrepair and every amenity is extra cost.

Building is in a great location right next to the lake and has really spacious units for Chicago. Common areas are nice and updated but apartment kitchens could use an upgrade and parking staff is not the best.
