Great place to live! I'm new to the residence but have enjoyed myself thus far. I love the area, there's so much to do around here. I highly suggest touring with Susan or Angelica, they are the sweetest women and very knowledgeable.

Great amenities, great location and wonderful staff. Apartments are so quiet, I never hear my neighbors- huge plus! You really can't beat the views of the lake, especially those early morning sunrises! I would recommend this apartment community to anyone of my friends.

The management team really assisted in making my move in as stress free as possible. They were extremely helpful in all aspects of the move. They always made themselves available for any questions I had and ensured I had everything I needed.

Great location and best rooftop view!! Able to catch the bus line or train very easily. My absolute favorite part of the complex is the sweet door staff in the morning. I head out to work quite early and she is always there wishing me a good day!

I've lived in the buildings for over 3 years now. All of the staff and residents are great. There is always a sense of community. I am a real estate broker as well and have put 4 clients in the building.

Moved into this community in 2014 as a sublet. Unfortunately, the past years have been marred by lobby redevelopment, external facade renovation and the closure of one of the two roof decks, while promised amenity improvements -- a new office center to replace the one lost during lobby renovation, and an improved fitness centers -- have not been realized or even begun. This over a now three year period of such promises.

I moved from a previous Draper and Kramer building, and I absolutely loved it. The staff was all amazing, super helpful, and generous. Going into this year, I wanted to live alone and decided to stay in the DK family, and I'm so thrilled I did!

The leasing process was super simple. The office staff have been easy to work with and responsive whenever we have a question. The door staff are friendly and personable. Common areas are kept clean, even in the wettest of Chicago winters!

It's a good pet friendly building in an amazing location. We had a few hiccups with the leasing office at first, but since moving in most things have been great. The door staf are helpful and kind. The roof deck has a wonderful view. The building is pretty clean and well maintained. Shower water temperature can be a challenge to get warm not freezing or burning, but this is a small detail. Elevators are quick with four in the building. Neighbors are quiet and kind, occasionally a dog can be heard barking. Beware living on the 20th floor you will hear laundry carts from the 21st floor rolling like thunder at all hours of the night. Overall a good quality place to live in the Gold Coast!

Is GREAT I really love it everybody are very kind and the location is fantastic you have everything near to you!!!!! I have only hand complications since I moved into 1350 N Lake Shore Apartments. My windowsill was cracked and bugs and dust came into my apartment, drains are constantly clogged, and there is constant maintenance being done where they need to shut off water during the day. It's horrible.

Great place to live: I like this apartment so much. The neighborhood is also safe and beautiful. Of course it was a little loud because of construction noise, but overall it is a very satisfactory house.

Can't beat the view! The apartment obviously beautiful, but the door staff team makes it home! Traca, Flavio, Teki, Angela, Yvette, and people whose names I don't know but it's too late to ask. And Warren at the commissary! He always makes sure my favorite Lacroix is in stock :)

The community is pleasant and the rooftop deck and bodega are amazing! The heating/AC systems are awful.Everything in the apartment is brown: carpets, tiles, walls. The lobby looks like it was designed by a ten year old.

I have had a good experience so far. I love my neighborhood and the staff and community within the building are some of the nicest people I have met in Chicago. They are prompt with any requests that I have and are generally determined to help with any issues. There is some room for improvement but I like renting with Draper and Kramer.

It's nice. The convinience of living in the Gold Coast (quiet neighborhood) and having various bus stops close to the building is great! It is also very close to great night life in Old Town and Division St.

1360 is an awesome community to live in for people who are pet friendly and love living in a place where your neighbor is your friend. With social activities getting everyone together, the amenities, and location of the building I love living at 1360 N Lake Shore Dr.

The location is great. You have immediate access to Lake Michigan area and downtown. Moreover the staff is so nice! They know everyone in the building and always greets you with a smile. The commissary is another plus as well.

So far about two months into my move to this place - it's been pleasant. The building is a bit older, but beyond that - the apartments have great layouts/value despite the tight kitchen for my layout. I'll need to figure out a way to establish more counter space that will make my life a little easier but the staff is great, maintenance is pretty reliable and highly responsive. Lots of cute puppies live in the building too which is nice.

1350/60 North LSD is an awesome community in the heart of Chicago and I have loved living here. I would recommend it to anyone looking to live in Chicago. The staff is great and the location is fantastic.

Value for the location is great. Front desk staff is incredibly friendly as well. Close to local hot spots in Old town and a quick walk to the North Ave and Oak Street Beach. Best apartment I've rented in Chicago thus far.

The building and community are great. I originally signed a 15 month lease and loved it so much that when the same unit, but renovated, was open as my first lease ended I immediately signed again. The increase in quality of appliances and finishes to the actual apartment totally validate a moderate increase in monthly rent!

The people are always friendly when I see them. I think that the location in which is live is safe. I am never worried about my safety when it comes to being in my residence. In addition, my apartment is quiet so that is a plus.
