It has been a good experience so far. No complaints. The door staff is super friendly and it is very convenient having the dry cleaners and commissary market in the lobby of both buildings. The unit itself is also pretty good.

One big thing in looking for an apartment for me was having front desk staff. The building staff is exceptionally friendly and makes me feel like I'm truly coming home. Another key point is the neighborhood and ease of transportation! Can't beat the Gold Coast and the bus options right outside my door.

This is a great community with great resources and great staff. The commissary is very convenient as well as the dog park. The only thing that could be different in this building is more units with in unit washer/dryers everything else is great!

Friendly staff, like the gyms and dog park lot. Store is great and issues are fixed in a timely manner. Rooftop is great, and appreciate the extra events. Like the free library, but I don't love Fetch.

Great amenities including rooftop deck, 2 fitness centers, business center, dry cleaner, and mini mart. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff could be better, I've had to have them come multiple times to fix one issue. Laundry room is often messy and many units out of order. Apartments can get very hot in the winter due to radiator heat. Views from apartments are beautiful and location is close to everything, 151, 146, and 22 buses and also to red line.

Heroes was a great leasing agent. He was so attentive and helpful during the leasing and move-in process! It's a little scary moving across the country and not even being in person to scope things out, and Heroes made that process so wonderful! I've been here for a few weeks and absolutely love this community. Everything is so clean and everyone from the door staff to the residents are very friendly. Highly recommend!

I like the location and the staff. The staff is the nicest staff that I've ever encountered. They all try to know who I am which makes the community feels a little more like home. It's good to see friendly faces after a long day of work

I think the biggest plus is the location. Breathtaking view of the lake to one side and a beautiful downtown sunset on the other side. The houses are spacious, located very close to bus and metro stations. Locality is amazing, and the rent is very reasonable for the square footage.

The building is very safe and comfortable, with friendly and accommodating staff. The common spaces are accessible and clean. The units are updated and quiet - I don't hear my neighbors, which is a huge plus for me. I think rent is a bit high for what the units offer amenities available, however, that's common across the city right now. I would recommend this building to friends, and would likely resign my lease for another year.

Love the location! Close to lake front, some of the best restaurants in town and nightlife. Staff can do better with cleaning and door staff can be a little friendlier. But overall great living here, roof deck is a killer!

Overall a great place to live! Great location, helpful office staff, convenient grocery store in lobby, and wonderful roof top views! Walking distance to the red line and a bus stop right outside the building, close to lakeshore walking trail too!

I moved from indianapolis and the transition was really seamless. The move in was easy because you're able to reserve a time and access through the freight elevator. I love that my studio has a ton of storage and my view is unreal. There are tons of friendly residents and the doormen/women are great.

I absolutely love the staff at this building. AJ is an amazing leasing agent! The door staff is wonderful as well! The building always felt safe and I never had any outstanding issues that weren't dealt with right away. My only problem with the building was how expensive the rent was raised, but other than that I love it!

Unfortunately, my appliance and the buildings appliances do not work. For the amount of money I pay, my unit is a disappointment. I constantly need updates to my unit including dishwasher as well as terrible, dirty laundry units.

1350 offers a great community. Very pet friendly, with great offerings in terms of resident events. The apartments are large for the area, and the rooftop is a great amenity. I feel very secure in this building and have enjoyed all of my encounters with door staff and the leasing office.

I have met great people in the building. We have created a good group of friends. The staff is friendly. Maintenance can improve a bit. A better description of utilities and what you pay for them would help, and to get my electrical bill separated.

Overall, I really have enjoyed my experience at 1350 N Lake Shore Dr. The location is pretty hard to beat in my opinion, it's a great spot to the restaurants in Gold Coast and such easy access to the lake shore path. Some units are more updated than others. Compared to other apartments of similar year built, updates, amenities I feel as though prices are on the higher end, however it does have one of the better layouts of a studio compared to those of similar sq feet. The laundry rooms have had some issues with washers recently.

Building management isn't the nicest Fetch loses my packages and it's awful we pay for that Heating/AC isn't great I would love a deep clean of my apartment since being there for almost 4 years Sometimes management doesn't even respond to my emails
