I love living at 1350/1360! I've been here for nearly 3 years and I don't plan on leaving. The staff is wonderful, the amenities have all been updated, and the commissary is the best! I'm hoping to move to a newly renovated unit in the next year.

Best location in the city of Chicago. Draper & Kramer provides the best apartment community in the Gold Coast at a reasonably affordable price. No other rental community in the area compares to the quality of this complex.

I like the location and the view is great. It's an easy commute to downtown and to great restaurants in downtown and north of there. My apartment also has a great view of downtown, the lake and even navy pier

The community at 1350 N Lake Shore is one thing that led me to sign a lease here. The staff is incredibly welcoming and always available when needed, which is something I hadn't experienced at any other residence.

To date my experience has been overall positive. I would recommend to a friend and would consider resigning a lease pending rent increases. Dry cleaning in the building is great. I wish the kitchens were updated and had more cabinet space, that heating and cooling was more updated, and that parking was cheaper.

1350/60 North Lake Shore is a wonderful, friendly and safe community. We feel lucky to have found a place like this. The location is a prime Gold Coast spot and just about everything is within walking distance.

Really enjoying living in this building. Neighbors are friendly and I rarely hear anyone while in my apartment (quiet and respectful community). The roof has amazing views of the city, and the neighborhood is very safe and friendly.

Unbelievable gold coast apartment for the price - cant beat the view either! The building amenities are very solid, the market in the lobby is very useful. the people in the building are very nice, and if you love dogs this is the building for you.

Great building and great location right on the lake. It is close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and the train. I feel very safe in the neighborhood. Parking is pretty easy to find on the street as well.

1350 North Lake Shore has invested in the building in order to provide a more modern design for its tenants. In the past four years, the building has renovated its communal laundry rooms, fitness centers, business centers, elevators, and lobbies. The effort is appreciated, but the work is not always of premium quality. The building will not renovate any part of your apartment unless you go out of your way to ask/demand it. The door staff is great and provides an added sense of community within the building.

1350 n lakeshore drive offers a great living experience in the Gold Coast At a pretty low cost. The apartments, common area and gym have been updated and they are really nice. The staff does a great job and are very responsive. Overall I think you'll be hard pressed to find a better community in a top location for the money you'll pay.

I have lived in this community for almost a year now. It is a great place to live with large apartments, friendly staff and a great location! The door staff is extremely friendly and I plan to resign my lease when the time comes.

From day one everything has been great in this community. There were minor repairs needed when we moved into our apartment and they were fixed promptly. After that we have had time to settle in and can say we love the sense of community and available amenities.

There is no greater value in this neighborhood than 1350 N Lake Shore. I do wish the laundry room was better maintained. The mold in the machines is unacceptable and for the rent we pay I feel as if we could have a better option in the laundry room.

It is my first time renting in over 30 years abs I am really enjoying the building...it is close and convenient to downtown. Additionally, it is very clean. Finally, the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The whole process of leasing this apartment was extremely professional. The apartment was also in great condition when it was received and moved into. All appliances are working seamlessly in addition to a gracious amount of closet space and storage space.

So far, I truly enjoy living at 1350. My apartment is newly renovated and has plenty of space for me to make things feel homey. The building staff, especially its concierge team, are friendly, informative and always willing to help, and I feel completely safe knowing that they are monitoring the lobby. The surrounding neighborhood is very walkable and fairly quiet, which is especially nice given that the building is directly on Lake Shore Drive. All in all, I am beyond satisfied with my choice to call 1350 my home.

I love the building and location. During the last year - the enforcement of policies (barking dogs, large dogs, people violating roof policies) has gotten out of control. I will not renew when my lease expires.

This building is very old, and entrance is very dirty. Hallways are not clean at all full of dog hair. Our hallway smells on garbage all the time. Apartment it self is old. We have only new laminate. Bathroom is very old. Kitchen smells very bad as well. We reported couple of times but they did not fixed. Not satisfied at all. In summer time air conditioning is nit working property. Only aria around building is nice. This building is not my recommendation at all.

Location is perfect. Building is old and, ac not working properly. Elevators are always full of hair because of dogs, and not that clean, over all. One more thing, there is always really bad smell from the garbage room. Not satisfied at all...

Great community and a friendly staff. The location is excellent and the area/building is dog friendly. The renovated units are nice. Now that facade work is over, it's a great place for people with non 9-5, M-F schedules

The location is great and so are some of the amenities. The building staff are great. The office staff are inconsiderate and don't follow up on things and really don't make the moving in experience easy. If you get a new unit you're going to pay a lot more. Small kitchens and bathrooms but big living and bed rooms.
