The move in process was extremely easy! The front desk staff was more than accommodating. They were friendly, available, and most of all informative! The view of this building is what sold me, however the spaciousness of my studio apartment, the cleanliness of the building, and the amenities are all selling points as well. The location is outstanding in terms of accessing public transportation. This building has a wonderful atmosphere with a lot to offer to prospective renters or buyers!

Very nice location and views. Near shopping and restaurants area. Divi bike station in front of the building. Public transport avaliable near by. Calm place to walk all day and quiet at nights. Very safe neigborhood.

Great community but street parking is very difficult, and renting a space is unreasonably expensive. The area itself is beautiful, however, I wish there were more affordable grocery stores within walking distance.

Moving is a very stressful time and I have done it way too many times. I moved in yesterday and it was the easiest move I have ever had. Picking up my keys took 5 minutes tops and the office staff were so helpful! The front desk lady was so nice and informative when I asked her about street parking. Loading and unloading my stuff was a breeze with the reserved freight elevator. I even had a little gift waiting for me when I walked in. I am very happy.

Very friendly and helpful. I have everything I need located very close to me.The grocery store is open late and has a huge variety of items.Front desk is professional and knowledgeable and friendly.The building needs major renovation.

I really enjoy living here, and although there have been a few minor issues, the staff was willing and helpful to correct things as quickly as possible. They also offer various perks and discounts for being a resident, which is great!

So far, my move here has been fantastic! Everyone in the community has been extremely helpful. I'm coming from a walk-up, so having the simple conveniences of an elevator, grocery store/deli in the lobby, free Starbucks, a friendly doorstaff, are just a few wonderful new perks. When I moved in, my apartment was clean, brand new carpet, and a nice view for me and my cat. :) The location of the building is what drew me in. It's in the quiet Gold Coast neighborhood, close to work, my friends and walking distance to all the action. I look forward towards the new lobbies and sun deck this summer!

The rehabbed studio I have rented is a steal for being located in the Gold Coast. I have had friends ask about visiting to see my unit and I would be delighted to show them the great community and amenities that the building has to offer!

Excellent lakefront view at an affordable price for young professionals! The leasing office staff were friendly and made the move-in process easy. There are multiple conveniences within the building and being on Michigan Ave, you are centrally located to a variety of Chicagoland attractions. I would absolutely recommend this property to those considering a move to the lake!

Amazing atmosphere, everyone is helpful and make you feel at home. I love how it is pet friendly and there is a dog park right next to the building so I can let my husky go waste all of her energy in the morning or night.

I am loving the livelihood of the people that work in the building and live in the building. I feel safe in this neighborhood. The amenities are also incredibly convenient and make living there very comfortable. I am enjoying my new place!!!

Lovely community - I feel very safe and well-cared for by the door staff and maintenance crew. My only issue is the paucity of wall outlets. There are too few outlets and I have to feed extension cords throughout the unit to cover my needs. all done

I am staying here for the past 2 months, so far its a pleasant stay. Friendly Doorman, Fixing service requests on-time, Excellent view of Lake Michigan. Walking distance from all the major attractions. Close enough to the downtown to give a feel of living in the city but quiet enough for a peaceful living.

So far I've loved living in this community. The front door staff has been great and friendly. However, I wish the 1360 gym could be updated. If it can't be bigger, the equipment has to be at least up to date and have wifi in there. Also, the green space on the second floor between the two buildings should be cleaned up from time to time.

This community is great, everyone is very friendly. I did not know much going into the apartment search, but we fell in love with the apartment the moment we saw it. From the day we moved in, we started to really enjoy the community, and we will stay for a long time!

Its not a bad place to live. the location is nice and public transportation is very accessible. But it is very expensive especially with the rent increases every year. Apartments should be painted every 2 years. The door staff and maintenance staff are the best thing about living here.

This building is centrally located with a beautiful view and amenities. If this is all you're looking for, I recommend this building. However, this is not a premium building. Severely outdated with poor management. Don't expect luxury..

Great space, lots of room. Clean. Outdated appliances. Fast maintenance staff. Friendly door staff. Super convenient store inside building, especially nice in the winter! Yoga classes on Tuesdays. Great building, friendly neighbors

Overall enjoy living in the building but comes with compromise. Our apt is outdated as we enter our 4th year despite regular rent increases, and a lot of current dissatisfaction is due to living conditions due to the facade and lobby work...

A good place to live in a good neighborhood. Convenience store is really helpful and makes life easier. 24 hour laundry is also an advantage. Door staff is friendly and helpful. Bike storage room is not the best one but just about okay. Rooftop should NOT be closed in winters.

I feel very safe living in this community and for that I value living here. I enjoy the location and accessibility to everything I enjoy doing in the city. The rooftop is amazing. The parking and leasing staff are wonderful as well. The bedroom is a good size.

Awesome experience living in this neighborhood and in this apartment building. It made my move to Chicago all the more exciting. My apartment has a great view of the lake and I don't think I can get that kind of view anywhere else in this city. Great front desk staff too :)

I've been very happy in my apartment. It's a very well run building and is a perfect set up for me! The door staff make your day and the maintence staff is very efficient! The recommendation would be is to get the refrigerators and grills fixed on the roofdeck.p
