Love the location! The unit is a great value and the view of the lake is perfect. My one bedroom is the perfect amount of space and the building is clean and hospitable. I love the roof deck and neighborhood!

I have only been here for a few weeks, but the staff is great, the amenities are fabulous and very convenient. The apartment is big, especially for the money. And the view is absolutely Priceless! I would and have recommended to others.

There are pros/cons to this building. The amenities are great! The rooftop, gym and lobby are always clean and super modern. Some of the doorman/doorwomen and maintenance can be moody and you can tell some either don't like their jobs or hate the residents (Francisco is a doll though!). In my experience, maintenance is professional while the painters not so much; the painters have left my apartment a mess. Someone should have cleaned up the paint residue left on my kitchen and counters and vaccumed the wall pieces that were left on the ground but no one did. My studio apartment is cute - it feels more like a dorm (even though I am paying a pretty penny for it). It doesn't have a dishwasher and we can't control our own heat, which is a problem when it is really cold. Also, my kitchen looks like it used to have a door but the door is gone and the hinges are still there (but they were painted over) - looks really bad. The water in the bathroom tub continues to come out yellow even though there is no longer construction happening. The light switch for the bathroom is on the outside of the bathroom which is really weird, it should be in the inside of the bathroom. I've had guests over and have used the bathroom in the dark because they think my bathroom doesn't have a light. The leasing and management offices are great and easy to work with. Everyone in those offices are very nice and understanding. I wasn't allowed to see my apartment before I moved in but was told the apartment I had seen during the showing was an identical unit - mmm not so much. The unit I saw during the showing was immaculate: all doors were in place and doors could close without paint coming off - I've had some issues with my apartment. Not sure if its because I am living in a studio that management pays less attention to those units, but it shouldn't be that way. We are all paying a lot to live here. Units are being remodeled throughout the building so not sure if those are any better. There is also a little convenience store in the building which is a huge plus.

I have loved living in this community so far. I have only been here a few weeks but it already feels like home. I had to move in fast and the leasing office was very willing to work with me and get me in as soon as possible. Any issues I've had have been handled rapidly and with ease. I'm very happy I made the decision to move here.

It's fine overall nice place to live I think RCN in utilities was a big turn off for me and lighting outside building can be improved. Cleaning carpets in hallways needs some improvement as well as in service elevator

Wonderful location for the price! Great views, very friendly community, and a safe home in Gold Coast. 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to some of the best shopping and restaurants Chicago has, incredible find!

This was my first apartment out of college, after moving out of state and to Chicago. For what you get, the value is pretty good. You cannot beat the location, view, square footage, and amenities! You are so close to everything you could possibly want. Shopping downtown, Lincoln Park, Old Town, and the Lake. While you get a sense of city life this area and building gives you a sense of community. I would recommend it to anyone.

The apartments have really great lake views. I really enjoy the convenience of this location. There's so much to offer just steps away. No matter who you are you'd find something enjoyable to do in the nighighborhood.

Good place to live. Great views, central air, apartment puts on community events, rooftop is nice in the summer. Old units need to be updated, no control over heat in winter (can be hot). Overall would recommend.

I love the Gold Coast neighborhood and convenient location of our community. The apartment layout isn't the most ideal (kitchen is cut off from the rest of the apt) but the overall size is great. Doorstaff is great- I look forward to seeing them every day! Amenities are small but brand new (laundry, fitness center, business center).

Our community here is wonderful! I am pleased with the location and appearance of the complex. We have a well put together lobby and great amenities with the new fitness and business center! Management, door staff, and maintenance are all very nice and not to forget our neighbors including all those with dogs in this dog-friendly building!

I enjoy this community because of its location and amenities. The commissonary and close bus stops are great for my lifestyle. The view is beautiful and this community is one of the most updated ones in the Gold Coast.

The building is good value overall. They make efforts to make the experience here nice for residents, lots of upgrades. The maintenance staff and leasing staff are both average but are making efforts to be better, you can tell. Overall, great location, decent value.

Excellent building, great management. Can't beat location. Updated units with some of the best views of Lake Michigan in the city for a really reasonable price. Convenient parking. Would absolutely recommend.

building is run down. Disruptive remodel going on. Layers of paint in apartment. Cabinets in poor shape. This survey is poorly constructed. The people who work in the building are pleasant, helpful and competent

I love everything about this bilding. From the amenities to the view and the location, everything is superb! I think I am getting a great deal and hope to live here for a very long time. With the grocery store in the building, it makes life so easy!

Great apartment, great area. Grocery shopping and red line are right down the street. Bus line is right outside the door. Having a bodega right in the building is clutch for those cold days where you don't want to go outside. Also being lakeside is awesome!
