The leasing staff has been very helpful. The move-in process was super easy. The building is easy to navigate. I love the monthly newsletters the building sends out to current residents informing us of upcoming events and activities as well as building amenities / features to take advantage of.

So far so good! I had friends who lived in the building with no complaints. Heroes the leasing agent is very friendly. The building is pet friendly which is a HUGE plus and I look forward to my time here! I had a couple maintenance requests upon move in and they fixed them within 48 hours as well.

I love this building because of the location looking out at the lake and I feel safe! The building staff and other residents are friendly, and the office and maintenance are prompt when help is needed. If you're looking for a place with a good community, near the lake and downtown, the value is something I've found to be unmatched!

Great area to live in and love being by the lake. For the price of rent, I am looking for in unit w/d and updated kitchen. The building staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I love dogs but I wish the entrance to the building was cleaned up after residents take their dogs outside. Overall, good experience.

Just moved in to the building about a week ago. The move in process was very smooth and the staff have been very helpful. Due to COVID-19 restrictions there are some amenities that aren't fully accessible but I'm definitely looking forward to things opening back up. Parking is very convenient but some of the valet staff have been anything but friendly.

Very nice building. Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenience store in building is great. Sundeck is great. Close to North Ave beach, Lincoln Park, Oak St Beach, Michigan Ave, lots of restaurants.

Great location overall for night life, dining and shopping. Closed to public transportation to loop and to CTA trains to both airports. Courteous building staff who are responsive to tenants needs. Great roof top with view of the city.

Great space to live with a great location. Tucked away off the lake the but enough to State St and Division for the bars and restaurants. Very quiet surroundings with great access to bike path and Lincoln Park.

I love my building! It is only a 10 minute walk from work and grocery stores etc. I really enjoy the view of the lake from my apartment and also the rooftop. I often take advantage of the commissary downstairs when I need a quick food/drink item that I forgot to buy. I also like that the laundry room has multiple washers & dryers. I never have to wait around for one to become free for use. Finally, the staff and other residents are pretty friendly! I'll most likely resign for next year!

The apartment is really nice and in one of the best neighborhoods of Chicago. There are a lot of things to do around and everything is walkable. The staff is quite professional and a convenience store inside the building is the best thing I could have asked for!

The location is amazing! It is close to the lake, Lincoln Park, restaurants and shopping area. The maintenance team is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful to the community. This complex also accepts dogs up to 140lbs and has a dog park attached to the building. Everything is good except for the expensive rent and parking.

I've lived here for over a year and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and friendly place to live. The virtual activities during COVID have been wonderful. I'm very grateful for excellent office management, reception staff, and maintenance workers. They really care and go above and beyond every single day. Amazing value you can't find elsewhere. I'm paying $1600 for a spacious 1 BR and have a side view of the lake. I never hear noise from any neighbours, which leads me to think the sound isolation is good. Drawbacks - carpet (looks clean, nice gray color), kitchen appliances are white (who cares). Maintenance staff here is excellent!

I love the location of this building and overall value! My apartment is good space for the money, has great natural light, and a feeling of home. The building has had great virtual events during these times, such a drink and draw, a favorite of mine. They have also partnered with local restaurants to provide pop up dinning, which has been fun and delicious! They do a great job keeping us safe, while offering excellent service! Great place to live!

The office staff are great and the front desk workers are generally friendly. I do feel that sometimes when I ask for a package in my package room that they do not want to go grab it for me and usually can see it in their body language they are annoyed. The dog park is very nice and I love the dog wash station downstairs. I do get annoyed that sometimes people with dogs will sit in the front lobby and let their dog aggressively bark at my dog as we are trying to get into the elevator and I feel this is very rude and should not be allowed. Overall, it's a great location and the apartment is clean. The fitness center could use to be updated especially in the 1360 building. It's extremely small and I find spiders in the corners all the time when I go workout.

1350 N Lake Shore Dr is the best place to live. Everything is up to date. The location is perfect; neighborhood feels, Lake Michigan views, close to restaurants, shopping, and downtown Chicago.
