The building is in a great location. I don't own a car. Public transportation is readily available. The commissary is an added treat. Door staff, maintenance are quick to respond. Laundry room is larger than any other high rise.

    I've enjoyed living at 1360 for the past few months, especially during the summer with the gorgeous view and rooftop. I received a great rate on my apartment thanks to a special going on at the time when I signed my lease. It's a great value for a 1 bedroom apartment in the Gold Coast area. All residents are very friendly and the staff is wonderful.

      I enjoyed the fact that the 1350 LSD apartment building is very close to downtown Chicago and within walking distance to a lot of the stores and recreational activities that Chicago has to offer. Would definitely recommend this place to friends who come to visit!

        We lived at 1350/1360 for 3.5 years and were so sad to leave when we transferred to Atlanta. The views are outstanding, the staff is amazing, and the apartments are cozy and well maintained. We really felt like we were a part of a community. The onsite market is incredible and super convenient. The parking garage staff is friendly and took good care of our car. The 151 bus stop is right outside your door - which made the city feel very accessible. We couldn't recommend this place more and we miss it so much!

                  I have been living in 1350 roughly for 14 months, and it has been fine. First, the location is perfect since your minutes away to public transit, old town, and of course the Mag Mile. The sound levels from LSD isn't an issue. The building has been going through a construction phase, so I will see constructions crews just walking through the front door. It seems like the door staff doesn't give a ---- who comes in since they just open the door anyways. The roof top could be better: 1. upgrade the bbq pits ( barely work without using your own lighter) 2. Spiders are ever-where. Building staff could sweep for spiders when opening daily. The hallway to the rooftop is covered with SPIDERS. Inside that's gross, and it feels like they can drop down at any moment. The laundry room has been recently upgraded. Not sure why since it was in good shape before, but the temperature is always way too hot. Knowing that this is an old building the units are in great shape, and comes with huge closet space! The closet space for 1 bedrooms are great, and that's rare to find these days. I would suggest this building for anyone looking for their first apartment. It's "cheap" for the location, and wants the perks of having a rooftop.

                    Hello, We appreciate the constructive feedback and thank you for making us aware of areas in which we can improve while highlighting the aspects of the building you like. Our contractors actually do wear designated shirts from the vendors, so we're able to quickly identify which contractors are permitted in the building. As our Commissary Market is a public retail store, we do also permit contractors working in the neighborhood to enter the store, however they are not permitted past our security area leading up to the residential spaces and we do manage that closely. We are planning on upgrading BBQ grills in 2019 so that is already in the works. Regarding the spiders, our proximity to the lake does make this a challenge on our exterior areas, but we will take more time to address this item moving forward. If you have any other concerns, please don't hesitate to ask and hopefully we can get your review up to a 5/5. Thank you, Management

                      The location and staff at this community are top notch. I felt right at home soon after moving in! Renovations have been done to update flooring, paint, and brand new kitchen appliances. The rooftop is a perfect way to spend an afternoon in the summer or fall and new gyms are now complete in both buildings! The staff also communicate plans for construction or gaps in water due to work being done very well

                        Great community and a great area to be in. Staff is very friendly. I do wish my place was painted a lot better. Overall it was very clean and ready to be moved into. Love being so close to everything downtown.

                            The apartment is good but the problem is there are a lot of maintenance going on so the place is noisy if you are not a full time employee you will findi it disturbing to live close to drilling and hammering sounds.

                              I've lived here for a few years.The price is reasonable with very friendly people and quick response when you have an issue.The building is an older building with good maintenance Everything is well kept. Great location, all the great restaurants, stores are within walking distance. It's pretty convenient to access to all kinds of supermarkets, such as Potash, Jewel, Treasure Island, etc but there is also one in the building which is a great feature. Maintenance, door and office staff are great. No complaints there. Overall I would recommend this apartment building for anyone wanting to be close to the lake. Awesome view and rooftop!

                              noise level between work being done in the building and work across the street between 6:30/7am and 5/6pm and being on the 4th floor with the office and showroom[though there hasn't been much activity since all the work has been going on] it can get a little noisy. the agents i believe try to talk softly it's more the shutting of the doors [in and out of the office and showroom]. it will be a year in august for me and i plan on talking to someone in the office about moving to another floor. i was going to do that awhile ago when there was a problem with a dog barking of and on day and night. that ended with the moving of the dog owner, neighbors happy. feel free to call me if you need more information. i've talked to people on two different floors, though they both work they say their floors are pretty quiet.

                                          Staff is very helpful, with a location you can't beat! Close to downtown, the lake, as well as public transit.
