Great community and building with nice facilities and nice staff. The rent is quite high but it was acceptable due to the store in the lobby providing immense value. Now that it is no longer open, the value does not match the high rent price

Moved into the 1360 building last April. Overall have had a wonderful experience in terms of resident satisfaction. I've had a few maintenance requests in which they were handled either same or next day. Building is quiet (my apt is near the elevator), which did surprise me. The building puts on fun events throughout the year and the location cannot be beat.

Great location with an amazing faculty that cares about the residents. The community also has small events monthly so that the residents can interact. Service requests are responded to in a timely manner as well.

The staff is helpful and courteous. Easy access to the lakefront, Lincoln Park and market/party areas. Safe neighbourhood with social residents. Like the rest of Chicago, parking is a hassle and an expensive commodity. However, the bus stop for Bus Route-151 is opposite the building and the Red Line (Clark/Division) is a 10 minute walk. They often have promotional deals on the rent which was one of my prime motivations to move here.

Location location location! That and the size of the units are the best things about this apartment complex. Downsides: no in-unit laundry, older drafty windows, some units have older kitchen appliances, no pool, and parking is a bit pricey. But being by the lake and near a bus stop with Gold Coast and Old Town right outside makes up for it. Pet-friendly and walls are thick enough that most noise can't be heard. Also, there are rent specials so what's on the website might not be everything they have avaliable.

Good location in terms of bus transit, walkability, and access to the lake and Lincoln Park. Disappointed that the longtime convenience store is now gone, it was a definite asset to the community. Rooftop also a major plus.

Well-managed quiet building in excellent location. I have lived here 10 years. The grocery store in lobby was excellent ? sorely miss it and hope can be replaced. Interesting variety of residents of all ages.

Great location, pet friendly, and lots of great events allowing you to interact with other residents! Incredibly convenient that the bus stop is right across the street as well. Also a stunning rooftop to take advantage of in warmer weather.

Best location for someone new to Chicago. One of the main things I've enjoyed here is laying in the rooftop. Sometimes I wish I had a pool, but the other thing that makes me love this place is that there are two beaches so close that it takes care of the pool desire.

This property is unique in location, size and community. As a single woman safety was a top concern when looking to lease here in Chicago. When I found Draper & Kramer I was very impressed with their leasing office and the time took to share all of the amenities the building has to offer and walked me through three different units (below budget, at budget, stretch budget). Going with a recently renovated single bedroom unit, I have been very impressed with the finishes and livability of the unit. Plenty of storage, updated fixtures and an open kitchen make showing off the apartment and hosting so enjoyable. The south facing view is a dream up here on the 18t floor with visibility to both the lake and the city! The building has 24/7 lobby security, calling you before having visitors come up and they are available manage delivery services on your behalf. The property is kept fairly clean and community spaces are about what you would expect from an older apartment building. Recently, the lobby market has closed which is a huge bummer but hopefully they will get a new owner in there soon because that was an amazing convenience! However, the building is located just a 15min walk to bars, restaurants and grocery stores so even without it I have access to everything I need in my own neighborhood. I have recommended this place to my friends but realize the units size, finishes and price vary quite wildly so it is important you make an appointment with a leasing agent to find the perfect balance for you!

I love my life here at 1350 NLSD. All of the staff are welcoming, caring and professional. The common areas are always well-maintained. My neighbors are friendly and very nice. I feel safe and at home here.

Overall just okay, maintenance requests are done fast, staff could be friendlier. The valet parking and Fetch app still getting used to. I wish we were able to opt out of the Fetch delivery option. Fitness center too small

My experience at 1360 N. Lakeshore has been overall very positive. Incredible location, well-maintained, building, friendly staff, and overall a great value. My only complaint is that they have an enormous area where a pool could fit nicely.

It's a great community. The staff is friendly and organized, the building is clean and always decorated nicely, there are always treats and events every month for resident, it's in a fantastic location. I never have any issues. I enjoy living here!

I have only lived here for a short while but love it so much! The building staff are very friendly and are a pleasure to interact with on the daily. I also love the dog friendly flexibility the building offers. Everything is clean and maintenance requests are completed at record time. The views from both the apartment unit and roof are breathtaking and truly make living here feel like luxury.

Living at 1360 N Lake Shore has been fantastic! The views are to die for and the amenities are everything you could ask for. I love our rooftop and the community grills, it's been great to host my friends and family. Additionally, the front desk staff are fantastic, they are so kind and always so helpful!

Great building and neighborhood. Staff is top notch. Location to both beaches is perfect. Wells street nightlife is just far enough to not be an issue. Great restaurants and historic buildings. Parking pass takes a week in the mail so don't wait.
