1350 is a very nice place to live. The building is in a quiet residential neighborhood and great access to the lake, parks, and the magnificent mile. 1350 is a tremendous value too. I'm not sure there is another high-rise on Lake Shore Drive in the Gold Coast that has rents as reasonable as 1350. It is an older building, but its quiet. They don't build them like they used to!

I've had a wonderful experience thus far. I love my unit and the view I have of the lake. The location is incredibly accessible. The office and front desk staff is very welcoming and they support a strong sense of community here.

Very clean and proactive around COVID precautions. Maintenance is very responsive and fixes my requests promptly. I enjoy the market on the ground floor, especially when I forgot something at the grocery store. Door staff is very welcoming. Leasing office is very helpful.

1350 North Lakeshore Dr. is a great place to live! Everyone from the residents to the staff is so friendly. The apartment is always kept clean and maintenance requests are completed in a timely manor. I couldn't believe I could afford a place with such outstanding views of Lake Michigan. The apartment is safe and the convenience of having a grocery store right in the building is unbeatable in Chicago winters.

We have loved our time living at 1360 so far. We moved in 4 months ago and have been so happy with the apartment and the community. The leasing and office staff were very helpful and we love the door staff, so friendly and kind! Overall a great experience and so happy to be a part of this community.

So far it's been okay! I'd really like to get to know more people in the apartment to feel less lonely. I find parking difficult as they can never find my car and for some reason every time I've been given it back it's low on gas

I have had a pretty decent experience. I love my studio! Just I feel the people are very stand offish. The parking men are very rude to me and my boyfriend for no reason. I feel people are judge unfortunately. I just want to feel happy in my own community ya know? I feel Traca is very rude.

Wonderful community with social events galore and exceptional shared spaces. Units are constantly being updated, which is a positive. The door staff is always friendly, but the office staff are not the best post-move in. Overall great experience.

It's been pretty good, very warm and friendly staff and community here. I believe there could be more value for the prices that they charge for rent, which seems to be my biggest qualm. Aside from that it is a very enjoyable community.

We have enjoyed this community. We like the sense of safety and appearance of the apartment/building. The apartment has tons of space and the option to have a storage locker makes the value for your money worthwhile.

Great Value for the area. Door people are what make the apartment great. Common areas are always kept clean. I have lived here for 2 years, going on 3 and have no desire to move anywhere else. I look forward to living here while I live in Chicago.

Since I've only recently moved in I can only speak to that. The community leasing agent was super helpful and responsive. Moving day was a bit rocky but what moving day isn't. AJ was really awesome and assisted with making sure I had ample time to move. So far the residents have been nice. The community is quieter than I expected given that it's so pet friendly. Overall I don't have complaint in my short residence

Location is great. A quick jaunt to River North or Lincoln Park neighborhoods and redline/bus line. Very quiet and quite peaceful, I loved my neighborhood. Building is half a century old so with that you get old plumbing and heating/cooling. They did a pretty decent job with the renovated units but nothing ever gets totally 'clean' because it's all so old and expect to be cold/hot depending on the season--windows are extremely drafty. Office staff is great, very responsive and professional. In the few times I've had to contact them, they went above and beyond. The commissary on the first floor and its staff and the rooftop deck are the real reasons to live there and what I'll miss. Front desk staff are typically rude and unprofessional, play favorites, will blatantly ignore you, or make you feel bad for asking for a package you have no choice but to collect from them. It was actually shocking as I've never experienced that before anywhere in the city and I used to use the back door as much as possible just so I wouldn't have to deal with them. If 1350/60 can get their front desk in check and up to standards and work on the units temperature regulation, it's not a bad place to live for the price and is one of the cheaper places to live in the Gold Coast.

Overall the experience has been positive. Biggest issues are laundry room machines that are out of order. And, at some point, major unit renovations will need to be done as this place is older and getting outdated.

It's been okay so far. The only issue is that you can't control the temperature in your unit. Nobody told me about this prior to move in, I'm really shocked. The building is required by law to maintain the building at 68 degrees and they keep every apartment right on it.

Love the community and all of the staff. My apartment was not clean upon move in day. One thing I would change is the security. The side door where the dumpsters are is ALWAYS open for people to come in and out as they please. The door staff is AMAZING and so helpful but they let everyone up into my apartment without calling me first to approve.

So far everything has been great! The residents are all very friendly when we interact in the lobby or elevator. The staff was very nice when I moved in and asked questions, and my move in was a very seamless process. I am very happy to be here!
