Move in was very efficient, monthly payments are very easy to make. The building is safe and for the most part quiet. It is very convenient to have parking, the market, as well as the dry cleaners all in the building.

The staff of the community at 1350/1360 is very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is very peaceful and friendly as well. The building and units are somewhat outdated for the price of rent which seems to increase every year. I would recommend to friends because of how great the staff and community is. Our experience has been good at this location.

This is my first Chicago residence and I don't think I could have chosen any better! Lake view, highrise (with rooftop), dog-friendly, safe neighborhood, good people, free morning coffee and even residential social events are some of the amenities I get to experience daily. Although, the constant construction has been an inconvenient addition, it'll be over by the time my rent gets too expensive to afford haha.

so far so good! like the are a lot! thanks!I think people in the building are nice for the most part. I do think the construction is frustrating because it inhabits me from working from home because of the noise. I also wish we could control the heat in own apartment.

We have enjoyed our experience in our community. We have not met many neighbors but know other people who live in the building which works out well. It is a shame they are limiting the commissary because it is such a great store. The use of the commissary is a main reason for living in the building besides our balcony and somewhat affordable rent.

Great place with a fantastic roof deck. Friendly door staff and a sense of security welcome me home every day. There are continued efforts to renovate so sometimes noise can be an issues but by an large a decent place to call home. Parking rates are a bit steep however.

1350/1360 is a great location! It is right in between North Ave beach and Oak Street beach. It is pet friendly and there is a dog park right outside of 1360.The rooftop is my favorite part of the entire building. Great views of Navy Pier & fireworks and perfect for BBQing during the summer months. The staff is very friendly and there is free coffee on the weekdays! I love living here!

Overall, we are happy with the apartment and community. It is one of the best neighborhoods in the city with easy access to everything - public transportation, close to downtown, shops, restaurants etc. A great benefit is the utilities package we receive at such an affordable rate. Additionally, the social events that the building provides is very nice. The maintenance team handles requests efficiently and promptly.

Overall, my experience has been positive, and I love my apartment and the location. My only complaint is the constant construction work in my building. If I am ever home during the day, 5$3 noose is unbearable. Luckily, I work regular hours, so this is rated. The constant dust is pretty bad though.

Awesome location. Fair price for amenities. But the 2-3 year facade work is horrible if you need to be home during the day. Basic appliances. Amazing views. Great commissary on main floor. Super quiet between walls and floors - never hear neighbors.

If it wasn't for the construction that has been so loud to the point that I have to leave my own apartment I would have nothing negative to say about the building. But what makes it exceptional is there door staff who have been nothing but the best!!!

I've lived at 1350 N Lake Shore since January 2016. The leasing and management staff are great, same with the front desk and parking staff. My only complaint would be the updates they are doing to the facade/lobby which has been going on for a while. If you work from home it is a distraction, but if not then you won't have an issue. What initially attracted us to this building is the great location, safety/security and convenience to public transit.

It has been ok, love the area and the commute, dislike the kitchen, laundry, and fitness centers. Door staff and maintenance and excellent. I think we are paying too much to have such small kitchens that have not been updated. silly to charge more when it is a one time cost for building and rent increases each year.

I've lived here for a year and a half and I'm very happy with the experience. The apartment itself is great, with a very functional floor plan and useful amenities. The price is reasonable. Only downside is the ongoing construction on the facade, which makes the apartment noisy during the day. This will be completed in the next year.

My experience at 1350 N Lake Shore has been nothing short of delightful. I moved here to start a new chapter of my life and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. I look forward to coming home at the end of the day. Thank you for an excellent home!

not good - in fact you can read about it on the internet, just google. between odd construction, noises, unhelpful staff, this is simply not a thriving community. location is the only sense of value here .

The entire staff is great, the on-site grocery store is incredibly convenient and I have enjoyed my time at 1350. Rent is a bit steep and they tend to increase year over year, but that's common for the gold coast neighborhood. Overall, I would definitely recommend living in this building to a friend.

It is a lovely place to live. I truly enjoy the staff! It is so great to come home to a welcoming face, and leave for the morning and someone saying "Have a good day!". Also, whenever I have any request they are quick to resolve and are easy to talk to.

The place is a bit outdated but the people who work the front desk are fantastic. I would lower the price for the value of what you get at 1360. Maintenance requests do take a long time which is unfortunate

Great location and great rooftop. Less than average workout center. Somewhat rude door staff. Major rent increases. Low security. Young(ish) tenant age range. Parking garage is inconvenient with its valet service. Quick response to maintenance requests.

Great community for anyone in their early twenties or someone who is relocating Chicago. Areas of needed improvement like community area updates and cleanliness (lobby, gym, and laundry) cleanliness) have been noticed and are in process to be corrected.

1360 N. Lake Shore Drive has been an amazing home for us. We shared many life changing events including Marriage & two Children. The Door staff are some of the nicest people we've ever met. Great place to start a family while living in the city.

Great experience so far. Great location in the city, beautiful neighborhood. Love the area. Living by the lake is what really attracts me to this building. Friendly staff and amazing store at the bottom of our building. Would love a bigger bathroom and kitchen but that's the only downfall.

1350 is a wonderful, safe place to live in an ideal location. The apartments have a great size and layout, with renovations being made throughout the building slowly but surely. There is construction across the street that is quite loud but it should be done in 2019.
