You can't beat the price for this location. Especially the newly renovated studios. If it were not for me moving I would definitely renew this studio amnd continue to live in the community. I have already recommended this building to other friends

Not great value for money, lacks recreational facilities. Gym are too small and had old machines for long time, but that has changed recently, they got some new machines. roof top is the best part but you can only use it so much in an year.

It was quick and easy to view apartments, apply, and move in. However, the process , may have been too quiet contemplation, since they were unable to clean my apartment when I moved in, even though they said they would. The door staff are very friendly and helpful. I like that my packages can be accepted on my behalf. There is construction going on, which can get noisy during work hours.

The location of the apartment complex is really quiet and safe. I have a beautiful view of the lake and navy pier which is great for days I want to stay in. In the event I want to socialize, there's wells street to the west and shopping to the south.

Love the staff and location. And I feel like the value is pretty even with the market. Wish there were more community events that catered to young people. The size of my apartment is really big for what my rent is. I feel like I get a great deal there.

I love living at 1360! The staff is very helpful and nice. I feel safe at the building and all of the neighbors are very friendly. The roof top has one of the best views of the city. You're also right in the center of Gold Coast.

Having a dog friendly building with a built in dog park is priceless. Their staff can be rude but generally there is a great sense of community. The laundry and fitness facilities are adequate. I would not recommend renting a unit that has not recently been renovated.

Overall great building to live in. I always feel safe, accommodations are wonderful, staff is fantastic! The unit layouts are spacious and cozy. Steps away from the bustle and bustle of the Gold Coast, but quite neighborhood. Since the day I moved in it felt like home.

Living in this community has been a great experience so far! The staff is friendly and helpful. The building and neighborhood feel safe while still having great access to various restaurants, shops, and bars. I love my specific unit and appreciate all of the amenities included in the living community such as the commissary and gym.

Amazing location with convenient bus transport and access to many parts of the city. Very safe and secure place to start your new home. Will live here for a while, especially with my nice view of the lake

Great neighborhood feel with this community. See a lot of families walking around with their little ones. Also see a ton of people walking their dogs. People tend to be friendly and the staff are all willing to help.

It's good location. Community is good . Staff is good. Service tickets get resolved on time. Cons: outside construction noice or if any near by unit interior is in reconstruction. . Sometime heat issue.

This is a great neighborhood, and the unit I'm staying in is perfect for me. It has lots of storage space, it is small easy to heat/cool, there is a separate kitchen area and the walk-in closet space is wonderful.

The staff is terrible. The package system is the absolute worst. Door staff doesn't enter packages right away and they get pissy when o ask for my packages. Even more so if they didn't send me an email but I know it's there waiting

I wouldn't recommend this building. There are certainly the ups (the door staff, the grocery store). However, management can be extremely racist and a nightmare to deal with. If you're a white man, you'd likely have success, as long as no problems arise. If a problem does arise, there are policies that cannot be broken, no matter the circumstance.

I couldn't be happier with my apartment! Great location with beautiful views of the lake. Having a fitness center is also a great amenity. Sometimes, it is a little loud in my apartment though, and I can hear my neighbors.

Horrible experience. Noise complaints not taken seriously. Rude staff and manager. Incompetent maintenance and dry cleaning service. Building filthy. Laundry overpriced and filthy along with too many broken machines.

Love it - it's such a great location and the views are great. My apartment isn't 100% updated but I like it more than the updated ones. The building doesn't feel as cookie cutter as most of the apartment buildings in the area.

It is a very good building, good location, good neighborhood, good facilities. The only point for me is the variety of equipment at the fitness center at 1360 tower, I need to go to the other tower to do my work outs.

1350 is a great apartment building. There's been a lot of changed in apartment management but everything has been handled seamlessly. It's a welcoming place for all residents and the location is ideal. It's overall a safe, clean and well maintained building.

I absolutely love where I live! The staff makes sure There are events for the residence, the fitness room was just redone, and the doorstep couldn't be any nicer! Whenever I had a problem with my apartment I have the service team come and fix it within 24 hours! All the neighbors are very nice and the parking staff is no exception. I would highly recommend living in 1350 N. Lake Shore Dr. You are right on the water and have all of Lake shore to explore or you can get dressed up and go to the city just as much.
