The neighborhood is very safe and good! Our unit is very cold in the winters and the heating service cannot make it warm! We cannot control the temperature ourselves. We are not satisfied with The fetch service. Their customer service is not responsive at all! Everyday, we need to wait in the parking to get our car. We are not happy with this type of parking

Appreciate the REAL plaster walls. Most neighbors are very nice. Like having the Commissary and cleaners. Nice to be close to Lake Michigan and shopping. Can walk to nearly everything needed. Roof is great.

All of the staff (management, front desk, commissary, parking, etc) are very friendly and welcoming! The entire building is clean and well taken care of. Great amenities that were impossible to pass up!

The best thing about this building is the location on Lake Shore Dr. The views are terrific and the building is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and other attractions. The building's rooftop offers spectacular views. Apartments are spacious, comfortable and generally quiet. There's someone at the desk at the main entrance 24/7 and they and the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. The building is well maintained.

Crime has increased in this community over the past 2 years. Going out at night with your dog is not the safest.During the day is pretty safe.Transportation is easily accessible, you're close to everything but still have that neighborhood feel. Close to the best shopping and places to eat.

------------ is horrible closes the roof earlier than in the past because she now has the penthouse. Is bad at her job. The management tries to make residents pay for amenenities that no one wants and fetch is horrible and loses packages frequently

Everyone who work at the desk are awesome and very friendly. It's very nice to have a store in the lobby. It's also nice how close the building Is to public transit. The redline stop is only a few blocks

Positive experience- this building feels very safe and maintenance and door staff are very responsive. The view is hard to beat and even the smaller units have a really great layout. The small grocery store is a big plus as well.

Great value in a great location! Living in Gold Coast is really the best. Being in this apartment and having a beautiful view of the lake is a dream! Great door staff as well. They are very friendly and helpful. I've had some maintenance issues along the way and issues with the leasing office but have overall enjoyed my time here.

This building is located in a great location however the building is old and dated would like to see it get remodeled and a few more amenities added. I will say the rooftop deck view is breath taking!

Overall this is a great place to live. The location is nice and the community is great. The amenities such as the grocery store are very convenient. The common space is nice, clean, and updated. The apartments themselves need updating to justify the cost.

This community is amazing. The staff is super friendly, and management is prompt, informational and kind. The rooftop here has the best view of the lake/city, and is such a fun spot to host events or grill with friends. You're right by the lake so it's great for walks/runs, and the neighborhood feels super safe and clean. There's a gym in the building which is nice, and most apartments are updated to look new. The feel of this place is awesome and it's my favorite apartment yet! Grocery stores are a little walk (maybe .4 miles) but there is a convenience store located in the 1350 building for any quick items you might need. Quiet neighbors too. Overall, love living here.

Everyone is so nice and welcoming. You really get to be in a nice building with people who are friendly. Lots of pets are here so you can always find play dates. The door staff and other employees are always willing to help. Highly recommend!

So far so good. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The building is clean and safe. Love how pet friendly it is with the little gated area for dogs right outside. Very walkable to coffee shops and food spots.

I loved this apartment when I moved in, it was a big upgrade from my last place. The apartment is still great however the yearly rent hike is too excessive so we will be moving out. I understand rent can increase from year to year but it should match the market, not outpace it and punish you for not wanting to move.

It has been a delightful experience thus far. I have not had many issues with my apartment, and any that I did (spraying for spiders) was resolved very quickly and effectively. The resources are very helpful and efficient and everyone has been very friendly.
