The management is terrible. We were not warned prior to moving in that construction was ongoing. During our first year, many residents moved out because of it. The noise is unbearable sometimes. Market prices dropped. Then comes renewal. They have the nerve to increase my rate. I looked online and saw my exact unit one floor below going for over $100 less per month. All I asked was to keep my rate as is. Nope. They increased it. Only reason I renewed is because I'll only be here for another 9 months and it was too much of a hassle for a move. Boy, they capitalized on that. They want to suck every dollar out of you. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to stick me with a move-out bill despite me keeping the apartment in excellent shape. We don't even wear shoes when we're on the carpet. It's very likely that if I even get a whiff of any more financial hassle from these people, I will bring a quiet enjoyment suit in Cook County for the construction noise. Avoid this place at all cost. So many better options in the area.

    I love the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Love the neighborhood. This building is clearly improving. Living through the construction is an issue. Hoping the owners realize this and keep our rents low.

        The door staff is great at this building - they make the building what it is. With the other rent prices in the area, this building is expensive to live in. And, for the amenities like the laundry room and gym, these things should be improved. It was very unfortunate that the roof was pretty much closed the entire summer, as this is a major selling point for living here. Not being able to use the roof was really disappointing and I would have hoped that we would've been compensated in some way for this major loss in a big portion of why I live here.

          This apartment is located in an absolutely beautiful and quiet neighborhood, but is within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. The one bedroom apartments are very spacious and the corner units have a ton of natural light. In addition, the grocery store in the lobby is amazing and very convenient.

            In general, living here is fine. The constant construction, out of order laundry machines, outdated fitness center and outdated appliances take away from the overall experience. You can't beat this location, however, or can you beat the views.

              Great location, sub-par building. You are definitely paying for the location, so if that's important to you, then this is great option. The door staff is amazing, but the leasing department over-promises and under-delivers to an extreme. My apartment was not ready for me on my move-in day. It appeared to not have been professionally cleaned since the previous tenant moved out, and definitely not since I toured it which I was told it would be. No offer to have someone come in after move-in, they just left it to be my issue. Unfortunately there were some things that needed a deep clean, like the scuffed floors, which you cannot just normally do. Cannot wait until my lease is up to explore other options.

                      Excellent building with good amenities. The layouts of the units are a little different, but they maximize the view of the lake. A little outdated, but workable and in a great location. I would sign on for another 5 years if they would let me.

                      The location is great, my unit is a good size and is decently updated. I've had issues with the water quality and the heat in my unit and there's supposedly a "pest problem" with one of the residents which is a major concern of mine. I was also not told about the external work that was being done on the building prior to moving in which has inhibited my time spent in the aparmtent (ie. I cannot work from home). The door staff is great and super friendly along with the grocery store.

                          The door staff is great. The location is excellent. The apartments are very spacious and reasonably priced. The utilities package (TV/heat/AC/water) is very generous. The roof deck has fabulous views. Dog friendly.

                            It's been mostly great. My complaints have to do with responsiveness of maintenance staff (identifying and fixing issues right the first time); laundry facilities (could really upgrade the washing machines); and friendliness of front door staff (hit or miss).

                                Spacious apartments but facade work going on so no way you can stay home during the week between 8am to 6pm.. interior is very old and falling apart. Deck is super nice if you are lucky enough to find a seat for yourself bc residents are inviting at least 10-15ppl in and no way you can use the grill by yourself without sharing someone else.. oh and the management wouldn't tell you about their new project coming up in front of the South tower which is going to be completed in 4 years..

                                  1350 is a convenient location--close to Downtown, River North, Old Town, and Lincoln Park. .Great rooftop deck, new laundry rooms and fitness center with yoga twice a week, dry cleaners and commissary on site. Great place to live!

                                    I've had a mostly positive experience, as far as the the building, you're paying for the location and amenities that aren't quite what they're advertised to be (business center is two computers in the laundry room) but overall its a nice place to live.

                                      Very friendly door staff and really feels like home. In unit washer and dryer is not provided, but the community laundry is clean. The rooftop is the best part of living here. It looks over Lake Michigan and is beautiful. They keep it clean and well kept!

                                        Everyone at 1360/1350 from the business office to security are helpful and friendly. The location is optimal and is in walking distance of fun Gold Coast bars and restaurants. The only recommendation I have is to implement a more structured move-in process. When I moved in, a truck was in my slot and I therefore was pushed back a half hour or so. The majority of my big items could not be moved in the main entrance so I had to pay extra for the additional time to move in. If there was someone who would better monitor this process, that would be ideal.

                                          When I moved into my apartment it was clean and everything worked well, the entire staff was helpful during the move process. Since then I have had limited, minor issues and they were all handled quickly. Management communicates everything anything you need to know with plenty of notice and host a lot of residents events, from simple breakfast in the morning to music at night. The dog park is great for my dog to run around and play. I love living at 1350 and recommend it to all of my friends.

                                            1350 is a great apartment that is located in the golf coast area which has a suburban feel, but also right in the heart of down town Chicago. Michigan Ave is walkable that has plenty of shopping, and restaurants. The 1 - Beds are a perfect size for a one person that likes to have extra space, and a lot of storage.

                                              I love this building. The staff truly adds to the enjoyment. The overall attitude is warm, friendly and pleasant. I like that the concierge calls alerts me to packages and guests arriving and the valet is always ready with my car. The apt itself is quiet and I don't hear a whisper. The residents are also wonderful and friendly. One last thing I like how the complex has plenty of social gatherings for residents to mingle. It's fun!

                                                I've lived here over 12 years - 10 years in in 1350 & 2 1/2 years in 1360. I enjoyed 1350 better. 1360 was fine. I think the 1360 tower is the poor relation. This is all I have to say. Why don't you fix the door in 1360 so your security people do not freeze in winter?
